The mobile terminal 100 as shown in fig. 1 may be configured to operate with communication systems such as wired and wireless communication systems and satellite-based communication systems that transmit data via frames or packets.
A communication system in which a mobile terminal according to the present invention is operable will now be described with reference to fig. 2.
Such communication systems may use different air interfaces and/or physical layers. For example, the air interface used by the communication system includes, for example, Frequency Division Multiple Access (FDMA), Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), and Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) (in particular, Long Term Evolution (LTE)), global system for mobile communications (GSM), and the like. By way of non-limiting example, the following description relates to a CDMA communication system, but such teachings are equally applicable to other types of systems.
Referring to fig. 2, the CDMA wireless communication system may include a plurality of mobile terminals 100, a plurality of Base Stations (BSs) 270, Base Station Controllers (BSCs) 275, and a Mobile Switching Center (MSC) 280. The MSC280 is configured to interface with a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) 290. The MSC280 is also configured to interface with a BSC275, which may be coupled to the base station 270 via a backhaul. The backhaul may be constructed according to any of several known interfaces including, for example, E1/T1, ATM, IP, PPP, frame Relay, HDSL, ADSL, or xDSL. It will be understood that a system as shown in fig. 2 may include multiple BSCs 275.
Each BS270 may serve one or more sectors (or regions), each sector covered by a multi-directional antenna or an antenna pointing in a particular direction being radially distant from the BS 270. Alternatively, each partition may be covered by two or more antennas for diversity reception. Each BS270 may be configured to support multiple frequency allocations, with each frequency allocation having a particular frequency spectrum (e.g., 1.25MHz,5MHz, etc.).
The intersection of partitions with frequency allocations may be referred to as a CDMA channel. The BS270 may also be referred to as a Base Transceiver Subsystem (BTS) or other equivalent terminology. In such a case, the term "base station" may be used to generically refer to a single BSC275 and at least one BS 270. The base stations may also be referred to as "cells". Alternatively, each sector of a particular BS270 may be referred to as a plurality of cell sites.
As shown in fig. 2, a Broadcast Transmitter (BT)295 transmits a broadcast signal to the mobile terminal 100 operating within the system. In fig. 2, several Global Positioning System (GPS) satellites 300 are shown. The satellite 300 assists in locating at least one of the plurality of mobile terminals 100.
In fig. 2, a plurality of satellites 300 are depicted, but it is understood that useful positioning information may be obtained with any number of satellites. Other techniques that can track the location of the mobile terminal may be used instead of or in addition to GPS tracking techniques. In addition, at least one GPS satellite 300 may selectively or additionally process satellite DMB transmission.
As a typical operation of the wireless communication system, the BS270 receives reverse link signals from various mobile terminals 100. The mobile terminal 100 is generally engaged in conversations, messaging, and other types of communications. Each reverse link signal received by a particular base station 270 is processed within the particular BS 270. The obtained data is forwarded to the associated BSC 275. The BSC provides call resource allocation and mobility management functions including coordination of soft handoff procedures between BSs 270. The BSCs 275 also route the received data to the MSC280, which provides additional routing services for interfacing with the PSTN 290. Similarly, the PSTN290 interfaces with the MSC280, the MSC interfaces with the BSCs 275, and the BSCs 275 accordingly control the BS270 to transmit forward link signals to the mobile terminal 100.
Based on the above mobile terminal hardware structure and communication system, various embodiments of the present invention are proposed.
As shown in fig. 3, a first embodiment of the payment apparatus of the present invention is proposed based on the above-mentioned mobile terminal hardware structure and communication system, and specifically, the payment apparatus provided by the present invention includes:
the obtaining module 31 is configured to obtain a transaction amount of a current transaction.
The payment module 32 is used for judging whether the current transaction can be subjected to the secret-free payment according to the stored preset secret-free payment limit and paying the current transaction; whether the current transaction can be subjected to the password-free payment is judged mainly according to whether the transaction amount of the current transaction is larger than a preset password-free payment limit.
And the management module 33 is configured to set the transaction amount of the current transaction as the limit of the secret-free payment within the current preset time when the current transaction cannot be paid for the secret-free payment and the payment is successful.
When the current transaction can not be paid without secret, the user must input a corresponding password to pay, if the payment is successful, the user inputting the password is a legal user, so that the payment of the legal user is facilitated and the payment safety is ensured, the transaction amount of which is lower than the transaction amount of the current transaction can be set within the current preset time without inputting the password, namely the transaction amount of the current transaction is set to be the payment limit without secret within the current preset time. The preset time can be freely set by a user, but in order to ensure safety, the preset time is not suitable to be set too long.
