The first driving wheel 10 is arranged on a rotating shaft 71 of the banknote conveying mechanism 70 close to the end of the waste banknote box 100, and the first driving wheel 10 is driven by the rotation of the rotating shaft 71 of the banknote conveying mechanism 70. The frame 30 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the banknote transport mechanism 70.
The transmission pair 20 is arranged on the frame 30 above the waste banknote box 100, and the first transmission wheel 10 drives the transmission pair 20.
The movable wheel assembly 40 includes a movable wheel mounting bracket 41 rotatably mounted on the frame 30, a movable wheel 42 rotatably mounted on the movable wheel mounting bracket 41, and an elastic member 43 having one end abutting against the frame 30 and the other end acting on the movable wheel mounting bracket 41. The frame 30 is rotatably connected with the movable wheel mounting frame 41 through a rotating shaft, the fourth driving wheel 22 is rotatably mounted and fixed on the rotating shaft, the elastic piece 43 is a torsion spring or an elastic piece, the middle part of the elastic piece is wound on the rotating shaft, one end of the elastic piece is fixed on the movable wheel mounting frame 41, and the other end of the elastic piece abuts against the frame 30. When conveying the bank notes, the elastic force of the elastic piece 43 acts on the movable wheel mounting bracket 41 along the counterclockwise direction around the rotating shaft, so that the movable wheel 42 mounted on the movable wheel mounting bracket 41 is kept in contact with the second transmission wheel 50; when the waste banknote box 100 needs to be taken out, the banknote transmission mechanism 70 rotates upwards to be opened, the movable wheel 42 on the frame 30 is carried to be separated from the second transmission wheel 50, and a space is reserved for a user to take out the waste banknote box 100.
In one embodiment, a stop block 44 is protruded from the top of the movable wheel mounting bracket 41, and the stop block 44 limits the deflection angle of the movable wheel mounting bracket 41. The frame 30 is lifted, the movable wheel mounting frame 41 deflects by a preset angle under the action of the elastic piece 43, the limiting block 44 abuts against the frame 30, and the movable wheel 42 is prevented from normally abutting against the second driving wheel 50 after the frame 30 is put down due to the fact that the movable wheel mounting frame 41 continuously deflects.
The embodiment of the invention also provides financial self-service equipment, wherein the main body of the financial self-service equipment is a cabinet body, and the inside of the cabinet body is provided with the waste money box driving mechanism.
Referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for processing banknotes in a waste banknote box, where the method for processing banknotes includes a waste banknote collecting sub-method S10:
first preparation step S11: the frame 30 is lowered, and the movable wheel 42 on the frame 30 is kept in a state of abutting joint with the second transmission wheel 50 under the action of the elastic piece 43; and
a waste banknote conveying step S12: under the action of the first driving wheel 10, the waste paper money is sequentially transmitted to the transmission pair 20, the movable wheel 42 and the second driving wheel 50, and then the waste paper money 60 enters the waste paper money box 100 under the action of the second driving wheel 50.
Referring to fig. 5, the banknote processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a waste banknote box fetching sub method S20:
second preparation step S21: raising the frame 30, the movable wheel 42 is separated from the second transmission wheel 50; and
a waste banknote box taking step S22: the waste banknote box 100 is taken out by utilizing the space left by the movable wheel 42 and the second transmission wheel 50.
The working principle of the embodiment of the invention is as follows: the rotation shaft 71 of the banknote transmission mechanism 70 rotates to drive the first transmission wheel 10 to rotate, the first transmission wheel 10 drives the transmission pair 20 to rotate, the transmission pair 20 drives the movable wheel 42, the movable wheel 42 drives the second transmission wheel 50, and further drives the banknote collection mechanism in the waste banknote box 100.
In addition, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the above embodiments can be implemented by a program to instruct related hardware, where the program can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, the program can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods as described above. a first preparation step: one suspended end of the elastic piece is pressed down, the movable wheel mounting frame is rotated under the elastic action of the elastic piece, and the movable wheel mounted on the movable wheel mounting frame is further kept in abutting joint with the second driving wheel; and
