Abstract

本发明涉及一种漏胶检测装置,包括检测板、推杆、微动检测传感器、声光报警器和测漏检测套体;检测板套在测漏检测套体上,微动检测传感器为三个且以等分圆周形式固定在测漏检测套体上,微动检测传感器通过推杆与检测板连接,微动检测传感器通过无线信号控制声光报警器;当模具注塑口与喷嘴接触不良时,注射的塑胶漏出流动到检测板上,检测板受到向后的推力,通过推杆将信息传送到微动检测传感器,微动检测传感器检测到信号时通过放大电路输出无线信号给声光器报警;本发明可以及时发现注塑机漏胶,避免漏胶损坏设备导致长时间维修,有效提高设备使用率,节省人力物力。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶注塑生产技术领域,具体是一种漏胶检测装置。
背景技术
目前在使用橡胶注塑生产一些产品过程中,需要使用喷嘴与模具注塑口接触进行注塑,并通过液压油缸的压力锁紧喷嘴与模具注塑口,由于喷嘴与模具注塑口都是钢接触面,在接触过程中是硬碰撞,所以使用一段时间后喷嘴或者模具注塑口会有磨损,容易导致漏胶,如果漏胶没有及时发现,漏出胶水会破坏加热电缆和测温系统,被破坏的加热电缆和测温系统需要长时间才能修复好;耗时,且耗费人力物力。
因此,需要设计一款可以及时发现注塑机漏胶的装置。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可以及时发现注塑机漏胶的漏胶检测装置。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:提供一种漏胶检测装置,其特征在于:包括检测板、推杆、微动检测传感器、声光报警器和测漏检测套体;所述测漏检测套体由半径较大的中空圆形套与半径较小的中空圆形套连接而成,所述检测板套在测漏检测套体半径较小的中空圆形套上且在套上滑动,所述微动检测传感器为三个且以等分圆周形式固定在测漏检测套体半径较大的中空圆形套外壁上,所述微动检测传感器通过推杆与检测板连接,所述微动检测传感器通过无线信号控制声光报警器。
采用以上结构后,当模具注塑口与喷嘴接触不良时,注射的塑胶会从缝隙中漏出流动到检测板上,检测板受到一个向后的推力时,通过推杆将信息传送到微动检测传感器,微动检测传感器检测到信号时通过放大电路输出无线信号给声光器报警;检测板与布置在测漏检测套体圆周上的三个微动检测传感器开关通过特制的推杆连接,可以灵敏的检测到各个方向的漏胶,同时检测板又可以保护漏胶沿着喷嘴往后移动从而保护检测板后面的加热系统;本发明可以及时发现注塑机漏胶,避免漏胶损坏设备导致长时间维修,有效提高设备使用率,节省人力物力。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
如图1 所示,一种漏胶检测装置, 包括检测板4、推杆5、微动检测传感器6、声光报警器8和测漏检测套体9;测漏检测套体9由半径较大的中空圆形套与半径较小的中空圆形套连接而成,检测板4套在测漏检测套体9半径较小的中空圆形套上且在套上滑动,微动检测传感器6为三个且以等分圆周形式固定在测漏检测套体9半径较大的中空圆形套外壁上,微动检测传感器6通过推杆5与检测板4连接,微动检测传感器6通过无线信号控制声光报警器8。
本发明在具体工作时,将模具2放入注塑机体1内,将漏胶检测装置的测漏检测套体9套在喷嘴3与塑化热流道7上,当模具2注塑口与喷嘴3接触不良时,注射的塑胶会从缝隙中漏出流动到检测板4上,检测板4受到一个向后的推力时,通过推杆5将信息传送到微动检测传感器6,微动检测传感器6检测到信号时通过放大电路输出无线信号给声光器报警8;检测板4与布置在测漏检测套体9圆周上的三个微动检测传感器6开关通过特制的推杆5连接,可以灵敏的检测到各个方向的漏胶,同时检测板4又可以保护漏胶沿着喷嘴3往后移动从而保护检测板4后面的加热系统。

1.一种漏胶检测装置,其特征在于:包括检测板(4)、推杆(5)、微动检测传感器(6)、声光报警器(8)和测漏检测套体(9);所述测漏检测套体(9)由半径较大的中空圆形套与半径较小的中空圆形套连接而成,所述检测板(4)套在测漏检测套体(9)半径较小的中空圆形套上且在套上滑动,所述微动检测传感器(6)为三个且以等分圆周形式固定在测漏检测套体(9)半径较大的中空圆形套外壁上,所述微动检测传感器(6)通过推杆(5)与检测板(4)连接,所述微动检测传感器(6)通过无线信号控制声光报警器(8)。
