本发明公开了一种输送效果好的石油变向管道,包括:管道本体,设置在管道本体外侧的隔声层,设置在隔声层外侧的防火外层,在所述管道本体的内壁上等间距均匀设置有若干S型半圆凸棱,在所述S型半圆凸棱上均匀设置有若干滚珠槽,在所述滚珠槽内滚动设置有滚珠,在所述滚珠槽两侧的S型半圆凸棱内设置有润滑通道,所述润滑通道的一端与滚珠槽相互连通,所述润滑通道的另一端与管道本体的内腔相互连通。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种石油设备,尤其涉及一种石油变向管道。
背景技术
石油在勘探开发的过程中需要使用石油管道进行输送,原来使用的石油管道管壁较薄,结构强度差,同时不具备隔声、保温、防火等功能,另外,由于石油本身具有粘性,在石油管道长时间输送的过程中石油容易慢慢粘接在管道内壁上,造成石油管道堵塞,给输送石油带来不便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种输送效果好的石油变向管道。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:石油变向管道,包括:管道本体,设置在管道本体外侧的隔声层,设置在隔声层外侧的防火外层,在所述管道本体的内壁上等间距均匀设置有若干S型半圆凸棱,在所述S型半圆凸棱上均匀设置有若干滚珠槽,在所述滚珠槽内滚动设置有滚珠,在所述滚珠槽两侧的S型半圆凸棱内设置有润滑通道,所述润滑通道的一端与滚珠槽相互连通,所述润滑通道的另一端与管道本体的内腔相互连通。
本发明的优点是:上述石油变向管道,在管道本体外侧设置隔声层和
防火外层能够起到隔声和防火的效果,同时在石油管道内壁上均匀设置若干S型半圆凸棱能够使经过石油管道内壁处的石油不断改变流向,提高石油的湍流性,另外在S型半圆凸棱上设置多个滚珠槽,并在滚珠槽内滚动设置滚珠,当石油在石油管道内壁结块达到一定体积后触碰到滚珠,滚动的滚珠可以带动石油结块整体脱离管道内壁,能有效防止石油管道长时间输送的过程中石油粘接在管道内壁上造成的石油管道堵塞,输送效果好。

下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1、图2所示,石油变向管道,包括:管道本体1,设置在管道本体1外侧的隔声层2,设置在隔声层2外侧的防火外层3,在所述管道本体1的内壁上等间距均匀设置有若干S型半圆凸棱4,在所述S型半圆凸棱4上均匀设置有若干滚珠槽5,在所述滚珠槽5内滚动设置有滚珠6,在所述滚珠槽5两侧的S型半圆凸棱4内设置有润滑通道7,所述润滑通道7的一端与滚珠槽5相互连通,
所述润滑通道7的另一端与管道本体1的内腔相互连通。
上述石油变向管道,在管道本体外侧设置隔声层和防火外层能够起到隔声和防火的效果,同时在石油管道内壁上均匀设置若干S型半圆凸棱能够使经过石油管道内壁处的石油不断改变流向,提高石油的湍流性,另外在S型半圆凸棱上设置多个滚珠槽,并在滚珠槽内滚动设置滚珠,当石油在石油管道内壁结块达到一定体积后触碰到滚珠,滚动的滚珠可以带动石油结块整体脱离管道内壁,能有效防止石油管道长时间输送的过程中石油粘接在管道内壁上造成的石油管道堵塞,输送效果好。

1.石油变向管道,其特征在于:包括:管道本体(1),设置在管道本体(1)外侧的隔声层(2),设置在隔声层(2)外侧的防火外层(3),在所述管道本体(1)的内壁上等间距均匀设置有若干S型半圆凸棱(4),在所述S型半圆凸棱(4)上均匀设置有若干滚珠槽(5),在所述滚珠槽(5)内滚动设置有滚珠(6),在所述滚珠槽(5)两侧的S型半圆凸棱(4)内设置有润滑通道(7),所述润滑通道(7)的一端与滚珠槽(5)相互连通,所述润滑通道(7)的另一端与管道本体(1)的内腔相互连通。
