Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于医疗领域中的带有保护元件的微灌注针或瘘管针。
背景技术
微灌注针是具有带有对置的横向翼的本体的医疗器械,该本体在一个侧部上与管状元件相关联并且在另一侧部上与中空插管相关联,其中,中空插管与管状元件之间流体连通并且适于插入到患者的静脉中以从他/她抽取血液或者将药物引入到静脉中。
瘘管针是具有带有对置的横向翼的本体的医疗器械,该本体在一个侧部上与适于从患者的静脉抽取血液的中空插管相关联并且在另一侧部上与将这种血液运载到被称为透析器的设备的管相关联,其中,透析器在将血液净化之后通过另一根管和另一根瘘管针将血液重新注入到患者中。
对于如上述的(微灌注或瘘管)针,当操作者将插管从静脉移出时,已知他/她将暴露于伤害并且与患者的血液接触。考虑到防止感染蔓延,已知上述针的本体与长形保护元件相关联,该长形保护元件具有腔体并且适于在插管从患者的静脉被移出时接纳插管。因此获得了包括两个部件——由(微灌注或瘘管)针限定的具有带有翼的本体和插管的第一部件和由保护元件限定的第二部件——的组件。

具体地,本发明的目的在于提供一种带有下述保护元件的微灌注针或瘘管针:所述保护元件确保在两个部件必须以接合的关系移动至彼此时以相对于第二部件的方式充分控制第一部件的针。
上述技术目标和具体目的通过带有结合了本发明所述的技术特征的保护元件的微灌注针或瘘管针而基本实现。

带有保护元件的微灌注针或瘘管针包括第一部件1a,该第一部件1a包括本体2,本体2配装有对置的抓持翼3并且具有第一端部4,其中,第一端部4连接有插管5,插管5具有梢部6(梢部6上可能放置有未示出的针罩)。本体2的第二端部具有与该本体相关联的管7,该管7与插管5流体连通。在这方面,本体2内部中空以允许插管5与管7之间流体连通。管7可以连接至包含有生物流体或医疗流体的袋或其他储液器、或者连接至用于在将插管5插入他/她的静脉中时收集从患者抽取的血液的包。

Claims (9)
1.一种带有保护元件的微灌注针或瘘管针,包括:
