背景技术
现有PVDF内牙咀,其阻燃、耐磨擦、耐腐蚀、耐高温、耐氧化、抗静电、耐候性都有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种PVDF内牙咀,其具有优异的阻燃、耐磨擦、耐腐蚀、耐高温、耐氧化、抗静电、耐候性性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种PVDF内牙咀,按重量份计由以下组分制成:
1~2份磺基琥珀酸二异辛脂钠,
0.5份γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷,
0.7份十溴联苯醚,
1.1份N-苯基-2-萘胺,
2.2份甲基丙烯酸甲酯,
1.3份聚甘油单硬脂酸酯,
0.9份二氯异氰脲酸钠,
1.4份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,

30份聚偏氟乙烯。

“PVDF内牙咀”的性能和用途是由其组分及配比所决定的,且“PVDF内牙咀”中的不同组分会相互影响,组分及其配比会决定“PVDF内牙咀”的最终性能,如果组分及其配比不相互协调,单个组分所带来的有益效果,会被其他组分消减甚至消除,严重的时候,不同组分相互抵触,起不到整体综合作用,产生负作用和次品。本发明通过大量创造性劳动、反复验证,得到“PVDF内牙咀”的最优组分及配比,使得多个组分综合在一起、相互协调、并产生正向综合效应。
