Abstract
本发明提供了一种抗菌空气净化材料及其制备方法。制备方法如下:(1)将海泡石和载银活性炭混合研磨得混合粉体;(2)将磷酸钠和去离子水混合溶解,加入上述混合粉体,保鲜膜封口,保温搅拌;(3)过滤干燥,研磨过筛,去除大颗粒;(4)加入纳米二氧化钛、硅酸钠、硝酸镧、硝酸锌、盐酸和去离子水,保鲜膜封口,搅拌;(5)加入茶渣粉、苎麻纤维和椰炭纤维,继续搅拌;(6)过滤干燥即得。本发明的抗菌空气净化材料对甲醛和苯都具有很好的吸附效果,能够有效地吸附空气中的甲醛和苯,同时还具有很好的抗菌效果,可有效抑制细菌的繁殖,从而改善由其导致的吸附效果下降。

背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,人们对生活的水平要求的不断提高,室内空气质量问题日渐成为人们关心的重点。可是,在我们一般的日常生活中,室内的各种装饰材料以及计算机、烹饪和取暖等都在室内空气中散发出大量的污染物,不但导致室内空气中污染物种类增多而且浓度增大,室内空气质量大大降低。室内空气污染主要有以下几种:甲醛、挥发性有机物总和、苯系物、氨气、有害细菌以及固体烟雾等,都会对人体健康造成一定程度的危害,严重时会危及到生命安全,目前室内空气污染已被列入对人们生活健康影响最大的5个环境因素之一。因此,研究开发有效地抗菌空气净化材料已成为人类需要迫切解决的问题。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是提供一种抗菌空气净化材料,对甲醛和苯都具有很好的吸附效果,能够有效地吸附空气中的甲醛和苯,同时还具有很好的抗菌效果,可有效抑制细菌的繁殖,从而改善由其导致的吸附效果下降。
技术方案:一种抗菌空气净化材料,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:海泡石1-3份、载银活性炭1-2份、茶渣粉0.5-1份、苎麻纤维1-3份、椰炭纤维1-2份、纳米二氧化钛0.2-0.5份、磷酸钠0.5-1份、硅酸钠0.2-0.5份、硝酸镧0.1-0.2份、硝酸锌0.2-0.4份、盐酸2-5份、去离子水100-300份。
进一步优选的,所述的一种抗菌空气净化材料,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:海泡石1.5-2.5份、载银活性炭1.2-1.8份、茶渣粉0.6-0.9份、苎麻纤维1.5-2.5份、椰炭纤维1.3-1.7份、纳米二氧化钛0.3-0.4份、磷酸钠0.6-0.9份、硅酸钠0.3-0.4份、硝酸镧0.11-0.17份、硝酸锌0.25-0.35份、盐酸3-4份、去离子水150-250份。
上述抗菌空气净化材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1) 将海泡石和载银活性炭混合研磨8-10小时,得混合粉体;
(2) 将磷酸钠和一半去离子水混合溶解,加入上述混合粉体,保鲜膜封口,用磁力搅拌机在转速80-100r/min,温度70-80℃下保温7-8小时;
(3) 过滤干燥,放入研磨机中研磨2-4小时,过200目筛,去除大颗粒;
(4) 加入纳米二氧化钛、硅酸钠、硝酸镧、硝酸锌、盐酸和剩余去离子水,保鲜膜封口,继续用磁力搅拌机在转速100-130r/min,温度70-80℃下搅拌6-7小时;
(5) 加入茶渣粉、苎麻纤维和椰炭纤维,继续搅拌2-4小时;
(6) 过滤干燥即得。

有益效果:本发明的抗菌空气净化材料对甲醛和苯都具有很好的吸附效果,甲醛和苯的初始含量分别为0.383μg/L和1.12mg/L,经本材料吸附后,其含量最低分别仅为0.0133μg/L和0.0263μg/L,能够有效地吸附空气中的甲醛和苯,同时,本材料还具有很好的抗菌效果,对于大肠杆菌的抑制率可达到100%,可有效抑制细菌的繁殖,从而改善由其导致的吸附效果下降。

