Abstract

一种固定装置，用于固定一板体与一主板，所述固定装置包括一本体及一从所述本体延伸而出的固定板，所述本体能够沿一平行于所述本体的第一方向卡扣于所述主板，所述固定板能够沿一垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向弹性形变而卡扣于所述板体的一定位部上。本发明还涉及一种电子装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种固定装置及一种具有固定装置之电子装置。
背景技术
平板电子装置由于其体积小、重量轻、携带方便等优点，受到用户的广泛使用。平板电子装置一般包括一板体及一主板，板体与主板之间通过一长条形的转接支架固定。转接支架两端分别通过螺丝与板体及主板锁固，当需要将主板与板体拆卸时，需要通过螺丝刀等工具使转接支架与板体或主板解锁，这使主板与板体之间的拆卸变得复杂。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容，有必要提供一种方便拆卸主板与板体的固定装置。
一种固定装置，用于固定一板体与一主板，所述固定装置包括一本体及一从所述本体延伸而出的固定板，所述本体能够沿一平行于所述本体的第一方向卡扣于所述主板，所述固定板能够沿一垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向弹性形变而卡扣于所述板体的一定位部上。
优选地，所述固定板包括一导入部并设有一定位孔，所述定位部沿所述导入部滑动至所述定位孔，使所述固定板与所述板体卡扣。
优选地，所述固定板凸伸有一操作片，所述操作片与所述导入部相对，所述操作片受力使所述固定板沿所述第二方向弹性形变。
优选地，所述本体与所述固定板之间存在一间隙以使所述固定板沿所述第二方向弹性形变。
优选地，所述固定板垂直于所述本体。
优选地，所述本体包括一第一侧边及一垂直于所述第一侧边的第二侧边，所述第一侧边设有一卡槽，所述第二侧边设有一凹口，所述卡槽及所述凹口与所述主板的两卡扣片卡扣。
优选地，所述固定装置还包括一操作部，所述操作部包括一从所述本体延伸而出的连接片及一从所述连接片延伸而出的凸片，所述凸片大致垂直于所述连接片。
优选地，所述操作部还包括一加强肋，所述加强肋大致呈三角形，所述加强肋的相邻两侧分别从所述本体及所述连接片延伸而出。
一种电子装置，包括一板体、一主板及一固定所述板体与主板的固定装置，所述板体包括一外凸的定位部，所述主板包括至少一卡扣片，所述固定装置包括一本体及一从所述本体延伸而出的固定板，所述本体能够沿一平行于所述本体的第一方向卡扣于所述主板的至少一卡扣片，所述固定板能够沿一垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向弹性形变而卡扣于所述板体的定位部上。
优选地，所述固定板包括一导入部，所述主板设有一缺口，所述定位部沿所述导入部滑动至所述缺口使所述主板与所述板体定位。
相较于现有技术，固定装置固定板体及主板，只需对固定板施加一外力使固定板与板体的定位部脱离，板体就与主板解锁，无需其他工具，使板体与主板的拆卸变得方便。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图3，本发明的一较佳实施例中，一种电子装置包括一固定装置100、一主板200及一板体300，所述固定装置100用于固定所述主板200及所述板体300。
所述固定装置100包括一本体10、一从所述本体10延伸而出的操作部20及一从本体10延伸而出的固定板30。所述固定板30大致垂直于所述本体10。所述固定板30与所述本体10之间存在一间隙40，以让所述固定板30能够在垂直于所述固定板30的方向上弹性变形。所述本体10包括一第一侧边12及一垂直于所述第一侧边12的第二侧边14。所述第一侧边12设有一卡槽120，所述第二侧边14设有一凹口140。所述操作部20包括一从所述本体10延伸而出的加强肋21、一连接片22、一从所述连接片22延伸而出的凸片24。所述凸片24与所述本体10大致平行。所述凸片24大致垂直于所述连接片22及所述固定板30。所述连接片22从所述本体10延伸而出并与所述加强肋21连接。在一实施例中，所述加强肋21大致呈三角形。在一实施例中，所述本体10大致为一矩形。所述第一侧边12及第二侧边14为所述本体10的相邻两侧边。所述操作部20位于所述本体10的一角落。
所述固定板30设有一定位孔32。所述固定板30的第一端向上延伸一操作片34，所述固定板30的一与所述第一端相对的第二端延伸一导入部36，所述导入部36设有一向所述固定板30内侧延伸的导入面360。在一实施方式中，所述导入面360为一倾斜面。
所述主板200包括一主体210及四个从所述主体210延伸而出的挡边220。所述主体210大致呈矩形，所述挡边220位于所述主体210的四个角落。每一挡边220大致垂直于所述主体210。所述主体210包括两卡扣片212，所述两卡扣片212相互垂直。每一卡扣片212包括一卡扣部214及一从所述卡扣部214延伸而出的止挡部216，所述止挡部216大致垂直于所述卡扣部214。每一挡边220设有一缺口222。在一实施例中，所述缺口222大致呈半圆形。所述板体300包括四定位部310，所述板体300大致呈矩形，所述四定位部310位于所述板体300的四个角落。在一实施例中，所述四定位部310为组装板体300本身所使用的螺钉一端。
请继续参阅图4至图7，使用所述固定装置100时，每一固定装置100的本体10朝一第一方向移动，一卡扣片212收容于所述卡槽120，另一卡扣片212与所述凹口140抵触，使所述固定装置100安装于所述主板200。所述第一方向平行于所述本体10。所述主板200与所述板体300大致对齐，所述定位部310沿所述导入部36移动而滑入所述缺口222，使所述定位部310收容于所述挡边220的缺口222，以调整所述主板200与所述板体300的位置，而让所述定位孔32与所述定位部310对齐。所述定位孔32套设于所述定位部310，使所述固定板30与所述板体300固定。当安装于所述主板200四角的固定装置100分别固定在所述板体300上时，所述主板200与所述板体300固定。
当需要拆卸所述主板200与所述板体300时，分别对每一固定板30的操作片34施加一外力，使所述固定板30向一直于所述第一方向的第二方向弹性形变，所述定位孔32与所述定位部310分离，所述主板200与所述板体300解锁，移动所述主板200使所述主板200与所述板体300分离。对所述凸片24施加一与所述第一方向相反的力，所述固定装置100朝与所述第一方向相反的方向移动并脱离所述主板200。
在所述主板200与所述板体300的拆卸过程中，只需对所述固定板30施加一外力使所述固定板30与所述板体300的定位部310脱离，所述板体300就与所述主板200解锁，无需其他工具，使所述板体300与所述主板200的拆卸变得方便。

