技术领域
本发明涉及一种降温净化机,尤其涉及一种静电吸附除尘的空气净化机,属于家用电器设备技术领域。
背景技术
目前,现有的空气净化机大多采用过滤网对空气中的尘埃进行物理过滤和吸附,使用一段时间后过滤网或过滤带上的多孔结构很容易被堵死,导致过滤失败,而且对于过滤网或过滤带上的灰尘很不容易清除,很可能还会对室内空气造成二次污染,不利于提高室内的空气质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对目前使用的空气净化机结构简单,过滤网或过滤带上的多孔结构很容易被堵死,过滤效果不佳,很可能还会对室内空气造成二次污染的缺陷和不足,现提供一种结构合理,不采用过滤网或过滤带结构,采用静电吸附和水除尘,过滤效果好,不会对室内空气造成二次污染的静电吸附除尘的空气净化机。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:静电吸附除尘的空气净化机,包括净化机壳体,所述净化机壳体的底部设置有净化水仓,净化机壳体的一侧设置有侧面进风口,侧面进风口上安装有进风栅格,侧面进风口的内侧安装有进风机,进风机的排风口外侧安装有净化过滤网,净化过滤网与加湿水帘器之间悬挂设置有多个静电吸附块,净化机壳体的内部侧上方设置有导风通道,导风通道的外侧为出风口,出风口上安装有排风机。
所述净化过滤网的排风外侧安装有加湿水帘器,加湿水帘器上均匀设置有多个喷水排孔,喷水排孔通过微型水泵和输水管与净化水仓相连接,
所述净化水仓的侧面设置有加注口,净化水仓的底部开设有活塞式清洗口。
本发明的有益效果是:在净化过滤网与加湿水帘器之间悬挂设置有多个静电吸附块,利用静电对空气中的带电尘埃进行吸附,同时利用水帘的形式进行除尘,还具有较好的室内空气净化效果,不会对室内空气造成二次污染。

所述净化过滤网5的排风外侧安装有加湿水帘器7,加湿水帘器7上均匀设置有多个喷水排孔,喷水排孔通过微型水泵8和输水管与净化水仓2相连接。
所述净化水仓2的侧面设置有加注口,净化水仓2的底部开设有活塞式清洗口。
如附图1,净化机壳体1的底部设置有净化水仓2,净化水仓2用于存放加湿用的纯净水,在夏天也可以加入冰水。净化水仓2的底部设置有污物沉积腔以及清洗口,在使用过程中加湿水在经过反复循环使用后会夹带一些灰尘和污渍,通过污物沉积腔实现污物的沉积,为了便于排出污物,可以通过清洗口排出沉积的污物,清洗口上安装有密封活塞或密封盖。
净化机壳体1的一侧设置有侧面进风口3,侧面进风口3上安装有进风栅格,侧面进风口3的内侧安装有进风机4。进风机4的排风口外侧安装有净化过滤网5,净化过滤网5能够将抽入净化器内部的空气进行粉尘颗粒的净化,净化过滤网5与加湿水帘器7之间设置有静电吸附块6,通过静电吸附的作用进一步吸附带静电的空气悬浮物。
净化过滤网5的排风外侧安装有加湿水帘器7,加湿水帘器7上均匀设置有多个喷水排孔,喷水排孔通过输水管与净化水仓2相连接,输水管上安装有微型水泵8。净化机壳体1的内部侧上方设置有导风通道9,导风通道9的外侧为出风口10,净化和加湿后的空气从出风口10排出。为了提升出风效果,出风口10上安装有排风机11。本发明利用静电对空气中的带电尘埃进行吸附,同时利用水帘的形式进行除尘,还具有较好的室内空气净化效果,不会对室内空气造成二次污染。
