本发明涉及一种用于碳素钢的渗硼剂,其材料组成按重量百分比为,25%的硼砂、8%的氟硼酸钠、22%的黏土、7%的尿素、6%的硅铁、4%的碳酸氢铵、2%的偶氮甲酰胺、1.0%的铝、0.25%的碳酸钙、0.3%的二氧化锰、0.002%的二氧化钛、0.3%的稀土氟化物及余量的石墨和木炭。通过本发明的技术方案,减少了对稀土的使用量,并提高了渗硼效果。

一种用于碳素钢的渗硼剂
技术领域
本发明属于合金钢热处理领域,特别是指一种用于碳素钢的渗硼剂。
背景技术
对于有些金属工件,为了改善其性能的目的,需要对金属工件进行化学热处理来实现,特别是对于一些要求表面高硬度、耐磨性、抗冲击的工件,一般采用渗硼处理,以利用硼元素能够增加合金的耐磨性能,在这里需要使用渗硼剂。
现技术使用的渗硼剂渗硼层浅,最大不超过0.15毫米,并且渗硼层与基体之间的界线明显,容易导致表面渗硼层剥落。另一方面,现使用的渗硼剂使用的为贵金属及稀土金属,导致渗硼剂成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种渗硼剂,通过本技术方案,实现提高渗剂的性能及降低生产成本。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于碳素钢的渗硼剂,其材料组成按重量百分比为,25%的硼砂、8%的氟硼酸钠、22%的黏土、7%的尿素、6%的硅铁、4%的碳酸氢铵、2%的偶氮甲酰胺、1.0%的铝、0.25%的碳酸钙、0.3%的二氧化锰、0.002%的二氧化钛、0.3%的稀土氟化物及余量的石墨和木炭。
所述石墨和木炭的重量比为1∶1。
本发明同现有技术相比的有益效果是:
通过本发明的技术方案,减少了对稀土的使用量,并提高了渗硼效果。
具体实施方式
所述制备方法为:
配料,按按重量百分比为,25%的硼砂、8%的氟硼酸钠、22%的黏土、7%的尿素、6%的硅铁、4%的碳酸氢铵、2%的偶氮甲酰胺、1.0%的铝、0.25%的碳酸钙、0.3%的二氧化锰、0.002%的二氧化钛、0.3%的稀土氟化物及余量的石墨和木炭;石墨和木炭的重量比为1∶1进行配料;
将上述物料通过磨机磨制成粉末,也可以采用粉末式材料组成;
用混料机将上述材料进行混合,在混料的同时加入总重量25%的水,然后用造粒机加工成平均粒径为3-4毫米的颗粒,自然干燥后于150℃烘箱内烘干,制成渗硼剂。
所述使用方法是,
将渗硼剂装入渗硼箱内并预热到130-150℃,埋入待处理的工件,所述工件经过预热处理,其预热温度为550-600℃,并于密封炉内于880±30℃保温6-10小时,出炉内经过淬火或经过正火后再淬火后,即得到所需要性能的工件。
本发明中使用稀土元素和碳酸氢铵作为渗硼催化剂,提高治事和渗层的作用;加入铝是利用铝的低温溶解性能提高渗层的深度和渗层的均匀,能够降低渗硼的温度。

1.一种用于碳素钢的渗硼剂,其特征在于:其材料组成按重量百分比为,25%的硼砂、8%的氟硼酸钠、22%的黏土、7%的尿素、6%的硅铁、4%的碳酸氢铵、2%的偶氮甲酰胺、1.0%的铝、0.25%的碳酸钙、0.3%的二氧化锰、0.002%的二氧化钛、0.3%的稀土氟化物及余量的石墨和木炭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于碳素钢的渗硼剂,其特征在于:所述石墨和木炭的重量比为1∶1。
