Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗乳腺癌的药物，由八月扎、蒲公英、鸡骨草、肿节风、白花蛇舌草、苦参、徐长卿、干姜、毛郁金组成，本发明可扶正固本、补气养血，健脾疏肝，化瘀解毒，较好地缓解化疗反应，可防止癌症的复发和转移，以提高病人的综合治疗效果，达到改善患者症状，彻底杀灭癌细胞的目的。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及中药领域，尤其涉及一种治疗乳腺癌的药物。
背景技术
乳腺癌是指发生于乳腺小叶和导管上皮的恶性肿瘤，乳腺癌的发病率在我国仅次于宫颈癌，人群发病为23/10万；占全身各种恶性肿瘤的7～10％，所以乳腺癌已成为当前社会的重大公共卫生问题。早期乳房癌病人无任何不适，仅在乳房内有一个比较小的肿块，不痛，乳头也无变化；乳癌发展至晚期，表面皮肤受侵犯，可出现皮肤硬结，甚者皮肤破溃形成溃疡。乳腺癌的病因尚不明了，经研究多与绝经前和绝经后雌激素有关，另遗传因素、饮食因素以及某些乳房良性疾病与乳癌的发生有一定关系。
目前乳腺癌常规治疗有：1、手术治疗：乳腺癌手术后很多患者死者死于远处转移，乳腺癌手术前后中医中药的扶正祛邪治疗更是重要的一环；2、放射治疗；3、药物化疗；4、免疫治疗：通过调动机体内部防御系统功能，来达到阻止肿瘤生长和扩散的作用。以上治疗方法虽有一定的作用但疗效欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗乳腺癌的药物，所述中药可以克服手术治疗给患者带来的影响，对乳腺癌具有较好的治疗效果。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种治疗乳腺癌的药物，由以下重量份数的原料药制成：八月扎60份、蒲公英60份、鸡骨草90份、肿节风30份、白花蛇舌草30份、苦参30份、徐长卿15份、干姜15份、毛郁金15份。
本发明治疗乳腺癌的中药组合物可以扶正培本，益气养血，活血化瘀，清热解毒抗癌之功，效果好，见效快，具有效果显著、见效较快的优点。
具体实施方式：
实施例1
一种治疗乳腺癌的药物，其各原料组分的重量（g）为：八月扎60、蒲公英60、鸡骨草90、肿节风30、白花蛇舌草30、苦参30、徐长卿15、干姜15、毛郁金15。
按如上配比，取蒲公英、鸡骨草、白花蛇舌草、徐长卿、干姜、毛郁金加入10倍量的水置于100℃提取并浓缩至原体积的1/2，降温至60℃后，再按配比将八月扎、肿节风、苦参加入提取液中继续保持60℃直至浓缩至原体积1/5，过滤后制得一剂，每天一剂，一剂分早晚两次服用。
以下结合临床资料及典型病例对本发明的有益效果进一步说明。
一、临床观察
1、临床资料：选自2011年6月至2013年9月的门诊及住院患者共78例，其中早期乳腺癌24例。年龄为34-61岁，平均46.5岁。
2、诊断标准：以我国卫生部编的《中国常见恶性肿瘤诊治规范》中的第八分册《乳腺癌》的诊断标准为依据。
3、治疗方法：服用本发明药物，每天一剂，分两次早晚服用。三十天为1个疗程。
4、疗效评定标准：按照卫生部《中国常见恶性肿瘤诊治规范》中乳腺癌疗效评定标准，以患者治疗前与治疗后B超或CT进行对照比较，以完全缓解(CR)、部分缓解(PR)、稳定(SD)、进展(PD)进行疗效评定。
5、治疗结果：完全缓解65例，部分缓解8例，稳定5例，进展0例。有效率(CR+PR)为83.3％，稳定率(CR+PR+SD)为100％。同时早期24例早期乳腺癌中有18例治愈( 肿瘤全部消失，随访1年未复发)。
综上所述，本发明用于治疗乳腺癌的药物，经临床试验，表明其可有效抑制乳腺癌发展，改善患者症状、体征，且无明显毒副作用。
二、典型病例
病例1
张某，49岁。患者半年前在医院诊断为乳腺癌晚期，遂做了手术，术后伤口愈合不好，伤口疼痛，胳膊抬不起来。后来进行化疗治疗，因化疗副作用大，患者不能继续治疗。后改用中医治疗，服用本发明药物治疗两个疗程后，胸痛、胸闷症状消失，继续服药巩固治疗一个疗程，现多数症状都已消失，体能完全恢复。随访一年，患者生活正常，病情未见反复。
病例2
李某，35岁。半年前左乳发现肿块，经某医院诊断为早期乳腺癌，患者身体虚弱不适合手术治疗，采用西医保守治疗。经服用该种治疗乳腺癌的中药两个疗程，肿块逐步变小，继续服药两个疗程后，肿块完全消失。至今未见复发。
病例3
张某，女，60岁。治疗前：医院诊断左乳腺癌，形体消瘦，心悸气短，面色晦暗，倦怠乏力，腰膝酸软，月经不调，苔薄质红，脉细。连续服用1个月后，面色有所改善，腰膝酸软得以改善。5个月后体重正常。1年后，体力如常人，检查肿瘤的指标均正常。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗乳腺癌的药物，其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成：八月扎60份、蒲公英60份、鸡骨草90份、肿节风30份、白花蛇舌草30份、苦参30份、徐长卿15份、干姜15份、毛郁金15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗乳腺癌的药物，其特征在于由如下方法制得：
按配比取蒲公英、鸡骨草、白花蛇舌草、徐长卿、干姜、毛郁金加入10倍量的水置于100℃提取并浓缩至原体积的1/2，降温至60℃后，再按配比将八月扎、肿节风、苦参加入提取液中继续保持60℃直至浓缩至原体积1/5，过滤，即得。
