Abstract

本发明公开了一种可变色PU幻彩木器漆用固化剂,其特征在于,按照重量比,包括如下成分:脱水醋酸正丁酯37.4%~31.3%、二甲苯5%~7%、L‑75 52.7%~30.6%、1451 3%~10%、HI‑100/33908%~15%。制备方法为上述成分混合后,脱水,启动搅拌分散30分钟,70℃保温后降温出料密封。采用上述成分制得的固化剂,搭配基础漆制得的幻彩木器漆,具高光泽、高硬度、可变色等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可变色PU幻彩木器漆用固化剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
PU闪光木器漆是一种装饰性能优良的木器涂料,能给人一种华丽的视觉享受,广泛用于木器装饰,常规闪光漆产品配漆施工后,因普通醇酸树脂自身特性,交联度无法设计太高,硬度上升不了太高,柔韧性也会随着硬度上升而变差,光泽也较暗淡,所用珠光粉只能反射单一色彩,色彩无法随着视线角度的移动而变化出不同色彩。
为此,本申请人对可变色PU幻彩木器漆用的透明基础清漆进行了改进和优化,因此,有必要研发一种与透明基础清漆想适配的固化剂。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种可变色PU幻彩木器漆用固化剂及其制备方法,搭配基础漆制得的幻彩木器漆,具高光泽、高硬度、可变色等特点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:

本发明的有益效果是:采用上述成分制得的固化剂,搭配基础漆制得的幻彩木器漆,具高光泽、高硬度、可变色等特点。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
本发明的一种可变色PU幻彩木器漆的透明基础清漆,按照重量比,包括如下成分:
其中,所述20%醋酸纤维素的配制为:
甲乙酮 20%
CAB-551-0.2 20%
醋酸丁酯 60%
分散搅拌至完全溶解,至细度≤15um。
上述透明基础清漆的制备方法,包括以如下步骤:
A、选用干净符合标准的分散缸;
B、依次投入1272丙烯酸树脂41.3%~60%、DP315饱和聚酯树脂25%~40%、聚乙烯蜡浆1%、BYK-110分散剂0.5%~1%、EFKA-3777流平剂0.5%~1%、EFKA-3600流平剂0.1%~0.2%、BYK-066N消泡剂0.2%~0.5%、MIBK甲基异丁基酮2%~1%:
C、启动分散机,低速(1200~1500r/min)分散10分钟;
D、加入15%聚酰氨蜡浆5%、20%醋酸纤维素5%~8%、在接口处放出不少于2KG油漆倒回分散缸内,分散均匀后送检;
E、加入醋酸正丁酯0.5%~1%、调粘度到2500~3500mpa.s/25℃,制得甲组份透明基础清漆。
其中,1272:纽佩斯公司产高羟基丙烯酸树脂;DP315:SAPICI公司产饱和聚酯树脂;
可变色PU幻彩木器漆的配比方式为:80%-92%的透明基础清漆加配8%-20%的变色珠光颜料,坤彩精化股份有限公司产变色龙系列KC19805B、KC19815B、KC19816B等多种珠光颜料,在使用时可根据客户要求选择不同效果的珠光颜料。
可变色PU幻彩木器漆的制备方法如下:
A、选用干净符合标准的分散缸;
B、依次投入基础漆80%~92%、启动分散机,在低速(400~600r/min)的转速下加入变色珠光颜料5%~20%、铲动缸边,确保不包边、不结团;
C、在接口处放出不少于2KG油漆倒回分散缸内,以低速(400~600r/min)分散均匀后送检;
D、调粘度到2500~3500mpa.s/25℃,制得PU幻彩漆。
木器漆作为双组份漆,需要将清漆配合固化剂使用,施工时,也需要稀释,为此,将上述可变色PU幻彩木器漆作为甲组份,其中乙组份(固化剂)的配比为:
脱水后,启动搅拌分散30分钟,70℃保温后降温出料密封。
其中,HI-100:巴斯夫(中国)有限公司产100%固含HDI三聚体固化剂;3390:拜耳公司产90%固含HDI三聚体固化剂。
其中丙组份稀释剂的配比为:
甲组份(基础透明清漆)、乙组份、丙组份,三个组分的配比为1∶0.8~1∶0.4,丙组份不参与化学反应,仅起调稀施工作用。
可变色PU幻彩木器漆的涂装工艺如下:
A、在制好底漆的板材上施工;
B、甲、乙、丙组份按比例开稀;
C、通过喷涂施工,漆膜晾干30~60min;
D、用基础漆、乙、丙组份按比例开稀后,不打磨罩上一层透明清漆,漆膜晾干30~60min;
E、移入70℃恒温烘房烘60min~120min,移出烘房冷却后即可打包入库。
实施例1:
1)20%醋酸纤维素的制备:
甲乙酮 20Kg

