Abstract

本发明涉及一种益气补血的药物，尤其涉及一种补气养血的阿胶中药组合物；由下述重量份的药材原料常温研磨制成：阿胶15～25份、高丽参10～20份、黑芝麻20～30份、百合5～10份、玉竹5～10份、仙茅10～15份、菟丝子5～10份、郁金5～8份、山楂叶10～15份、牛膝5～8份、瓜子金10～15份、益母草5～10份、酸枣仁5～10份、紫苏叶10～15份、生姜5～15份。本发明具备补血补气、温经散寒、滋阴养肝肾、理气调经的功效；能够治疗由血虚、气虚、气血两虚、气虚血瘀引起的面色苍白、头晕目眩、疲惫乏力、少气懒言病症。能够调和阴阳，因此，还可起到防病保健的作用。本发明为外用药粉，使用方便；同时还避免了中药口服时口味差、易引起胃部不良反应的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种益气补血的药物，尤其涉及一种补气养血的阿胶中药组合物。
背景技术
气血两虚引起的面色苍白、头晕目眩、疲惫乏力、少气懒言是一种常见和多发的疾患 ；临床一般单纯采用补血药物。西药类主要为铁剂补血药，如硫酸亚铁片、枸橼酸铁铵糖浆等，这些药物主要用于治疗缺铁性贫血，使用范围窄，治标不治本。“却什么补什么”是一种被动的直接补充，在短期内能够改变一些贫血症状，但是不能从根本上解决问题 ；而且存在副作用大、价格昂贵的缺陷。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有药物的不足 ；本发明提供了一种能外用的，补气养血的中药组合物。
本发明的技术方案：
一种补气养血的阿胶中药组合物，由下述重量份的药材原料常温研磨制成 ：阿胶 15～25 份、高丽参 10 ～ 20 份、黑芝麻 20 ～ 30 份、百合 5 ～ 10 份、玉竹 5 ～ 10份、仙茅 10 ～ 15份、菟丝子 5 ～ 10 份、郁金 5 ～ 8 份、山楂叶 10 ～ 15 份、牛膝 5～ 8 份、瓜子金 10 ～ 15 份、益母草 5 ～ 10 份、酸枣仁 5 ～ 10 份、紫苏叶 10 ～15 份、生姜 5 ～ 15 份。
本发明的优选方案为由下述重量份的原料 ：阿胶 20 份、高丽参 20 份、黑芝麻25 份、百合 10 份、玉竹 10 份、仙茅 10 份、菟丝子 5 份、郁金 5 份、山楂叶 10 份、牛膝 8 份、瓜子金 15 份、益母草 10 份、酸枣仁 5 份、紫苏叶 15 份、生姜 10 份 ；常温研磨至 300-400 目而制成。在此配比条件下，一方面可以快速的缓解患者病痛，即快速治标；另一方在坚持使用能够起到增强体质的作用、最终能达到根除病痛的作用。将原料研磨至300-400 目是为了达到更好的吸收效果。
本发明的有益效果：
具备补血补气、温经散寒、滋阴养肝肾、理气调经的功效 ；能够治疗由血虚、气虚、气血两虚、气虚血瘀引起的面色苍白、头晕目眩、疲惫乏力、少气懒言病症。能够调和阴阳，因此，还可起到防病保健的作用。本发明为外用药粉，使用方便 ；同时还避免了中药口服时口味差、易引起胃部不良反应的问题。
临床试验：
从 2009 年 3 月至 2011 年 3 月间到某中医院就诊的，面色苍白、头晕目眩、疲惫乏力、少气懒言病症患者 528 例，平均分为三组，每组 168 人。治疗组 1 男 78 例，女 90例，年龄 25-61 岁，平均 33.1±11.2 岁 ；使用实施例 1 制备的药粉 1。治疗组 2 男 76例，女 92 例，年龄 25-61 岁，平均 33.1±11.2 岁 ；使用实施例 2 制备的药粉 2。治疗组 3 男 84 例，女 84例，年龄 25-61 岁，平均 33.1±11.2 岁 ；使用实施例 3 制备的药粉 3。三组患者在性别、年龄、病情及病程方面经统计学处理，差异无显著性意义，具有可比性 ；药量均为每次 12 克，一日 3 次。
以患者临床症状的改变为效果判断标准 ；痊愈 ：症状完全消失 ； 显效 ：症状明显好转，少数症状消失 ；有效 ：症状好转，多数症状消失 ；无效 ：症状基本没有改变。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取阿胶 20 克、高丽参 20 克、黑芝麻 25 克、百合 10 克、玉竹 10 克、仙茅 10 克、菟丝子 5克、郁金 5 克、山楂叶 10 克、牛膝 8 克、瓜子金 15 克、益母草 10 克、酸枣仁5 克、紫苏叶 15 克、生姜10 克 ；在常温条件下研磨至 400 目，得药粉。
实施例2
取阿胶 25 克、高丽参 15 克、黑芝麻 30 克、百合 5 克、玉竹 5 克、仙茅 10 克、菟丝子 10克、郁金 5 克、山楂叶克 15 克、牛膝 5 克、瓜子金 10 克，益母草 5 克，酸枣仁8 克，紫苏叶 10 克，生姜 5 克 ；在常温条件下研磨至 300 目，得药粉。
实施例3
取阿胶15克、高丽参10克、黑芝麻20克、百合8克、玉竹8克、仙茅15克、菟丝子8克、郁金8 克、山楂叶 9 克、牛膝 7 克、瓜子金 12 克，益母草 12 克，酸枣仁 10 克，紫苏叶 12克，生姜 15克 ；在常温条件下研磨至 400 目，得药粉。

1.一种补气养血的阿胶中药组合物，其特征在于，由下述重量份的药材原料常温研磨制成 ：
阿胶 15 ～ 25 份、高丽参 10 ～ 20 份、黑芝麻 20 ～ 30 份、百合 5 ～ 10 份、玉竹 5 ～ 10 份、仙茅 10 ～ 15 份、菟丝子 5 ～ 10 份、郁金 5 ～ 8 份、山楂叶 10 ～15 份、牛膝 5 ～ 8 份、瓜子金 10 ～15 份、益母草 5 ～ 10 份、酸枣仁 5 ～ 10 份、紫苏叶 10 ～ 15 份、生姜 5 ～ 15 份 。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的补气养血的中药组合物，其特征在于，由下述重量份的原料常温研磨至300-400目而制成 ：阿胶20份、高丽参20份、黑芝麻25份、百合10份、玉竹10份、仙茅 10 份、菟丝子 5 份、郁金 5 份、山楂叶 10 份、牛膝 8 份、瓜子金 15 份、益母草10 份、酸枣仁 5份、紫苏叶 15 份、生姜 10 份。
