本发明公开了一种不锈钢水龙头阀体,包括在底部设置有第一进水口、第二进水口和出水口的龙头主体,所述龙头主体内部还设置有容置腔,所述容置腔内安装有阀体组件,所述阀体组件包括由上至下安装在容置腔内的阀杆、动瓷片以及静瓷片,所述容置腔内还设有用于限制阀杆纵向移动的压紧螺母,该水龙头阀体简化掉了阀套结构,阀杆、静瓷片和动瓷片直接安装在龙头主体中,使结构更加简单,提高了加工装配的效率,采用不锈钢材料制作而成,结构更加牢固稳定,成本也更低;另外由于没有了容易磨损的阀套结构,使用寿命得到了很大的提高,提高了水龙头的耐用性和经济性。

技术领域
本发明涉及水龙头,特别是一种不锈钢水龙头阀体。
背景技术
混水龙头就是将冷热水混在一起并能调节水温的龙头,由于热水器的普遍使用,使得水龙头的开关有了根本性的改变,现在市场上主销的产品以混水龙头为主,混水龙头内部结构采用高精度陶瓷片或钢质阀芯控制出水流量,这种龙头多数为单手柄开启,操作使用方便,只需用手轻轻碰启,就可打开,再轻轻旋转,就可调节水温,尤其在厨房中,安装混水龙头,给厨房劳做减少了不少麻烦。
传统的混水龙头一般包括龙头主体、阀杆、密封圈、陶瓷动片、陶瓷静片以及阀套,阀杆、陶瓷动片和陶瓷静片组装在阀套中,阀套再安装在龙头主体中,由于有多层结构,为了保证密封性能,阀套内部和阀套外部需要设置多个密封圈,增加了结构的复杂性,降低了加工和安装的效率,成本也高,另外由于阀套一般采用工程塑料,长时间的使用会有磨损和老化,使用寿命较短,由于结构复杂,安装难度较大,所以往往阀套坏了,整个龙头都要更换,不经济。
发明内容
为了克服现有混水龙头结构复杂、使用寿命短、不够经济的缺点,本发明提供了一种不锈钢水龙头阀体,大大提高水龙头结构的牢固性。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种不锈钢水龙头阀体,包括在底部设置有第一进水口、第二进水口和出水口的龙头主体,所述龙头主体内部还设置有容置腔,所述容置腔内安装有阀体组件,所述阀体组件包括由上至下安装在容置腔内的阀杆、被阀杆带动调节出水的动瓷片以及限制在容置腔内不动的静瓷片,所述容置腔内还设有用于限制阀杆纵向移动的压紧螺母,所述龙头主体、阀杆以及压紧螺母都为不锈钢材质。
为了达到转换调节出水的目的,所述的静瓷片上设置有与第一进水口、第二进水口和出水口对应的引水通孔,所述的动瓷片底部设置有引水槽。
为了使静瓷片可以固定在龙头主体容置腔内,所述的静瓷片侧面设置有定位肩,所述的龙头主体内部设置有对应的卡住定位肩的凹口。
为了改善其密封性能,使出入水之间不互相影响,所述的静瓷片下方设置有密封垫。
为了使阀杆能够配合带动动瓷片,所述的阀杆底面上设置有凸台,所述的动瓷片上表面设置有与凸台配合的卡口。
为了限制阀杆的转动角度范围,所述的阀杆侧面设置有限位台,所述的龙头主体内部设置有对应的限位槽。
为了方便安装水龙头把手,所述的阀杆顶端设置有纵向齿。
本发明的有益效果是:该水龙头阀体简化掉了阀套结构,阀杆、静瓷片和动瓷片直接安装在龙头主体中,使结构更加简单,提高了加工装配的效率,采用不锈钢材料制作而成,结构更加牢固稳定,成本也更低;另外由于没有了容易磨损的阀套结构,使用寿命得到了很大的提高,提高了水龙头的耐用性和经济性。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2,本发明提供的一种不锈钢水龙头阀体,包括在底部设置有第一进水口11、第二进水口12和出水口13的龙头主体1,所述龙头主体1内部还设置有容置腔14,所述容置腔14内安装有阀体组件,其特征在于:所述阀体组件包括由上至下安装在容置腔14内的阀杆2、被阀杆2带动调节出水的动瓷片3以及限制在容置腔14内不动的静瓷片4,所述容置腔14内还设有用于限制阀杆2纵向移动的压紧螺母6,所述龙头主体1、阀杆2以及压紧螺母6都为不锈钢材质。
