本发明公开了一种锅炉高效除尘布袋。所述布袋在使用前采用浸泡液进行浸泡处理,所述浸泡液包括以下重量份数的原料:丙烯酸树脂80‑100份、聚酰胺树脂30‑40份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10‑15份、柠檬酸0.5‑1.5份、十二烷基硫酸钠2‑6份、单硬脂酸甘油酯15‑25份、环状糊精10‑15份、丙二醇丁醚4‑9份、纳米碳酸钙0.2‑0.6份和水150‑300份。本发明的用于布袋除尘机的布袋通过浸泡液浸泡后改善了布袋的吸水性,在布袋纤维的表面形成了一层保护膜,从而保护布袋,延长布袋的使用寿命,同时,表面光滑、易清洗;尤其当布袋是由聚丙烯纤维制成时效果最佳。

本发明涉及一种锅炉高效除尘布袋,属于除尘技术领域。
背景技术
当今世界因为土壤破坏、气候变化、能源浪费以及温室效应等各类问题对于环保的力度也在逐渐增加,因而对于环保设备的开发与应用也在加大。布袋除尘器是环保机器设备当中最常见的一种,因此结构原理简单,工艺参数要求较低,成为当前普及度最高的一种除尘器。
布袋除尘器的工作机理是含尘烟气通过过滤材料,尘粒被过滤下来,过滤材料捕集粗粒粉尘主要靠惯性碰撞作用,捕集细粒粉尘主要靠扩散和筛分作用。滤料的粉尘层也有一定的过滤作用。布袋除尘器除尘效果的优劣与多种因素有关,但主要取决于滤料。布袋除尘器的滤料就是合成纤维、天然纤维或玻璃纤维织成的布或毡。根据需要再把布或毡缝成圆筒或扁平形滤袋,而两种布袋都存在这样的问题,即布袋外侧面的母线是竖直向下的,这样,当布袋外侧吸附粉尘后,在未进行脉冲喷吹的情况下,粉尘自然下落的路线贴着整个布袋表面,这使得布袋表面的粉尘下落过程具有很大的阻力,因此,在滤气过程中,需要频繁地利用气包与脉冲阀对各布袋进行喷吹,以抖落布袋表面的粉尘,在喷吹过程中,主滤气气流尚需中断,这既降低了除尘器过滤效率,且增加了除尘器的运行能耗,同时因为含尘烟气当中可能含有水份,造成布袋吸收水分潮湿后与粉尘粘结,造成堵塞等原因,影响设备效率。
对于除尘器使用的布袋来说,要求具有耐高温、质量轻、强度高、不吸水和表面光滑的特性,能够有效减少因为布袋吸水导致的堵塞,增加布袋使用效率和寿命,减少更换和清洗的频率。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种锅炉高效除尘布袋。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种锅炉高效除尘布袋,所述布袋在使用前采用浸泡液进行浸泡处理,所述浸泡液包括以下重量份数的原料:丙烯酸树脂80-100份、聚酰胺树脂30-40份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10-15份、柠檬酸0.5-1.5份、十二烷基硫酸钠2-6份、单硬脂酸甘油酯15-25份、环状糊精10-15份、丙二醇丁醚4-9份、纳米碳酸钙0.2-0.6份和水150-300份。
所述的一种锅炉高效除尘布袋,所述布袋由聚丙烯纤维制成。
所述的一种锅炉高效除尘布袋,所述浸泡液的制备方法为:将水加热至40-50℃,加入环状糊精和纳米碳酸钙,充分搅拌,冷却后加入柠檬酸混合后再加入丙烯酸树脂、聚酰胺树脂、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,充分搅拌后加入十二烷基硫酸钠和丙二醇丁醚,得到最终的浸泡液。
所述的一种锅炉高效除尘布袋,所述浸泡时间为20-40min。
所述的一种锅炉高效除尘布袋,所述布袋浸泡后再进行烘干处理后投入使用。
所述的一种锅炉高效除尘布袋,所述月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和环状糊精的重量比为1:1。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明的高效除尘布袋通过浸泡液浸泡后改善了布袋的吸水性,在布袋纤维的表面形成了一层保护膜,从而保护布袋,延长布袋的使用寿命,同时,表面光滑、易清洗,能够高效除尘;尤其当布袋是由聚丙烯纤维制成时效果最佳。

所述浸泡液包括以下重量份数的原料:丙烯酸树脂80份、聚酰胺树脂40份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠15份、柠檬酸1.5份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、单硬脂酸甘油酯25份、环状糊精15份、丙二醇丁醚9份、纳米碳酸钙0.2份和水300份。所述浸泡液的制备方法为:将水加热至40-50℃,加入环状糊精和纳米碳酸钙,充分搅拌,冷却后加入柠檬酸混合后再加入丙烯酸树脂、聚酰胺树脂、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,充分搅拌后加入十二烷基硫酸钠和丙二醇丁醚,得到最终的浸泡液。