In practical applications, the payment module 32 is configured to determine that the current transaction can be subjected to the secret-free payment when the transaction amount of the current transaction is not greater than the preset secret-free payment limit, and determine that the current transaction cannot be subjected to the secret-free payment when the transaction amount of the current transaction is greater than the preset secret-free payment limit.
In practical applications, the current transaction may refer to all types of transactions that occur in the terminal, such as a transaction performed using a payment function provided by application software such as a WeChat payment, a WeChat transfer, a Payment treasure payment, and the like, or a transaction performed through a Near Field Communication function provided by the terminal device, such as NFC (Near Field Communication) or radio frequency card swiping, or other payment functions, such as a contact card swiping function.
In practical application, the current transaction can enjoy certain preferential benefits, such as random discount, voucher, red packet and the like, at this time, the transaction amount can refer to the original transaction amount, can also be the actual transaction amount which actually occurs, and can be automatically set or set by a user according to actual conditions.
As a simple example, after 85 yuan is consumed and randomly subtracted in a supermarket by a user, 79 yuan is actually consumed (i.e., 6 yuan is immediately subtracted), that is, the original transaction amount is 85 and the actual transaction amount is 79, and if the preset password-free payment limit set by the user is 80 yuan, at this time, the transaction amount uses different setting methods, so that the payment module 32 executes different payment processes. For example, when the transaction amount is on time with the actual transaction amount, because the transaction amount of the current transaction is not greater than the preset password exemption payment limit, it is determined that the current transaction can be subjected to the password exemption payment, the payment is directly performed without inputting a password by the user, when the transaction amount is on time with the original transaction amount, because the transaction amount of the current transaction is greater than the preset password exemption payment limit, it is determined that the current transaction cannot be subjected to the password exemption payment, the user is required to input the password, and then the management module 33 is caused to update the password exemption payment limit within the current preset time from 80 yuan to 85 yuan, that is, the transaction amount within the current preset time is less than 85 yuan, the password does not need to be input, the preset time can be freely set by the user, but the preset time is not set too long to ensure safety.
Through the embodiment, when the current transaction cannot be subjected to the secret-free payment and the payment is successful, the transaction amount of the current transaction is set to be the secret-free payment limit within the current preset time, so that the payment safety is ensured, and the payment of a user can be facilitated.
Further, a second embodiment of the payment apparatus of the present invention is proposed, as shown in fig. 3, the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the obtaining module is further configured to obtain a transaction scenario and/or user characteristic information of the current transaction; the payment module is used for judging whether the current transaction can be subjected to the secret-free payment according to the stored preset secret-free payment limit, the transaction scene commonly used by the user and the user characteristic information of the legal user.
The existing means for judging whether the secret payment can be avoided only by using the preset secret payment exemption limit has certain disadvantages, for example, after a mobile phone is lost, an illegal user can continuously consume the secret exemption small amount, and if the number of times is too many, the illegal user can bring great loss to the user, so that in practical application, the acquisition module 31 is also used for acquiring the transaction scene and/or user characteristic information of the current transaction; the payment module 32 is configured to determine whether the current transaction can be paid for a password-free payment according to the stored preset password-free payment limit, the transaction scenario commonly used by the user, and the user characteristic information of the legitimate user.
In practical application, the transaction scene of the current transaction includes at least one of position information of a consumption scene, WiFi information of terminal connection, and payment device information.
The position information of the consumption scene is used for determining the position of a consumption merchant or consumption in a shop/supermarket, the position information can be absolute longitude and latitude information or merchant identification and the like, whether the current transaction occurs in the shop which the user likes can be determined through the information, the safety of the payment function of the user terminal is enhanced by introducing user preferences, the privacy-free payment function can only be used in the shop which the user likes, and the use experience of the user is enhanced.
Correspondingly, the WiFi information refers to WiFi information accessed by a user terminal, and the user is familiar with service personnel in a frequently-visited consumption place, such as a restaurant/supermarket, so that the WiFi network provided by a shop can be inquired and the internet can be accessed, and therefore, the WiFi information accessed to the WiFi can also be used as a standard for judging the preference of the user, and the consumption safety is further enhanced. For example, after a mobile phone of a user is lost or stolen, an illegal user can select to close wireless connection, so that if WiFi is not accessed in a consumption place where the user frequently goes, the user can be considered that the illegal user uses terminal equipment such as the mobile phone, and at the moment, the secret payment-free function is closed, and payment is required to be carried out by using a password.
Correspondingly, the payment device information can be the device identification of a common infrared scanning gun, a card swiping machine and a POS machine, and as with WiFi information, a user can be familiar with service personnel in a common consumption place, such as a restaurant/supermarket, and therefore the user can consume at the same position or service personnel, and the payment device information is the same, so that the payment device information can also be used as a standard for judging the preference of the user, and the consumption safety is further enhanced. For example, after a mobile phone of a user is lost or stolen, an illegal user does not know a waiter preferred by the user, so if a fixed waiter is not found in a consumption place where the user frequently goes, the user can be considered that the illegal user uses a terminal device such as the mobile phone, and at the moment, the secret payment-free function is turned off, and payment is required to be carried out by using a password.
