Abstract
本发明公开了一种橡胶轮胎,包括钢圈,以及钢圈上的胎体,所述胎体内设有聚氨酯层,所述钢圈内圈上设有多个注射孔,所述聚氨酯层先由多种材料反应生成预聚氨酯,将预聚氨酯乳化生成水性聚氨酯乳液并注入胎体,在胎体内固化并自硫48小时;本发明的橡胶轮胎,由聚氨酯填充的轮胎介于普通轮胎与实心轮胎之间,结合两者功效,经济实惠,所述的钢圈内圈上的多个注射孔有助于水性聚氨酯乳液更好的挥发水分固化。

本发明涉及一种橡胶轮胎,属于轮胎领域。
背景技术
现有的铲车大型机车由于生存环境恶劣,用充气轮胎易破,而用实心轮胎虽不易破,但自重比较大,油耗也高,对车桥等轮胎链接机械有损失。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种橡胶轮胎。
(二)技术方案
本发明的橡胶轮胎,包括胎体,所述胎体内设有聚氨酯层,所述聚氨酯层先由异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇、蓖麻油、丁二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、环氧树脂、二羟甲基丙酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、三乙胺、乙二胺、丙酮、偶氮二异丁腈、二月桂酸二丁基锡、成膜助剂、流平剂、增稠剂等反应而成预聚氨酯,所述预聚氨酯用三乙胺中和后在50℃水中乳化,乙二胺扩链得到PU/MMA乳液;将PU/MMA乳液加热升温至80~90℃,在2.5h内均匀滴加引发剂溶液,保温1.5~2.5h测试MMA的转化率,直至转化率保持不变,降温出料,用200目筛网过滤,滤液即为改性水性聚氨酯乳液,所述水性聚氨酯乳液注入胎体,所述的水性聚氨酯乳液用电子束辐射和紫外光辐射引发活性低聚物体系产生交联固化产生固化聚氨酯,所述固化聚氨酯保持室温,自硫48小时。

本发明与现有技术相比较,其具有以下有益效果:本发明的橡胶轮胎,由聚氨酯填充的轮胎介于普通轮胎与实心轮胎之间,结合两者功效,经济实惠,所述的钢圈内圈上的多个注射孔有助于水性聚氨酯乳液更好的挥发水分固化。

实施例1:一种橡胶轮胎,包括胎体,所述胎体内设有聚氨酯层,所述聚氨酯层先由异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇、蓖麻油、丁二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、环氧树脂、二羟甲基丙酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、三乙胺、乙二胺、丙酮、偶氮二异丁腈、二月桂酸二丁基锡、成膜助剂、流平剂、增稠剂等反应而成预聚氨酯,所述预聚氨酯用三乙胺中和后在50℃水中乳化,乙二胺扩链得到PU/MMA乳液;将PU/MMA乳液加热升温至80~90℃,在2.5h内均匀滴加引发剂溶液,保温1.5~2.5h测试MMA的转化率,直至转化率保持不变,降温出料,用200目筛网过滤,滤液即为改性水性聚氨酯乳液,所述水性聚氨酯乳液注入胎体,所述的水性聚氨酯乳液用电子束辐射和紫外光辐射引发活性低聚物体系产生交联固化产生固化聚氨酯,所述固化聚氨酯保持室温,自硫48小时。

实施例2:一种橡胶轮胎,包括胎体,所述胎体内设有聚氨酯层,所述聚氨酯层先由异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇、蓖麻油、丁二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、环氧树脂、二羟甲基丙酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、三乙胺、乙二胺、丙酮、偶氮二异丁腈、二月桂酸二丁基锡、成膜助剂、流平剂、增稠剂等反应而成预聚氨酯,所述预聚氨酯用三乙胺中和后在55℃水中乳化,乙二胺扩链得到PU/MMA乳液;将PU/MMA乳液加热升温至85~95℃,在2.5h内均匀滴加引发剂溶液,保温1.2~2.4h测试MMA的转化率,直至转化率保持不变,降温出料,用200目筛网过滤,滤液即为改性水性聚氨酯乳液,所述水性聚氨酯乳液注入胎体,所述的水性聚氨酯乳液用电子束辐射和紫外光辐射引发活性低聚物体系产生交联固化产生固化聚氨酯,所述固化聚氨酯保持室温,自硫48小时。
本发明的橡胶轮胎,由聚氨酯填充的轮胎介于普通轮胎与实心轮胎之间,结合两者功效,经济实惠,所述的钢圈内圈上的多个注射孔有助于水性聚氨酯乳液更好的挥发水分固化。
