一种计算机电缆用耐老化护套料
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种计算机电缆用耐老化护套料。
背景技术
计算机电缆主要用于电子计算机系统、监控回路、自动化控制系统的信号传输及检测仪器、仪表连接用,计算机电缆料主要为聚烯烃线组构成的缆芯和顺丁橡胶外护套,但顺丁橡胶外护套断裂伸长率低,耐老化性差,对使用计算机电缆的设备安全运行带来了很大的隐患,另外目前的计算机电缆料防水性较差,所以现有的计算机电缆在有水环境下的安全可靠性较低,不适合用作人口密集和对设备安全可靠性要求较高的场所。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种计算机电缆用耐老化护套料,防水性好,断裂伸长率高,耐老化性能优异。
本发明提出的一种计算机电缆用耐老化护套料,其原料按重量份包括:硅橡胶10-20份,顺丁橡胶25-45份,丁腈橡胶25-40份,乙烯基三氯硅烷1-2份,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2-3份,马来酸酐1-2份,过氧化二苯甲酰2-5份,N,N’-双肉桂醛缩-1,6-己二胺0.6-1份,高岭土4-10份,气相二氧化硅25-45份,玻璃微珠10-20份,陶土10-20份,白油膏1-2份,柠檬酸酯1-2份,歧化松香1-2份,对苯二酚1.5-2份,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯0.4-1份,硬脂酸镁1.5-3.5份,对苯二胺0.8-1.2份。
优选地,硅橡胶、顺丁橡胶、丁腈橡胶、过氧化二苯甲酰、N,N’-双肉桂醛缩-1,6-己二胺的重量比为12-18:30-40:30-35:3-4:0.7-0.9。
优选地,乙烯基三氯硅烷、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、马来酸酐的重量比为1.2-1.5:2.4-2.8:1.3-1.7。
优选地,高岭土、气相二氧化硅、玻璃微珠、陶土、白油膏、柠檬酸酯、歧化松香的重量比为6-8:30-40:12-16:14-18:1.3-1.7:1.2-1.4:1.6-1.8。
优选地,对苯二酚、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、硬脂酸镁、对苯二胺的重量比为1.6-1.8:0.6-0.8:2-3:0.9-1.1。
优选地,其原料按重量份包括:硅橡胶12-18份,顺丁橡胶30-40份,丁腈橡胶30-35份,乙烯基三氯硅烷1.2-1.5份,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2.4-2.8份,马来酸酐1.3-1.7份,过氧化二苯甲酰3-4份,N,N’-双肉桂醛缩-1,6-己二胺0.7-0.9份,高岭土6-8份,气相二氧化硅30-40份,玻璃微珠12-16份,陶土14-18份,白油膏1.3-1.7份,柠檬酸酯1.2-1.4份,歧化松香1.6-1.8份,对苯二酚1.6-1.8份,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯0.6-0.8份,硬脂酸镁2-3份,对苯二胺0.9-1.1份。
本发明采用常规制备工艺制得。
本发明采用丁腈橡胶、硅橡胶、顺丁橡胶协同作为主料并加入马来酸酐、乙烯基三氯硅烷、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷配合作用,使本发明的防水性能极好,断裂伸长率高,耐老化性能极为优异;配合加入的气相二氧化硅、陶土、高岭土、玻璃微珠在上述组分中的结合力强,使本发明不仅致密性好,断裂伸长率高,而且防水性能进一步增强;而N,N’-双肉桂醛缩-1,6-己二胺、过氧化二苯甲酰相互配合,可促使组分间形成高度交联网络状结构,在柠檬酸酯、白油膏、歧化松香的配合作用下,可有效促进韧性与硬度达到均衡,制品断裂伸长率较高,防水性能极为优异。

本发明提出的一种计算机电缆用耐老化护套料,其原料按重量份包括:硅橡胶10份,顺丁橡胶45份,丁腈橡胶25份,乙烯基三氯硅烷2份,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2份,马来酸酐2份,过氧化二苯甲酰2份,N,N’-双肉桂醛缩-1,6-己二胺1份,高岭土4份,气相二氧化硅45份,玻璃微珠10份,陶土20份,白油膏1份,柠檬酸酯2份,歧化松香1份,对苯二酚2份,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯0.4份,硬脂酸镁3.5份,对苯二胺0.8份。

