本发明提出了一种玻璃幕墙清洗剂,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:烯基磺酸钠4~8份;月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠2~4份;壬基酚氧基聚氧乙烯醚醇1~4份;椰子油‑二乙醇胺缩合物0.5~2份;二甲笨磺酸钠2~3份;填料4~6份;乙二醇2~5份;异丙醇4~8份;水60~100份。本发明提出的清洗剂配方合理,制备方便,能有效地去涂玻璃表面的灰尘、污渍等各种污染物,去污能力强,且不留痕迹,提高了清洁效果,同时,不会对玻璃造成伤害,而且,对环境和人体不会造成危害,满足人们的需求。

一种玻璃幕墙清洗剂
技术领域
本发明涉及清洁剂技术领域,具体涉及一种玻璃幕墙清洁剂。
背景技术
玻璃幕墙是融现代建筑技术、建筑功能和建筑艺术于一体的建筑物外部围护构件,受到各国建筑师的青睐,形成当今新颖都市建筑一大特色。
然而在玻璃幕墙的使用过程中存在着耐污性差的问题。玻璃幕墙光洁透明的天生丽质并不耐污染,尤其在大气含尘量较多、空气污染严重、干旱少雨的北方地区,玻璃幕墙极易蒙尘纳垢,出现色泽不均匀,波纹各异,使得光反射不可控,导致光环境杂乱,破坏城市景观。
玻璃幕墙上所粘附的污垢可以大致分为如下几类:⑴以库仑力与玻璃结合的灰尘;⑵靠有机物粘附在玻璃上的灰尘、纸屑树叶和其他固体污垢;⑶以高速飞行后碰撞到玻璃幕墙上,死后又粘附在墙体上的昆虫、小生物残骸;⑷含有机物和无机盐的雨水冲刷后留下的水纹;⑸ 从屋顶流下的雨水夹带的污垢。
目前玻璃幕墙的清洗费事费力,需要研究一种快速清洁,清洁后保持洁净时间长的清洁剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种配方合理,提高了清洁效率,同时提高清洁度,使用安全、环保的玻璃幕墙清洗剂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种玻璃幕墙清洗剂,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:
烯基磺酸钠 4~8份;
月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠 2~4份;
壬基酚氧基聚氧乙烯醚醇 1~4份;
椰子油-二乙醇胺缩合物 0.5~2份;
二甲笨磺酸钠 2~3份;
填料 4~6份;
乙二醇 2~5份;
异丙醇 4~8份;
水 60~100份。
进一步地,所述填料包括无水硅酸钠、铝酸钠和钛酸钡。
进一步地,所述无水硅酸钠、铝酸钠和钛酸钡的质量比为2:1~1.5:0.5~1。
进一步地,所述钛酸钡为纳米钛酸钡。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出的清洗剂配方合理,制备方便,能有效地去涂玻璃表面的灰尘、污渍等各种污染物,去污能力强,且不留痕迹,提高了清洁效果,同时,不会对玻璃造成伤害,而且,对环境和人体不会造成危害,满足人们的需求。

一种玻璃幕墙清洗剂,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:
烯基磺酸钠 4份;
月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠 2份;
壬基酚氧基聚氧乙烯醚醇 1份;
椰子油-二乙醇胺缩合物 0.5份;
二甲笨磺酸钠 2份;
填料 4份;
乙二醇 2份;
异丙醇 4份;
水 60份。
在本实施例中,填料包括无水硅酸钠、铝酸钠和钛酸钡;无水硅酸钠、铝酸钠和钛酸钡的质量比为2:1.2:0.8;钛酸钡为纳米钛酸钡。

一种玻璃幕墙清洗剂,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:
烯基磺酸钠 6份;
月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠 3份;
壬基酚氧基聚氧乙烯醚醇 2份;

二甲笨磺酸钠 2.5份;
填料 5份;
乙二醇 3份;
异丙醇 7份;
水 80份。

二甲笨磺酸钠 2~3份;
填料 4~6份;
乙二醇 2~5份;
异丙醇 4~8份;
水 60~100份。
