本发明提供节能环保的隔墙装饰一体结构,其技术方案为:钢支架底座(1)中部设有调节杆(3),调节杆(3)与调节式托盘(2)用固定螺母(4)固定连接,在调节式托盘(2)右侧安装有铝合金卡条(5),左侧安装有边框铝型材(6),铝合金卡条(5)与边框铝型材(6)分别连接面层板(7),在面层板(7)上设有面层板收口限位块(13)、硅酮密封胶收口(14)和强弱电接线盒(15),面层板(7)与EPS板构成粘合层(8),粘合层(8)连接保温防火板(9),在保温防火板(9)的中部设有隔墙(10),隔墙(10)的两侧安装有内龙骨铝合金型材(11),内龙骨铝合金型材(11)上设有型材连接卡口(12)。本发明安全环保,保温隔音,可根据客户需求调节踢脚线的高度。

技术领域
本发明涉及隔墙技术领域,尤其是节能环保的隔墙装饰一体结构。
背景技术
传统的隔墙大多采用轻钢龙骨再上石膏板或木工板,最后刮腻子刷乳胶漆或粘贴铝塑板和其他装饰面层,传统工艺有着如下弊病,其一,现场施工工艺粗糙,施工难度大;其二,工期长,费时费力;其三,隔墙质量低下,并污染环境等诸多不利因素。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供安装周期短、保温、隔音及节能环保的隔墙装饰一体结构,其技术方案为:钢支架底座中部设有调节杆,调节杆与调节式托盘用固定螺母固定连接,在调节式托盘右侧安装有铝合金卡条,左侧安装有边框铝型材,铝合金卡条与边框铝型材分别连接面层板,在面层板上设有面层板收口限位块、硅酮密封胶收口和强弱电接线盒,面层板与EPS板构成粘合层,粘合层连接保温防火板,在保温防火板的中部设有隔墙,隔墙的两侧安装有内龙骨铝合金型材,内龙骨铝合金型材上设有型材连接卡口,在面层板上设有尼龙加强网。
本发明设计合理实用,现场安装工期短,安全环保,即装即住,保温隔音,可根据客户需求调节踢脚线的高度,适合普遍推广使用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,节能环保的隔墙装饰一体结构,主要由钢支架底座1、调节式托盘2、调节杆3、固定螺母4、铝合金卡条5、边框铝型材6、面层板7、粘合层8、保温防火板9、隔墙10、内龙骨铝合金型材11、型材连接卡口12、面层板收口限位块13、硅酮密封胶收口14和强弱电接线盒15构成;钢支架底座1中部设有调节杆3,调节杆3与调节式托盘2用固定螺母4固定连接,在调节式托盘2右侧安装有铝合金卡条5,左侧安装有边框铝型材6,铝合金卡条5与边框铝型材6分别连接面层板7,在面层板7上设有面层板收口限位块13、硅酮密封胶收口14和强弱电接线盒15,面层板7与EPS板构成粘合层8,粘合层8连接保温防火板9,在保温防火板9的中部设有隔墙10,隔墙10的两侧安装有内龙骨铝合金型材11,内龙骨铝合金型材11上设有型材连接卡口12。
本发明采用隔墙装饰一体化结构,量身定做,百分之七十在生产车间完成,现场安装工期短,面层板内壁开有多个槽与铝合金龙骨凸起相吻合插接在一起,密封收口前安装铝合金卡条,因为在装铝合金龙骨前留有空间,由卡条达到固定,最后用密封胶收口。由于设有可调节式钢支架,可根据客户需求调节踢脚线的高度。面层板可选多种材质和多种不同颜色,隔墙板的正反面可以根据个人喜好和不同的场所需要而选择不同材质和颜色。隔墙饰面可更换为:瓷板、UV板、铝塑板及各种颜色的木饰面板等。

1.节能环保的隔墙装饰一体结构,其特征在于:钢支架底座(1)中部设有调节杆(3),调节杆(3)与调节式托盘(2)用固定螺母(4)固定连接,在调节式托盘(2)右侧安装有铝合金卡条(5),左侧安装有边框铝型材(6),铝合金卡条(5)与边框铝型材(6)分别连接面层板(7),在面层板(7)上设有面层板收口限位块(13)、硅酮密封胶收口(14)和强弱电接线盒(15),面层板(7)与EPS板构成粘合层(8),粘合层(8)连接保温防火板(9),在保温防火板(9)的中部设有隔墙(10),隔墙(10)的两侧安装有内龙骨铝合金型材(11),内龙骨铝合金型材(11)上设有型材连接卡口(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能环保的隔墙装饰一体结构,其特征在于:在面层板(7)上设有尼龙加强网。