本发明提出的一种计算机电缆用耐老化护套料,其原料按重量份包括:硅橡胶20份,顺丁橡胶25份,丁腈橡胶40份,乙烯基三氯硅烷1份,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3份,马来酸酐1份,过氧化二苯甲酰5份,N,N’-双肉桂醛缩-1,6-己二胺0.6份,高岭土10份,气相二氧化硅25份,玻璃微珠20份,陶土10份,白油膏2份,柠檬酸酯1份,歧化松香2份,对苯二酚1.5份,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯1份,硬脂酸镁1.5份,对苯二胺1.2份。

本发明提出的一种计算机电缆用耐老化护套料,其原料按重量份包括:硅橡胶12份,顺丁橡胶40份,丁腈橡胶30份,乙烯基三氯硅烷1.5份,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2.4份,马来酸酐1.7份,过氧化二苯甲酰3份,N,N’-双肉桂醛缩-1,6-己二胺0.9份,高岭土6份,气相二氧化硅40份,玻璃微珠12份,陶土18份,白油膏1.3份,柠檬酸酯1.4份,歧化松香1.6份,对苯二酚1.8份,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯0.6份,硬脂酸镁3份,对苯二胺0.9份。

本发明提出的一种计算机电缆用耐老化护套料,其原料按重量份包括:硅橡胶18份,顺丁橡胶30份,丁腈橡胶35份,乙烯基三氯硅烷1.2份,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2.8份,马来酸酐1.3份,过氧化二苯甲酰4份,N,N’-双肉桂醛缩-1,6-己二胺0.7份,高岭土8份,气相二氧化硅30份,玻璃微珠16份,陶土14份,白油膏1.7份,柠檬酸酯1.2份,歧化松香1.8份,对苯二酚1.6份,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯0.8份,硬脂酸镁2份,对苯二胺1.1份。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种计算机电缆用耐老化护套料,其原料按重量份包括:硅橡胶15份,顺丁橡胶35份,丁腈橡胶33份,乙烯基三氯硅烷1.3份,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2.6份,马来酸酐1.5份,过氧化二苯甲酰3.4份,N,N’-双肉桂醛缩-1,6-己二胺0.8份,高岭土7份,气相二氧化硅35份,玻璃微珠14份,陶土16份,白油膏1.5份,柠檬酸酯1.3份,歧化松香1.7份,对苯二酚1.7份,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯0.7份,硬脂酸镁2.3份,对苯二胺1份。

1.一种计算机电缆用耐老化护套料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:硅橡胶10-20份,顺丁橡胶25-45份,丁腈橡胶25-40份,乙烯基三氯硅烷1-2份,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2-3份,马来酸酐1-2份,过氧化二苯甲酰2-5份,N,N’-双肉桂醛缩-1,6-己二胺0.6-1份,高岭土4-10份,气相二氧化硅25-45份,玻璃微珠10-20份,陶土10-20份,白油膏1-2份,柠檬酸酯1-2份,歧化松香1-2份,对苯二酚1.5-2份,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯0.4-1份,硬脂酸镁1.5-3.5份,对苯二胺0.8-1.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述计算机电缆用耐老化护套料,其特征在于,硅橡胶、顺丁橡胶、丁腈橡胶、过氧化二苯甲酰、N,N’-双肉桂醛缩-1,6-己二胺的重量比为12-18:30-40:30-35:3-4:0.7-0.9。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述计算机电缆用耐老化护套料,其特征在于,乙烯基三氯硅烷、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、马来酸酐的重量比为1.2-1.5:2.4-2.8:

4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述计算机电缆用耐老化护套料,其特征在于,高岭土、气相二氧化硅、玻璃微珠、陶土、白油膏、柠檬酸酯、歧化松香的重量比为6-8:30-40:12-16:14-18:1.3-1.7:1.2-1.4:1.6-1.8。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述计算机电缆用耐老化护套料,其特征在于,对苯二酚、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、硬脂酸镁、对苯二胺的重量比为1.6-1.8:
