Abstract

本发明提供了一种复合吸水纸，从上到下依次包括上隔离层、夹持网帘、上高分子吸水树脂层、高蓬无纺布、下高分子吸水树脂层、夹持网帘和下隔离层，夹持网帘包括若干网孔致密部和网孔稀疏部，网孔致密部两两接触，网孔致密部分别对应上高分子吸水树脂层和下高分子吸水树脂层的高分子吸水单元，网孔稀疏部分别对应所述上高分子吸水树脂层和下高分子吸水树脂层上的导流槽。本发明在上高分子吸水树脂层和下高分子吸水树脂层上设置夹持网帘，通过网控致密部将撒布在高蓬无纺布上的高分子吸水树脂定位分布成高分子吸水单元，单元的整列排布更为复杂，使得在吸水纸长度方向上形成更为复杂的传输通路。

一种复合吸水纸
技术领域
本发明属于卫生用品技术领域，尤其是涉及一种复合吸水纸。
背景技术
目前，在卫生用品领域，市售的卫生巾、尿不湿等产品中所用到的吸湿材料，多是由一层或两次无纺布与一层高分子或其他吸水材料复合而成，吸水层往往是平面，在吸水后往往会聚焦在中心，不易扩散，且高分子吸水层吸收后会迅速膨胀，造成凝胶阻塞，严重影响二次吸收速度，导致表层干爽性下降。
改进后的吸水纸整个长度方向上形成的是贯通槽，液体容易沿贯通槽快速从受液点被转移至储液点，在佩戴者平躺时易发生后漏；虽然可以通过调节导流沟槽宽度和数量在一定程度上改善，但过细的导流槽，在高分子吸收后容易阻塞；液体过快从受液点转移至储液点时，由于超薄吸收芯体，绒毛浆含量极少，再加上芯体厚度较薄，临时储液能力有限，而高分子吸收液体需要一定的时间，过多的液体转移至储液点的裆部时，易发生侧漏。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明旨在提出一种复合吸水纸，以解决上述技术问题。
为达到上述目的，本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种复合吸水纸，从上到下依次包括上隔离层、夹持网帘、上高分子吸水树脂层、高蓬无纺布、下高分子吸水树脂层、夹持网帘和下隔离层，所述夹持网帘包括若干网孔致密部和网孔稀疏部，所述网孔致密部两两接触，所述网孔致密部分别对应所述上高分子吸水树脂层和下高分子吸水树脂层的高分子吸水单元，所述网孔稀疏部分别对应所述上高分子吸水树脂层和下高分子吸水树脂层上的导流槽。网孔致密部两两接触，进而网孔稀疏部对应的导流槽则间隔排布，彼此之间不连通，相互独立。
进一步的，所述网孔致密部成线性阵列排布。
进一步的，所述网孔致密部的网孔直径小于高分子吸水树脂颗粒的直径，网孔稀疏部的网孔直径大于高分子吸水树脂颗粒的直径。这样保证剩余部分对应的导流槽部分的高分子吸水树脂颗粒从网孔稀疏部穿透，进而留出导流槽的通道，避免了高分子吸水树脂在吸收液体发生膨胀之后堵塞导流通道。
进一步的，所述导流槽包括上导流槽和下导流槽，所述上导流槽的深度等于所述上高分子吸水树脂层的厚度，所述下导流槽的深度等于所述下高分子吸水树脂层的厚度。
进一步的，所述上导流槽和下导流槽的位置上下一一对应。
进一步的，所述网孔致密部为菱形。
进一步的，所述网孔致密部为正方形。
进一步的，所述网孔致密部为圆形。
相对于现有技术，本发明所述的复合吸水纸具有以下优势：
在上高分子吸水树脂层和下高分子吸水树脂层上设置夹持网帘，夹持网帘不同的网孔密度，将撒布在高蓬无纺布上的高分子吸水树脂定位分布成高分子吸水单元，单元的整列排布更为复杂，使得在吸水纸长度方向上形成更为复杂的传输通路，不易发生后漏；高分子吸水树脂的双层设置以及导流槽的设置，能够有效提升吸收性制品性能，下渗速度增加、扩散长度增长、SAP利用率提高，进一步将降低回渗量、提高保液能力。

一种复合吸水纸，从上到下依次包括上隔离层1、夹持网帘2、上高分子吸水树脂层3、高蓬无纺布4、下高分子吸水树脂层5、夹持网帘2和下隔离层6，所述夹持网帘2包括若干网孔致密部201和网孔稀疏部202，所述网孔致密部201两两接触，所述网孔致密部201分别对应所述上高分子吸水树脂层3和下高分子吸水树脂层5的高分子吸水单元，所述网孔稀疏部202分别对应所述上高分子吸水树脂层3和下高分子吸水树脂层5上的导流槽。
上述网孔致密部201成线性阵列排布。
上述网孔致密部201的网孔直径小于高分子吸水树脂颗粒的直径，网孔稀疏部202的网孔直径大于高分子吸水树脂颗粒的直径。
上述导流槽包括上导流槽7和下导流槽8，所述上导流槽7的深度等于所述上高分子吸水树脂层3的厚度，所述下导流槽8的深度等于所述下高分子吸水树脂层5的厚度。
上述上导流槽7和下导流槽8的位置上下一一对应。
上述网孔致密部201为菱形。
上述网孔致密部201为正方形。
上述网孔致密部201为圆形。
如图1～4所示，液体从上隔离层1流下到夹持网帘2，由于夹持网帘2具有网孔致密部201和网孔稀疏部202，将高分子吸水树脂颗粒固定在网孔致密部201的下方，定位分布成高分子吸水单元，网孔稀疏部202对应的部分形成导流槽，有利于液体流下。夹持网帘2的设置使得吸水纸长度方向上形成更为复杂的传输通路，不易发生后漏。

1.一种复合吸水纸，其特征在于：从上到下依次包括上隔离层(1)、夹持网帘(2)、上高分子吸水树脂层(3)、高蓬无纺布(4)、下高分子吸水树脂层(5)、夹持网帘(2)和下隔离层(6)，所述夹持网帘(2)包括若干网孔致密部(201)和网孔稀疏部(202)，所述网孔致密部(201)两两接触，所述网孔致密部(201)分别对应所述上高分子吸水树脂层(3)和下高分子吸水树脂层(5)的高分子吸水单元，所述网孔稀疏部(202)分别对应所述上高分子吸水树脂层(3)和下高分子吸水树脂层(5)上的导流槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合吸水纸，其特征在于：所述网孔致密部(201)成线性阵列排布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合吸水纸，其特征在于：所述网孔致密部(201)的网孔直径小于高分子吸水树脂颗粒的直径，网孔稀疏部(202)的网孔直径大于高分子吸水树脂颗粒的直径。