上述抗菌空气净化材料的制备方法为:(1)将海泡石和载银活性炭混合研磨9.5小时,得混合粉体;(2)将磷酸钠和一半去离子水混合溶解,加入上述混合粉体,保鲜膜封口,用磁力搅拌机在转速95r/min,温度75℃下保温7.5小时;(3)过滤干燥,放入研磨机中研磨3.5小时,过200目筛,去除大颗粒;(4)加入纳米二氧化钛、硅酸钠、硝酸镧、硝酸锌、盐酸和剩余去离子水,保鲜膜封口,继续用磁力搅拌机在转速120r/min,温度75℃下搅拌6.5小时;(5)加入茶渣粉、苎麻纤维和椰炭纤维,继续搅拌3.5小时;(6)过滤干燥即得。
实施例5
一种抗菌空气净化材料,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:海泡石3份、载银活性炭2份、茶渣粉1份、苎麻纤维3份、椰炭纤维2份、纳米二氧化钛0.5份、磷酸钠1份、硅酸钠0.5份、硝酸镧0.2份、硝酸锌0.4份、盐酸5份、去离子水300份。
上述抗菌空气净化材料的制备方法为:(1)将海泡石和载银活性炭混合研磨10小时,得混合粉体;(2)将磷酸钠和一半去离子水混合溶解,加入上述混合粉体,保鲜膜封口,用磁力搅拌机在转速100r/min,温度80℃下保温8小时;(3)过滤干燥,放入研磨机中研磨4小时,过200目筛,去除大颗粒;(4)加入纳米二氧化钛、硅酸钠、硝酸镧、硝酸锌、盐酸和剩余去离子水,保鲜膜封口,继续用磁力搅拌机在转速130r/min,温度80℃下搅拌7小时;(5)加入茶渣粉、苎麻纤维和椰炭纤维,继续搅拌4小时;(6)过滤干燥即得。
对比例1
本实施例与实施例2的区别在于不含硝酸镧和硝酸锌。具体地说是:
一种抗菌空气净化材料,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:海泡石1.5份、载银活性炭1.2份、茶渣粉0.6份、苎麻纤维1.5份、椰炭纤维1.3份、纳米二氧化钛0.3份、磷酸钠0.6份、硅酸钠0.3份、盐酸3份、去离子水150份。
上述抗菌空气净化材料的制备方法为:(1)将海泡石和载银活性炭混合研磨8.5小时,得混合粉体;(2)将磷酸钠和一半去离子水混合溶解,加入上述混合粉体,保鲜膜封口,用磁力搅拌机在转速85r/min,温度75℃下保温7.5小时;(3)过滤干燥,放入研磨机中研磨2.5小时,过200目筛,去除大颗粒;(4)加入纳米二氧化钛、硅酸钠、盐酸和剩余去离子水,保鲜膜封口,继续用磁力搅拌机在转速110r/min,温度75℃下搅拌6.5小时;(5)加入茶渣粉、苎麻纤维和椰炭纤维,继续搅拌2.5小时;(6)过滤干燥即得。
对比例2
本实施例与实施例2的区别在于不含有载银活性炭和茶渣粉。具体地说是:
一种抗菌空气净化材料,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:海泡石1.5份、苎麻纤维1.5份、椰炭纤维1.3份、纳米二氧化钛0.3份、磷酸钠0.6份、硅酸钠0.3份、硝酸镧0.11份、硝酸锌0.25份、盐酸3份、去离子水150份。
上述抗菌空气净化材料的制备方法为:(1)将海泡石混合研磨8.5小时,得混合粉体;(2)将磷酸钠和一半去离子水混合溶解,加入上述混合粉体,保鲜膜封口,用磁力搅拌机在转速85r/min,温度75℃下保温7.5小时;(3)过滤干燥,放入研磨机中研磨2.5小时,过200目筛,去除大颗粒;(4)加入纳米二氧化钛、硅酸钠、硝酸镧、硝酸锌、盐酸和剩余去离子水,保鲜膜封口,继续用磁力搅拌机在转速110r/min,温度75℃下搅拌6.5小时;(5)加入苎麻纤维和椰炭纤维,继续搅拌2.5小时;(6)过滤干燥即得。
本发明材料的各项性能指标见下表,我们可以看到本发明材料对于甲醛和苯都具有很好的吸附效果,甲醛和苯的初始含量分别为0.383μg/L和1.12mg/L,经本材料吸附后,其含量最低分别仅为0.0133μg/L和0.0263μg/L,能够有效地吸附空气中的甲醛和苯,同时,本材料还具有很好的抗菌效果,对于大肠杆菌的抑制率可达到100%,可有效抑制细菌的繁殖,从而改善由其导致的吸附效果下降。对比例1和对比例2中分别不含有硝酸镧和硝酸锌及载银活性炭和茶渣粉,对于甲醛和苯的吸附量都下降了,同时对大肠杆菌的抑制率也下降明显,说明这四个成分对于甲醛和苯的吸附效果以及对于大肠杆菌的抑制率都起着重要的作用。

Claims (8)
1.一种抗菌空气净化材料,其特征在于:由以下成分以重量份制备而成:海泡石1-3份、载银活性炭1-2份、茶渣粉0.5-1份、苎麻纤维1-3份、椰炭纤维1-2份、纳米二氧化钛0.2-0.5份、磷酸钠0.5-1份、硅酸钠0.2-0.5份、硝酸镧0.1-0.2份、硝酸锌0.2-0.4份、盐酸2-5份、去离子水100-300份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌空气净化材料,其特征在于:由以下成分以重量份制备而成:海泡石1.5-2.5份、载银活性炭1.2-1.8份、茶渣粉0.6-0.9份、苎麻纤维1.5-2.5份、椰炭纤维1.3-1.7份、纳米二氧化钛0.3-0.4份、磷酸钠0.6-0.9份、硅酸钠0.3-0.4份、硝酸镧0.11-0.17份、硝酸锌0.25-0.35份、盐酸3-4份、去离子水150-250份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种抗菌空气净化材料,其特征在于:所述的纳米二氧化钛的粒径为20-50nm。
4.权利要求1至2任一项所述的一种抗菌空气净化材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1) 将海泡石和载银活性炭混合研磨8-10小时,得混合粉体;
(2) 将磷酸钠和一半去离子水混合溶解,加入上述混合粉体,保鲜膜封口,用磁力搅拌机在转速80-100r/min,温度70-80℃下保温7-8小时;
(3) 过滤干燥,放入研磨机中研磨2-4小时,过200目筛,去除大颗粒;
(4) 加入纳米二氧化钛、硅酸钠、硝酸镧、硝酸锌、盐酸和剩余去离子水,保鲜膜封口,继续用磁力搅拌机在转速100-130r/min,温度70-80℃下搅拌6-7小时;
(5) 加入茶渣粉、苎麻纤维和椰炭纤维,继续搅拌2-4小时;
(6) 过滤干燥即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌空气净化材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中研磨时间为9小时。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌空气净化材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中转速为85-95r/min,温度为75℃,保温时间为7.5小时。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌空气净化材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中研磨时间为2.5-3.5小时。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌空气净化材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中转速110-120r/min,温度75℃下搅拌6.5小时。