2)甲组份透明基础清漆的配比:
分散均匀至细度≤25um,粘度2500~3500mpa.s/25℃
3)甲组份幻彩漆的配比:
基础漆 80Kg
变色珠光颜料 20Kg
4)乙组份的配比:
脱水后,启动搅拌分散30分钟,70℃保温后降温出料密封。
HI-100:巴斯夫(中国)有限公司产100%固含HDI三聚体固化剂;
3390:拜耳公司产90%固含HDI三聚体固化剂;
5)丙组份的配比
所述甲组份透明基础清漆的制备包括以下步骤:
选用干净符合标准的分散缸,依次投入127241.3Kg、DP31540Kg、聚乙烯蜡浆1Kg、分散剂(BYK-110)1Kg、流平剂(EFKA-3777)1Kg、流平剂(EFKA-3600)0.2Kg、消泡剂(BYK-066N)0.5Kg、甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)1Kg、启动分散机,以速(1200~1500r/min)分散10分钟;加入15%聚酰氨蜡浆5Kg、20%醋酸纤维素8Kg、在接口处放出不少于2KG油漆倒回分散缸内,分散均匀后送检;加入醋酸正丁酯1Kg、调粘度到2500~3500mpa.s/25℃,制得甲组份透明基础清漆。
所述甲组份PU幻彩漆的制备包括以下步骤:
选用干净符合标准的分散缸,依次投入基础漆80Kg、启动分散机,在低速(400~600r/min)的转速下加入变色珠光颜料20Kg,铲动缸边,确保不包边、不结团,在接口处放出不少于2KG油漆倒回分散缸内,以(400~600r/min)分散均匀后送检;制得甲组份PU幻彩漆。
甲组份(基础透明漆)、乙组份、丙组份、三个组分的配比为1∶1∶0.4,丙组份不参与化学反应,仅起调稀施工作用。
涂装工艺:在制好底漆的板材上施工,甲、乙、丙组份按比例开稀后,通过喷涂施工,待漆膜晾干30~60min后,用基础漆、乙、丙组份按比例开稀后,不打磨罩上一层透明清漆,待漆膜晾干30~60min后,移入70℃恒温烘房烘60min~120min,移出烘房冷却后即可打包入库。
实施例2:

4)乙组份的配比:
脱水后,启动搅拌分散30分钟,70℃保温后降温出料密封。

5)丙组份的配比
所述甲组份透明基础清漆的制备包括以下步骤:
选用干净符合标准的分散缸,依次投入127260Kg、DP31525.2Kg、聚乙烯蜡浆1Kg、分散剂(BYK-110)0.5Kg、流平剂(EFKA-3777)0.5Kg、流平剂(EFKA-3600)0.1Kg、消泡剂(BYK-066N)0.2Kg、甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)2Kg、启动分散机,低速(1200~1500r/min)分散10分钟;加入15%聚酰氨蜡浆5Kg、20%醋酸纤维素5Kg、在接口处放出不少于2KG油漆倒回分散缸内,分散均匀后送检;加入醋酸正丁酯0.5Kg、调粘度到2500~3500mpa.s/25℃,制得甲组份透明基础清漆。
所述甲组份PU幻彩漆的制备包括以下步骤:
选用干净符合标准的分散缸,依次投入基础漆92Kg、启动分散机,在低速(400~600r/min)的转速下加入变色珠光颜料8Kg、铲动缸边,确保不包边、不结团,在接口处放出不少于2KG油漆倒回分散缸内,以(400~600r/min)分散均匀后送检,制得甲组份PU幻彩漆。
甲组份(基础透明漆)、乙组份、丙组份、三个组分的配比为1∶0.8:0.4,丙组份不参与化学反应,仅起调稀施工作用。
涂装工艺:在制好底漆的板材上施工,甲、乙、丙组份按比例开稀后,通过喷涂施工,待漆膜晾干30~60min后,用基础漆、乙、丙组份按比例开稀后,不打磨罩上一层透明清漆,待漆膜晾干30~60min后,移入70℃恒温烘房烘60min~120min,移出烘房冷却后即可打包入库。
本发明得到的PU幻彩木器漆的各性能指标如下:
本发明的幻彩漆膜与市面上购回的PU闪光漆膜的性能比较,见下表:
检测方法:性能指标可参照GB/23997-2009,有害物质限量参照GB18581-2009。
由以上数据可知,本发明制得的木器漆是一种具有高光泽、硬度高的木器用漆,硬度高、可变色性能是一些需要耐划耐磨耐可变色涂装的首选。
本发明制得的木器漆,经检测和试用证明,其涂层的遮盖力好、附着力强、硬度高、光泽高、耐水、耐化学性好、柔韧性好、可变色不同色彩,施工时:流平好、易喷涂,特别是在硬度、光泽、可变色能方面,有优异的效果。
以上所述,只是本发明的较佳实施方式而已,但本发明并不限于上述实施例,只要其以任何相同或相似手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种可变色PU幻彩木器漆用固化剂,其特征在于,按照重量比,包括如下成分:
脱水醋酸正丁酯 37.4%~31.3%
二甲苯 5%~7%
L-75 52.7%~30.6%
1451 3%~10%
HI-100/3390 8%~15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可变色PU幻彩木器漆用固化剂,其特征在于:所述成分比例为:
