本发明涉及木制家具技术领域,特别涉及一种木制家具的防火技术。
背景技术
木制家具具有美观耐用,富古典美的特点,是很多家庭家具装修用的首选。但是,现有的木制家具涂饰用涂料的耐燃性、耐水性能、耐化学品性能和耐候性能不高,在火灾发生时不能有效防火,也不能有效防止化学品的侵害。根据木材的性质和用途,对木材防火处理措施通常采用表面涂敷法和浸渍法两种, 其所用的药物处理剂都是阻燃涂料或阻燃剂,这些阻燃剂往往只具有单一的阻燃性能,对木材在其它方面的防护处理的效果并不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有阻燃抑烟、防腐、防霉、性能稳定等多重功效的木制家具材料用防火涂料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的一种木制家具材料用防火涂料,以重量份计包括如下组分:
脒基脲磷酸盐20~40份、硼酸10~20份、钼酸钠5~8份、百菌清0.1~2份、季戊四醇0.1~1份、聚丙烯酸酯乳液20~40份、碳酸氢铵8~12份、氯化镁8~15份、硼酸锌4~8份、纳米氢氧化铝 5~15份、三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯1~3份、稀土粘合剂2~5份、环烷酸钴5~8份、N-环已基马来酰亚胺5~10份、聚硅氧烷3~5份、乙酸丁酯 2~6份、丁醇3~5份、有机酸式磷酸盐1~3份、硫酸钡1~3份。
作为优选,所述木制家具材料用防火涂料,以重量份计包括如下组分:
脒基脲磷酸盐30份、硼酸15份、钼酸钠6份、百菌清1份、季戊四醇0.5份、聚丙烯酸酯乳液30份、碳酸氢铵10份、氯化镁12份、硼酸锌5份、纳米氢氧化铝 10份、三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯2份、稀土粘合剂3份、环烷酸钴6份、N-环已基马来酰亚胺8份、聚硅氧烷4份、乙酸丁酯4份、丁醇4份、有机酸式磷酸盐2份、硫酸钡2份。
本发明的木制家具材料用防火涂料无气味、不燃、无毒,涂膜与基材附着力强,坚韧牢固,具有优良的耐燃性、耐水性、耐化学品性、耐磨性、耐候性,涂层的干燥速度快,防火和防腐蚀性能高,并且能够阻挡化学品的侵蚀,对木制家具具有很好的保护和装饰作用。
