Abstract
本发明提供一种带有暂停水多功能的模块,包括设置于出水装置内驱动水流暂停关闭且实现水流功能切换的切换机构,所述出水装置具有出水端及进水端,出水装置内具有联通出水端与进水端的水路,所述切换机构位于水路上靠近进水端一侧。本发明结构简单,利用切换机构设置的位置将水路阻截在进入切换腔室之前,改变了现有带有暂停水结构的出水装置在停止出水后将水流压在切换腔室内从而保证了出水装置的重量不变,也避免水压较高对分水片及密封件造成损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有暂停水多功能的模块。
背景技术
现有的带有暂停水多功能的模块的出水装置一般都具有水流功能切换功能,水路先经过水流切换功能所在的腔室在经过喷头上的出水孔出水,而阻断水路通过的机构设置在切换功能所在的腔室,这样就造成在暂停出水的过程中水流积压在切换腔室内,若是手持花洒则会给用户带来沉重感,另外由于切换腔室的压力较大,也会给相关密封构件和切换构件造成损害。
发明内容
本发明对上述问题进行了改进,即本发明所要解决的问题是现有的带有暂停水多功能的模块的出水装置。
本发明的具体实施方案是:一种带有暂停水多功能的模块, 包括设置于出水装置内驱动水流暂停关闭且实现水流功能切换的切换机构,所述出水装置具有出水端及进水端,出水装置内具有联通出水端与进水端的水路,所述切换机构位于水路上靠近进水端一侧。
进一步的,所述切换机构包括设置于水路上的密闭腔室,所述密闭腔室内设有具有分隔件,分隔件将密闭腔室分隔形成与出水端联通的切换腔室及与进水端联通的暂停水腔室,所述密闭腔室内具有贯穿分隔件设置的旋转轴芯,所述旋转轴芯具有使暂停水腔室与进水端联通口封闭的挡片,所述旋转轴芯位于暂停水腔室的一端具有驱动旋转轴芯转动的驱动机构。
进一步的,所述驱动机构包括按压按键,所述旋转轴芯朝向按压按键具有连续的齿面,按压按键朝向旋转轴芯具有与齿面配合的棘轮,旋转轴芯另一端设有提供旋转轴芯回弹的复位弹性件。
进一步的,所述出水装置内具有多条水路,所述分隔件为密封垫,所述旋转轴芯位于切换腔室的一端固定连接有控制水路切换的分水片,所述密封垫及分水片具有能对应的水流通孔以实现水流通过。
进一步的,所述出水装置包括壳体,所述壳体内固定有引擎套件,所述引擎套件一侧设有引擎主体另一侧设有密封盖,所述分水片与密封垫位于引擎套件与密封盖之间,所述复位弹性件为弹簧,所述弹簧设置于分水片与密封盖之间,所述按压按键一端置于引擎主体内另一端露出,所述壳体内还设有用于驱动按压按键实现按压的驱动杆。
进一步的,所述驱动杆呈拐状,所述驱动杆外侧端还设有能实现推动驱动杆移动的折钮,所述折钮呈角状,角状部与壳体铰接,折钮外侧端位于壳体外侧,折钮上端与驱动杆外侧端相配合。
进一步的,所述停水腔室与进水端联通口具有多个且沿周向分布,相邻联通口之间夹角与旋转轴芯每次转动角度对应设置。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明结构紧凑,连接关系巧妙,利用切换机构设置的位置将水路阻截在进入切换腔室之前,改变了现有带有暂停水结构的出水装置在停止出水后将水流压在切换腔室内从而保证了出水装置的重量不变,也避免水压较高对分水片及密封件造成损坏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
如图1~7所示,本实施例中,一种带有暂停水多功能的模块以莲蓬头为例,主要包括包括壳体100,所述壳体顶部设有球头110,水流由球头110进入壳体内部,所述壳体100中部固定有引擎套件130,所述引擎套件130一侧设有引擎主体131另一侧设有密封盖132,引擎套件130内用于设置切换机构及暂停水机构。
本实施例中,引擎套件130与引擎主体131及另一侧设有的密封盖132配合形成一个用于控制水路的密闭腔室,所述密闭腔室内设有具有密封垫210,密封垫210及引擎套件130将密闭腔室分隔形成与出水端联通的切换腔室201及与进水端联通的暂停水腔室202,所述密闭腔室内具有贯穿密封垫210设置的旋转轴芯220,所述旋转轴芯220中部具有使暂停水腔室202与进水端联通口203封闭的挡片221,本实施例中,挡片呈拐状设置在挡片221外侧,所述旋转轴芯220位于暂停水腔室202的一端具有驱动旋转轴芯转动的驱动机构。
