Abstract

本发明提供一种用于眼镜镜片的清洗剂,包括以下组分:柠檬皮、水、白醋、非离子表面活性剂、稳定剂、缓蚀剂。其制备方法是:准备上述各组分;在搅拌机中注入水,同时将柠檬皮、白醋、非离子表面活性剂加入水中,升温到40‑60℃,搅拌5‑10分钟;向搅拌机中投入稳定剂和缓蚀剂后再搅拌3‑8分钟,搅拌均匀后得到成品清洗剂。本发明的柠檬具有天然的杀菌功能,再与白醋组合,可以将玻璃表面擦试光亮;本发明添加有氢氧化钠,使得清洗剂具有去污的功效;本发明的清洗剂制备方法简单,易于实现。

技术领域
本发明涉及光学镜片技术领域,具体涉及一种用于清洗由玻璃材料制成的眼镜镜片的清洗剂。
背景技术
现有技术中,用于清洗光学镜片的清洗剂,在清洗后会有残留的斑或者是气雾,无法达到最佳的清洁效果;组分中含有氯化物及低芳香烃等物质,毒性较大,化学安全性差。
发明内容
针对背景技术所述面临的种种问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种清洁效果佳、化学安全性较好、无毒环保的用于眼镜镜片的清洗剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种用于眼镜镜片的清洗剂,包括以下组分:柠檬皮、水、白醋、非离子表面活性剂、稳定剂、缓蚀剂。
进一步地,包括以下重量份的组分:柠檬皮5-20份、水30-50份、白醋5-8份、非离子表面活性剂5-7份、稳定剂3-5份、缓蚀剂3-5份。
进一步地,非离子表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
进一步地,所述清洗剂还包括组分:香精2-3份。
进一步地,所述清洗剂还包括组分:氢氧化钠8-15份。
进一步地,其制备方法是:准备上述各组分;在搅拌机中注入水,同时将柠檬皮、白醋、非离子表面活性剂加入水中,升温到40-60℃,搅拌5-10分钟;向搅拌机中投入稳定剂和缓蚀剂后再搅拌3-8分钟,搅拌均匀后得到成品清洗剂。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明的柠檬具有天然的杀菌功能,再与白醋组合,可以将玻璃表面擦试光亮。
2.本发明添加有氢氧化钠,使得清洗剂具有去污的功效。

本发明用于眼镜镜片的清洗剂,包括以下重量份的各组分:柠檬皮16份、水30份、白醋6份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3份、稳定剂3份、缓蚀剂3份。

本发明用于眼镜镜片的清洗剂,包括以下重量份的各组分:柠檬皮20份、水50份、白醋8份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚7份、稳定剂5份、缓蚀剂5份。

准备上述各组分;在搅拌机中注入水,同时将柠檬皮、白醋、非离子(香精、氢氧化钠)表面活性剂加入水中,升温到40-60℃,搅拌5-10分钟;向搅拌机中投入稳定剂和缓蚀剂后再搅拌3-8分钟,搅拌均匀后得到成品清洗剂。

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于眼镜镜片的清洗剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:柠檬皮5-20份、水30-50份、白醋5-8份、非离子表面活性剂5-7份、稳定剂3-5份、缓蚀剂3-5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于眼镜镜片的清洗剂,其特征在于:非离子表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于眼镜镜片的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述清洗剂还包括组分:香精2-3份。
5.根据权利要求3所述的用于眼镜镜片的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述清洗剂还包括组分:氢氧化钠8-15份。
