技术领域
本发明属于卫生用品领域，尤其是涉及一种高吸收性吸收制品。
背景技术
纸尿裤在佩戴时，尿液被吸收至纸尿裤中进行临时存储过程中，体液首次接触纸尿裤时形成受液段，尿液在纸尿裤中滑移后至裆部形成吸收段；受液段吸收越少，尿液滑移至吸收段越多，侧漏风险越大。虽然SAP定位布置后一定程度上降低了这种风险，但SAP定量增大，造成凝胶阻滞现象越严重，SAP利用率降低，表面干爽度下降。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明旨在提出一种高吸收性吸收制品，以达到液体能够快速被吸收，降低侧漏风险；SAP定量少，SAP利用率高，表面干爽度高。
为达到上述目的，本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种高吸收性吸收制品，从上到下依次包括面层、导流层、复合吸水纸和底膜；所述复合吸水纸沿所述复合吸水纸厚度方向依次设有上隔离层、上吸水层、高蓬无纺布、下吸水层和下隔离层，所述上吸水层分布有贯穿上吸水层的上导流槽，所述复合吸水纸下方设置有高蓬临时储液层。
进一步，所述上导流槽包括若干个。
进一步，所述上导流槽排布沿所述复合吸水纸长度方向延伸。
进一步，所述下吸水层分布有贯穿下吸水层的下导流槽；
进一步，所述上导流槽与下导流槽相互重叠；
进一步，还包括包覆层，所述包覆层完全包覆所述复合吸水纸。
进一步，所述高蓬临时储液层材料为高蓬无纺布。

实施例1
如图1，本发明提出一种高吸收性吸收制品，从上到下依次包括面层1、导流层2、复合吸水纸3和底膜4；所述复合吸水纸沿所述复合吸水纸3厚度方向依次设有上隔离层31、上吸水层32，高蓬无纺布33，下吸水层34和下隔离层35，各层胶合或热合结合在一起；所述上隔离层31选自无尘纸、湿强纸、多亲纺粘无纺布中的一种或几种，所述上吸水层32，下吸水层34由均匀分布的高分子吸水树脂构成；上吸水层32包括贯穿上吸水层厚度的上导流槽36，上导流槽36沿复合吸水纸长度方向延伸，所述下吸水层34包括贯穿下吸水层厚度的下导流槽37,下导流槽37沿复合吸水纸长度方向延伸。所述复合吸水纸3下方或者中间设置有高蓬临时储液层5，所述上导流槽36包括若干个。
实施例2
如图2-3，将本发明提出的一种高吸收性吸收制品制备成纸尿裤，从上到下依次包括面层1、导流层2、复合吸水纸3和底膜4；所述复合吸水纸沿所述复合吸水纸3厚度方向依次设有上隔离层31、上吸水层32，高蓬无纺布33，下吸水层34和下隔离层35，各层胶合或热合结合在一起；所述上隔离层31选自无尘纸、湿强纸、多亲纺粘无纺布中的一种或几种，所述上吸水层32，下吸水层34由均匀分布的高分子吸水树脂构成；上吸水层32包括贯穿上吸水层厚度的上导流槽36，上导流槽36沿复合吸水纸长度方向延伸，所述下吸水层34包括贯穿下吸水层厚度的下导流槽37,下导流槽37沿复合吸水纸长度方向延伸。所述复合吸水纸3下方或者中间设置有高蓬临时储液层5，所述上导流槽36包括若干个，所述的上导流槽36排布沿所述复合吸水纸3长度方向延伸。
当婴儿排尿，注入到受液段7后，尿液通过面层1和导流层2渗入到复合吸水纸3，能够穿过贯通上吸水层32的上导流槽36和贯通下吸水层34的下导流槽37，快速进入高蓬临时储液层5，以便高蓬临时储液层5能够俘获液体，尿液在高蓬临时储液层5暂存，防止侧漏，另一方面也改变了尿液在复合吸水纸3上的分布，下吸水层34将吸收更多的体液，从而提升表层干爽度。所述吸收复合吸水纸3设置多个相互重叠的上导流槽36和下导流槽37，减少凝胶阻滞现象，提高分子吸水树脂的利用率，提高纸尿裤吸收容量，保持了纸尿裤表面的干爽。

Claims (10)

1.一种高吸收性吸收制品，其特征在于：从上到下依次包括面层(1)、导流层(2)、复合吸水纸(3)和底膜(4)；所述复合吸水纸(3)沿所述复合吸水纸(3)厚度方向依次设有上隔离层(31)、上吸水层(32)、高蓬无纺布(33)、下吸水层(34)和下隔离层(35)，所述上吸水层(32)分布有上导流槽(36)，所述复合吸水纸(3)下方设置有高蓬临时储液层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吸收性吸收制品，其特征在于：所述上导流槽(36)包括若干个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吸收性吸收制品，其特征在于：所述上导流槽(36)排布沿所述复合吸水纸(3)长度方向延伸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吸收性吸收制品，其特征在于：所述复合吸水纸(3)的下吸水层(34)上设有下导流槽(37)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吸收性吸收制品，其特征在于：还包括包覆层(6)，所述包覆层(6)完全包覆所述复合吸水纸(3)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吸收性吸收制品，其特征在于：所述高蓬临时储液层(5)材料为高蓬无纺布。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高吸收性吸收制品，其特征在于：所述高蓬临时储液层(5)位于所述包覆层(6)与所述底膜(4)之间，或者所述高蓬临时储液层(5)位于所述复合吸水纸(3)与所述包覆层(6)之间。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吸收性吸收制品，其特征在于：所述高蓬临时储液层(5)的宽度小于或等于所述复合吸水纸(3)的宽度。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吸收性吸收制品，其特征在于：所述高蓬临时储液层(5)的长度小于或等于所述复合吸水纸(3)的长度。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吸收性吸收制品，其特征在于：所述高蓬临时储液层(5)厚度为3-10mm。