本实施例中,所述停水腔室与进水端联通口203具有3个且沿周向分布,相邻联通口之间夹角与旋转轴芯每次转动角度对应设置。由于挡片221位于停水腔室与进水端的联通口203处从而保证水流停止在暂停水腔室202内。
所述驱动机构包括按压按键230,所述旋转轴芯220朝向按压按键230具有连续的齿面,按压按键朝向旋转轴芯具有与齿面配合的棘轮,按压按键230与旋转轴芯220配合结构与常规旋转分水构件或是自动笔内芯结构类似,随着按压按键230的按压旋转轴芯220每次都沿斜面旋转一定角度,而按压按键230则为固定不发生转动,为了实现复位旋转轴芯另一端设有提供旋转轴芯回弹的复位弹性件。
本实施例中,所述出水装置内具有多条水路,所述旋转轴芯220位于切换腔室的一端固定连接有控制水路切换的分水片240,所述密封垫210及分水片具有能对应的水流通孔以实现水流通过。本实施例中,分水片240具有两个通孔241,本实施例中上述复位弹性件为弹簧250,所述弹簧250设置于分水片240与密封盖132之间,密封盖132内侧端面具有凸柱可以限位弹簧250。
当然实际应用中利用分水片240的通孔数量和旋转轴芯220的配合可以实现多种水流通断功能的操作。
为了更直接的触发按压按键230,弥补壳体外部和内部按压按键230的距离,本实施例中在所述按压按键230一端置于引擎主体131内另一端露出,所述壳体内还设有用于驱动按压按键230实现按压的驱动杆260,所述驱动杆260呈拐状,所述驱动杆260外侧端还设有能实现推动驱动杆移动的折钮270,所述折钮270呈角状,角状部与壳体100铰接,折钮270外侧端位于壳体外侧,折钮270上端与驱动杆260外侧端相配合。操作时通过转动折钮270从而推动驱动杆260平移从而带动按压按键230按压。
本实施例中,引擎套件130下方设有焊接件,所述焊接件下方设有出水盘,所述出水盘与焊接件之间具有斜水体和叶轮,斜水体和叶轮的作用在于水流导向和使水流均匀出水,所述出水盘设有出水孔用于出水,出水盘外侧设有装饰盖。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种带有暂停水多功能的模块,其特征在于,包括设置于出水装置内驱动水流暂停关闭且实现水流功能切换的切换机构,所述出水装置具有出水端及进水端,出水装置内具有联通出水端与进水端的水路,所述切换机构位于水路上靠近进水端一侧,所述切换机构包括设置于水路上的密闭腔室,所述密闭腔室内设有具有分隔件,分隔件将密闭腔室分隔形成与出水端联通的切换腔室及与进水端联通的暂停水腔室,所述密闭腔室内具有贯穿分隔件设置的旋转轴芯,所述旋转轴芯具有使暂停水腔室与进水端联通口封闭的挡片,所述旋转轴芯位于暂停水腔室的一端具有驱动旋转轴芯转动的驱动机构,所述驱动机构包括按压按键,所述旋转轴芯朝向按压按键具有连续的齿面,按压按键朝向旋转轴芯具有与齿面配合的棘轮,旋转轴芯另一端设有提供旋转轴芯回弹的复位弹性件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有暂停水多功能的模块,其特征在于,所述出水装置内具有多条水路,所述分隔件为密封垫,所述旋转轴芯位于切换腔室的一端固定连接有控制水路切换的分水片,所述密封垫及分水片具有能对应的水流通孔以实现水流通过。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带有暂停水多功能的模块,其特征在于,所述出水装置包括壳体,所述壳体内固定有引擎套件,所述引擎套件一侧设有引擎主体另一侧设有密封盖,所述分水片与密封垫位于引擎套件与密封盖之间,所述复位弹性件为弹簧,所述弹簧设置于分水片与密封盖之间,所述按压按键一端置于引擎主体内另一端露出,所述壳体内还设有用于驱动按压按键实现按压的驱动杆。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种带有暂停水多功能的模块,其特征在于,所述驱动杆呈拐状,所述驱动杆外侧端还设有能实现推动驱动杆移动的折钮,所述折钮呈角状,角状部与壳体铰接,折钮外侧端位于壳体外侧,折钮上端与驱动杆外侧端相配合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种带有暂停水多功能的模块,其特征在于,所述停水腔室与进水端联通口具有多个且沿周向分布,相邻联通口之间夹角与旋转轴芯每次转动角度对应设置。
