本发明涉及机械自动化领域,特别是涉及一种电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的压紧机构。
背景技术
电磁阀是电磁控制的工业设备,是用来控制流体的自动化基础元件,电磁阀的铁芯组件组装难度系数大,现有的电磁阀铁芯组件主要是采用人工装配作业或分流水线的方式进行安装作业,其自动化程度不高,人工装配存在人为因素,容易出现不良品,而且装配周期长、效率低和成本高,有鉴于此,基于现有技术的缺陷和不足,设计出一款电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的压紧机构。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的压紧机构,结构紧凑,运行平稳,能够替代人工自动将工件压入到待组装工件上,节约劳动力。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的压紧机构,该电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的压紧机构包括压紧支架、压紧安装板、压紧螺栓、压紧升降板、压紧缓冲弹簧、单耳铰链座、连接杆、压紧铰链座、压紧气缸支座、压紧推拉气缸、单耳关节接头和堵头压块,所述压紧支架的竖直板上端安装有水平的压紧安装板,压紧安装板左端设有避让开口,两根压紧螺栓穿过压紧安装板后固定到压紧升降板上,压紧螺栓头部和压紧安装板之间的压紧螺栓上套有压紧缓冲弹簧,压紧升降板上平面安装有单耳铰链座,两根连接杆的一端通过铰接销与单耳铰链座活动连接,压紧安装板上平面安装有压紧铰链座,两根连接杆穿过压紧安装板左端的避让开口,两根连接杆的另一端设有压紧导向孔,铰接销活动插装于压紧铰链座上且两端穿过压紧导向孔,压紧支架的竖直板左侧面上安装有压紧气缸支座,压紧推拉气缸的尾部活动插装于压紧气缸支座上,压紧推拉气缸的活塞杆上安装有单耳关节接头,单耳关节接头通过铰接销与两根连接杆的中部活动连接,压紧升降板下平面安装有堵头压块。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的压紧机构,结构紧凑,运行平稳,能够替代人工自动将工件压入到待组装工件上,节约劳动力。

一种电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的压紧机构,该电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的压紧机构包括压紧支架41、压紧安装板42、压紧螺栓43、压紧升降板44、压紧缓冲弹簧45、单耳铰链座46、连接杆47、压紧铰链座48、压紧气缸支座49、压紧推拉气缸410、单耳关节接头411和堵头压块412,所述压紧支架41的竖直板上端安装有水平的压紧安装板42,压紧安装板42左端设有避让开口,两根压紧螺栓43穿过压紧安装板42后固定到压紧升降板44上,压紧螺栓43头部和压紧安装板42之间的压紧螺栓43上套有压紧缓冲弹簧45,压紧升降板44上平面安装有单耳铰链座46,两根连接杆47的一端通过铰接销与单耳铰链座46活动连接,压紧安装板42上平面安装有压紧铰链座48,两根连接杆47穿过压紧安装板42左端的避让开口,两根连接杆47的另一端设有压紧导向孔471,铰接销活动插装于压紧铰链座48上且两端穿过压紧导向孔471,压紧支架41的竖直板左侧面上安装有压紧气缸支座49,压紧推拉气缸410的尾部活动插装于压紧气缸支座49上,压紧推拉气缸410的活塞杆上安装有单耳关节接头411,单耳关节接头411通过铰接销与两根连接杆47的中部活动连接,压紧升降板44下平面安装有堵头压块412。
本发明电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的压紧机构,结构紧凑,运行平稳,能够替代人工自动将工件压入到待组装工件上,节约劳动力。