上述结构中,所述的静瓷片4上设置有与第一进水口11、第二进水口12和出水口13对应的引水通孔41,所述的动瓷片3底部设置有引水槽。为了使静瓷片4可以固定在龙头主体1容置腔14内,所述的静瓷片4侧面设置有定位肩42,所述的龙头主体1内部设置有对应的卡住定位肩42的凹口。为了改善其密封性能,使出入水之间不互相影响,所述的静瓷片4下方设置有密封垫5。
上述结构中,所述的阀杆2底面上设置有凸台21,所述的动瓷片3上表面设置有与凸台21配合的卡口31。为了限制阀杆2的转动范围,所述的阀杆2侧面设置有限位台22,所述的龙头主体1内部设置有对应的限位槽。为了方便安装水龙头把手,所述的阀杆2顶端设置有纵向齿23。
安装时,将密封垫5、静瓷片4、动瓷片3以及阀杆2装入龙头主体1的容置腔14内,密封垫5上的通孔、静瓷片4上的引水通道41与龙头主体1底部的第一进水口11、第二进水口12和出水口13一一对齐,静瓷片4通过定位肩42和凹口固定在龙头主体1内,阀杆2底面上设置的凸台21和动瓷片3上表面设置的卡口31对齐,阀杆2的转动可以带动动瓷片3的转动,同时由于阀杆2侧面设置有限位台22,与龙头主体1内部设置的对应的限位槽配合,使得阀杆2只能在固定的角度范围内转动,可以防止日常使用时过拧,造成水龙头损坏和浪费水资源,最后将压紧螺母6拧紧在龙头主体1上,使得阀杆2只能转动,不能上下移动,同时将密封垫5压紧,使出入水之间不会互相影响,阀杆2的顶端纵向齿23可以与龙头把手连接,龙头把手转动时,带动阀杆2转动,阀杆2转动可以带动动瓷片3转动,动瓷片3底部设置有引水槽,把手转动的角度可以调节引水槽与两个入水口之间的形成的开口大小,从而调节冷热水进入的比例,从而达到调节水温的目的。
当然,本发明除了上述实施方式之外,还可以有其它结构上的变形,这些等同技术方案也应当在其保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种不锈钢水龙头阀体,包括在底部设置有第一进水口(11)、第二进水口(12)和出水口(13)的龙头主体(1),所述龙头主体(1)内部还设置有容置腔(14),所述容置腔(14)内安装有阀体组件,其特征在于:所述阀体组件包括由上至下安装在容置腔(14)内的阀杆(2)、被阀杆(2)带动调节出水的动瓷片(3)以及限制在容置腔(14)内不动的静瓷片(4),所述容置腔(14)内还设有用于限制阀杆(2)纵向移动的压紧螺母(6),所述龙头主体(1)、阀杆(2)以及压紧螺母(6)都为不锈钢材质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢水龙头阀体,其特征在于:所述的静瓷片(4)上设置有与第一进水口(11)、第二进水口(12)和出水口(13)对应的引水通孔(41),所述的动瓷片(3)底部设置有引水槽。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种不锈钢水龙头阀体,其特征在于:所述的静瓷片(4)侧面设置有定位肩(42),所述的龙头主体(1)内部设置有对应的卡住定位肩(42)的凹口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种不锈钢水龙头阀体,其特征在于:所述的静瓷片(4)下方设置有密封垫(5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢水龙头阀体,其特征在于:所述的阀杆(2)底面上设置有凸台(21),所述的动瓷片(3)上表面设置有与凸台(21)配合的卡口(31)。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种不锈钢水龙头阀体,其特征在于:所述的阀杆(2)侧面设置有限位台(22),所述的龙头主体(1)内部设置有对应的限位槽。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种不锈钢水龙头阀体,其特征在于:所述的阀杆(2)顶端设置有纵向齿(23)。