In practical application, the user characteristic information refers to information that can determine the identity of a user, such as a human face, a fingerprint, and the like, and such information does not need to be input by the user. During transaction, whether the current user is a legal user can be judged by acquiring the user characteristic information, and whether the password-free payment function needs to be started is further judged.
In the embodiment, the transaction scene and/or the user characteristic information of the current transaction are/is acquired; and judging whether the current transaction can be subjected to the secret-free payment according to the stored preset secret-free payment limit, the transaction scene commonly used by the user and the user characteristic information of the legal user, thereby further improving the payment safety.
Further, a third embodiment of the payment apparatus of the present invention is provided, and the difference between the third embodiment and the second embodiment is that the payment apparatus further includes a storage module 34, where the storage module is configured to update the transaction scenario and/or the user characteristic information of the current transaction to the transaction scenario commonly used by the user and the user characteristic information of the legitimate user after the payment of the current transaction is successful.
In practical application, as shown in fig. 3, the payment apparatus provided by the present invention further includes a storage module 34, where the storage module 34 is configured to update the transaction scenario and/or the user characteristic information of the current transaction to the transaction scenario commonly used by the user and the user characteristic information of the legitimate user after the payment of the current transaction is successful, so that the payment module 32 can invoke the transaction scenario and/or the user characteristic information.
In this embodiment, through the storage module 34, an automatic learning function of the transaction scenario commonly used by the user and the user characteristic information of the legitimate user is realized, and the transaction scenario can also be used as a consumption record for the user to query, thereby further improving the payment experience of the user.
In practical application, the preset limit of the password-free payment can be the same limit used in all scenes or different limits used in different scenes, so that the interest of the user in consumption can be enhanced.
For example, the secret-free payment limit preset at time T0 is 80 yuan, the secret-free payment limit preset at time T1 is 100 yuan, the secret-free payment limit preset at time T2 is 140 yuan, the secret-free payment limit preset at time T3 is 150 yuan, the secret-free payment limit preset at time T4 is 160 yuan, the secret-free payment limit preset at time T5 is 180 yuan, and the secret-free payment limit preset at time T6 is 200 yuan.
If the password-free payment limit at a certain time set by the management module 33 is not consistent with the preset password-free payment limit at that time, the setting result of the management module 33 should be adopted. As shown in fig. 7, if the user sets the general mode, the preset limit of the non-payment for the secret is different from the preset limit of the usage for different scenes, so that the limit of the non-payment for the secret is changed from T1 to T7.
The present embodiment will now be further described with reference to specific scenarios.

The terminal provided by the embodiment manages the limit of the password-free payment through the actual consumption condition, for example, when the current transaction cannot be subjected to the password-free payment (that is, the transaction amount is greater than the limit of the password-free payment) and the payment is successful, the transaction amount of the current transaction is set to the limit of the password-free payment within the current preset time, so that the function of automatically updating the limit of the password-free payment is realized, the limit is not required to be manually set by a user, the password-free payment is automatically updated according to the actual consumption condition, the problem that the limit of the existing password-free payment is a fixed value is solved, and the use experience of the user is enhanced.
As shown in fig. 5, a first embodiment of the payment method of the present invention is proposed, in which the payment method includes the following steps:
s501: and acquiring the transaction amount of the current transaction.
In practical applications, the current transaction may refer to all types of transactions that occur at the terminal, such as a transaction performed using a payment function provided by application software such as a wechat payment, a wechat transfer, a pay payment, and the like, or a transaction performed through a near field communication function provided by the terminal device, such as an NFC or radio frequency card swipe, or other payment functions, such as a contact card swipe function.
For example, when the transaction amount is on time with the actual transaction amount, because the transaction amount of the current transaction is not greater than the preset password-free payment limit, it is determined that the current transaction can be subjected to the password-free payment, the payment is directly performed without inputting a password by the user, when the transaction amount is on time with the original transaction amount, because the transaction amount of the current transaction is greater than the preset password-free payment limit, it is determined that the current transaction cannot be subjected to the password-free payment, the user is required to input the password, and then the password-free payment limit within the current preset time is updated from 80 yuan to 85 yuan, that is, the transaction amount within the current preset time is less than 85 yuan, the password does not need to be input, the preset time can be freely set by the user, but in order to ensure the safety, the preset time is inappropriately set.
S502: and judging whether the current transaction can be subjected to secret-free payment according to the stored preset secret-free payment limit, and paying the current transaction.
