本发明提代一种净化汽车空压机气体的熔喷无纺布,该熔喷无纺布的表层为熔喷的且具有硬挺波纹外形的聚丙烯纤维,底层为熔喷的聚丙烯超细纤维,表层和底层利用聚丙烯毛细静电效应自然叠合;所述波纹外形的聚丙烯纤维表层,自由状态厚度为0.8毫米,标准厚度0.4毫米,定量50克/m2,透气量130l/m2 s,所述熔喷的聚丙烯超细纤维底层,纤维直径0.1微米±0.01微米,自由状态厚度0.6毫米,标准厚度0.4毫米,定量50克/m2,透气量180l/m2 s。优点是,吸油量可以达到本身重量的17‑20倍。

一种净化汽车空压机气体的熔喷无纺布
技术领域
本发明涉及过滤带有油污气体的无纺布,特别是有关于一种用于净化汽车空压机喷出来的含有油污的汽体,提高汽车动力装置下端部件的工作效率。
背景技术
汽车空压机喷出来的汽体,含有少量油污和水分,不利于汽车动力装置下端部件的正常工作,需要对含有少量油污和水分进行净化,净化效率越高越好;目前市面上都是采用机械分离法,装置过分复杂,体积大。
发明内容
为解决上述净化汽车空压机喷出来的汽体存在的问题,本发明提代一种净化汽车空压机气体的熔喷无纺布,该熔喷无纺布的表层为熔喷的且具有硬挺波纹外形的聚丙烯纤维,底层为熔喷的聚丙烯超细纤维,表层和底层利用聚丙烯毛细静电效应自然叠合;所述波纹外形的聚丙烯纤维表层,自由状态厚度为0.8毫米,标准厚度0.4毫米,定量50克/m2,透气量130l/ m2 s,所述熔喷的聚丙烯超细纤维底层,纤维直径0.1微米±0.01微米,自由状态厚度0.6毫米,标准厚度0.4毫米,定量50克/m2,透气量180l/ m2 s。
本发明的优点是,本发明用于净化汽车空压机喷出来的汽体油污气体,体积小,重量轻,安装特别方便,其净化气体的油污效率明显提高,同时又降低了气体阻力,其材质的自然拒水与产品结构相结合达到排水效果好,其吸油量可以达到本身重量的17-20倍。

具体实施方式
本发明的制工艺过程是:
表层工艺流程:溶体准备—过滤—计量—熔体从喷丝孔挤出—熔体细流牵伸与冷却—成网—成卷—凹凸热轧—成卷。
底层工艺流程:溶体准备—过滤—计量—熔体从喷丝孔挤出—熔体细流牵伸与冷却—成网—成卷。
表层和底层利用聚丙烯毛细静电效应自然叠合。叠合的成卷的表层和底层无纺布,根据实际需要,分切到所需宽度。
本发明利用聚丙烯具有吸油性和静电性,制成超细熔喷后它的比表面积增大,其吸收油污,排斥水分的性能更扩大了;而另一层聚丙烯熔喷,波纹状外形且硬挺在起到吸油,静电去污的同时,更主要的是增加了熔喷材质的间隙,使阻力大大下降,这样汽体平行于该滤料通过后,做到了油污留下,水分流下,气体过去。
本发明的双层熔喷滤料,一层是波纹形外观,采用聚丙烯熔喷成卷后,再进行凹凸热轧,表面轧有菱形点,点边长为2毫米,圣波纹状排列,材质手感硬挺,自由状态厚度0.8毫米,标准厚度0.4毫米,定量50克/m2,透气量130l/ m2 s,由于其波纹状外形及其的硬挺当它与另一层叠合时产生间隙明显隙减少了阻力; 另一层手感柔软,表面有毛细纤维采用聚丙烯熔喷工艺生产,纤维直径0.1微米±,由于其超细的纤维,使比表面积增大,静电和毛细效应使吸纳油污能力大大提高,聚丙烯材质的拒水性又排斥了水分,它自由状态厚度0.6毫米,标准厚度0.4毫米,定量50克/m2,透气量180l/ m2 s;利用,静电和毛细效应使二层自然叠合。

1.一种净化汽车空压机气体的熔喷无纺布,其特征在于,该熔喷无纺布的表层为熔喷的且具有硬挺波纹外形的聚丙烯纤维,底层为熔喷的聚丙烯超细纤维,表层和底层利用聚丙烯毛细静电效应自然叠合;所述波纹外形的聚丙烯纤维表层,自由状态厚度为0.8毫米,标准厚度0.4毫米,定量50克/m2,透气量130l/ m2 s,所述熔喷的聚丙烯超细纤维底层,纤维直径0.1微米±0.01微米,自由状态厚度0.6毫米,标准厚度0.4毫米,定量50克/m2,透气量180l/ m2 s。