Claims (9)

1.一种固定装置，用于固定一板体与一主板，其特征在于：所述板体包括定位部，所述固定装置包括一本体及一从所述本体延伸而出的固定板，所述固定板包括一导入部并设有一定位孔，所述本体能够沿一平行于所述本体的第一方向卡扣于所述主板，所述定位部沿所述导入部滑动至所述定位孔，以将所述固定板卡扣于所述板体上；
当所述固定装置解锁所述板体时，所述固定板沿一垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向弹性形变而解锁于所述板体的定位部上。
2.如权利要求1所述的固定装置，其特征在于：所述导入部包括一导入面，所述导入面为一倾斜面。
3.如权利要求1所述的固定装置，其特征在于：所述固定板凸伸有一操作片，所述操作片与所述导入部相对，所述操作片受力使所述固定板沿所述第二方向弹性形变。
4.如权利要求1所述的固定装置，其特征在于：所述本体与所述固定板之间存在一间隙以使所述固定板沿所述第二方向弹性形变。
5.如权利要求1所述的固定装置，其特征在于：所述固定板垂直于所述本体。
6.如权利要求1所述的固定装置，其特征在于：所述本体包括一第一侧边及一垂直于所述第一侧边的第二侧边，所述第一侧边设有一卡槽，所述第二侧边设有一凹口，所述卡槽及所述凹口与所述主板的两卡扣片卡扣。
7.如权利要求1所述的固定装置，其特征在于：所述固定装置还包括一操作部，所述操作部包括一从所述本体延伸而出的连接片及一从所述连接片延伸而出的凸片，所述凸片大致垂直于所述连接片。
8.如权利要求7所述的固定装置，其特征在于：所述操作部还包括一加强肋，所述加强肋大致呈三角形，所述加强肋的相邻两侧分别从所述本体及所述连接片延伸而出。
9.一种电子装置，包括一板体、一主板及一固定所述板体与主板的固定装置，其特征在于：所述板体包括一定位部，所述主板包括至少一卡扣片，所述固定装置包括一本体及一从所述本体延伸的固定板，所述固定板包括一导入部，所述本体能够沿一平行于所述本体的第一方向卡扣于所述主板的至少一卡扣片，所述固定板能够沿一垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向弹性形变而使所述定位部沿所述导入部滑动直至与所述固定板卡扣。
