本发明公开了一种控弯型PTCA导丝,包括绕丝、支撑管、右控弯线、左控弯线和控弯手柄,所述右控弯线和左控弯线均滑动设置在支撑管内部,右控弯线和左控弯线的一端穿出支撑管并连接呈半圆球状的头端,右控弯线和左控弯线的外部套设有绕丝,绕丝设置在头端和支撑管的端面之间;支撑管的一端置于控弯手柄内,控弯手柄的左右两侧分别设有左控弯控制器和右控弯控制器,左控弯控制器和右控弯控制器分别连接左控弯线和右控弯线,本发明的有益效果是:左控弯控制器和右控弯控制器分别控制左控弯线和右控弯线的张紧和放松,进而实现头端的左右偏摆,偏摆角度根据绷紧的程度决定,这样可以减少导丝对血管壁的损伤。

一种控弯型PTCA导丝
技术领域
本发明涉及一种PTCA导丝,具体是一种控弯型PTCA导丝。
背景技术
采用股动脉或者桡动脉穿刺通过PTCA导丝将球囊导管送至冠状动脉狭窄病变处,加压扩张,并且释放支架以增大血管内径,改善心肌血供,英文简称PTCA。PTCA手术中常常遇到导丝在多分枝血管中因为之前的导丝塑性不合适或者血管成角大,导致难以操控导丝进入到目标血管,给手术带来一定的困扰,甚至需要将导丝撤回重新塑性,若是多次遇到多分支血管,往往会造成因为导丝塑性角度不合适的问题导致手术失败。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种控弯型PTCA导丝,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种控弯型PTCA导丝,包括绕丝、支撑管、右控弯线、左控弯线和控弯手柄,所述右控弯线和左控弯线均滑动设置在支撑管内部,左控弯线和右控弯线之间设有间隙,右控弯线和左控弯线的一端穿出支撑管并连接呈半圆球状的头端,右控弯线和左控弯线的外部套设有绕丝,绕丝设置在头端和支撑管的端面之间;支撑管的一端置于控弯手柄内,控弯手柄的左右两侧分别设有左控弯控制器和右控弯控制器,左控弯控制器和右控弯控制器分别连接左控弯线和右控弯线。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述支撑管和绕丝的外部均设有亲水涂层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:左控弯控制器和右控弯控制器分别控制左控弯线和右控弯线的张紧和放松,左控弯线张紧时,头端向左偏摆,右控弯线张紧时,头端向右偏摆,偏摆角度根据绷紧的程度决定,在造影剂和X射线帮助下轻松的将导丝头端调成需要的角度,从而进入到所需血管内,并且没有遇到迂曲血管时候可以将导丝变为直型导丝,这样减少导丝对血管壁的损伤,绕丝的设置可以使得头端在接触人体组织和血管时存在一个缓冲的过程,减少绕丝对血管壁的损伤,同时还可以增加头端的灵敏度,增强医生的触感。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种控弯型PTCA导丝,包括绕丝1、支撑管2、右控弯线3、左控弯线4和控弯手柄5,所述右控弯线3和左控弯线4均滑动设置在支撑管2内部,左控弯线4和右控弯线3之间设有间隙,右控弯线3和左控弯线4的一端穿出支撑管2并连接呈半圆球状的头端8,右控弯线3和左控弯线4的外部套设有绕丝1,绕丝1设置在头端8和支撑管2的端面之间,绕丝1的设置可以使得头端8在接触人体组织和血管时存在一个缓冲的过程,减少绕丝对血管壁的损伤,同时还可以增加头端8的灵敏度,增强医生的触感;支撑管2的一端置于控弯手柄5内,控弯手柄5的左右两侧分别设有左控弯控制器6和右控弯控制器7,左控弯控制器6和右控弯控制器7分别连接左控弯线4和右控弯线3,可以控制左控弯线4和右控弯线3的张紧和放松,左控弯线4张紧时,头端8向左偏摆,右控弯线3张紧时,头端8向右偏摆,偏摆角度根据绷紧的程度决定,可以使得导丝在遇到不同的成角血管时候都能根据实际情况做不同程度的控弯,轻松自如的进入到需要血管腔内。
所述支撑管2和绕丝1的外部均设有亲水涂层,保证导丝运动时的顺滑性。
本发明的工作原理是:左控弯控制器6和右控弯控制器7分别控制左控弯线4和右控弯线3的张紧和放松,左控弯线4张紧时,头端8向左偏摆,右控弯线3张紧时,头端8向右偏摆,偏摆角度根据绷紧的程度决定,在造影剂和X射线帮助下轻松的将导丝头端8调成需要的角度,从而进入到所需血管内,并且没有遇到迂曲血管时候可以将导丝变为直型导丝,这样减少导丝对血管壁的损伤,绕丝1的设置可以使得头端8在接触人体组织和血管时存在一个缓冲的过程,减少绕丝对血管壁的损伤,同时还可以增加头端8的灵敏度,增强医生的触感。

1.一种控弯型PTCA导丝,包括绕丝、支撑管、右控弯线、左控弯线和控弯手柄,其特征在于,所述右控弯线和左控弯线均滑动设置在支撑管内部,左控弯线和右控弯线之间设有间隙,右控弯线和左控弯线的一端穿出支撑管并连接呈半圆球状的头端,右控弯线和左控弯线的外部套设有绕丝,绕丝设置在头端和支撑管的端面之间;支撑管的一端置于控弯手柄内,控弯手柄的左右两侧分别设有左控弯控制器和右控弯控制器,左控弯控制器和右控弯控制器分别连接左控弯线和右控弯线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种控弯型PTCA导丝,其特征在于,所述支撑管和绕丝的外部均设有亲水涂层。
