技术领域
本发明涉及隔墙技术领域，尤其是新型多功能隔墙装饰一体结构。
背景技术
传统的玻璃隔墙大多采用铁方管做成框架加木材填充，中心安装12毫米玻璃饰面包不锈钢或其他材料，无法安装踢脚线和强弱电源，表面笨重，浪费材料，做工粗糙，在盐碱地带使用会产生锈斑，配装门也比较单一，由于经常需要维修及更换，严重影响了消费者的利益。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供新型多功能隔墙装饰一体结构，其技术方案为：钢支架底座底部用不锈钢膨胀螺丝固定，中部设有调节杆，调节杆与调节式托盘用固定螺母固定连接，在调节式托盘右侧安装有主型材卡条，左侧安装有隔墙周边框型材，铝合金卡条与边框铝型材分别连接墙裙瓷板面层，墙裙瓷板面层与EPS板构成粘合层，在墙裙瓷板面层上安装有强弱电接线盒，隔墙中梃铝型材的内部设有拼接固定卡口，一侧通过胶条收口与10毫米钢化玻璃连接，另一侧下部通过胶条卡口与墙裙瓷板面层连接，上部通过透明胶卡口与夹胶玻璃连接，在10毫米钢化玻璃与隔墙中梃铝型材的横向连接处设有玻璃塑料垫块，在10毫米钢化玻璃与铝合金百叶之间设有双玻内卡条，在铝合金百叶上部设有百叶电机，10毫米钢化玻璃的上部设有弧形玻璃卡条，在顶部的铝型材内部设有型材连接卡口。
本发明设计合理实用，节能环保，即装即住，可根据客户需求调节踢脚线的高度，更解决了不能安装强弱电的问题，适合普遍推广使用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，新型多功能隔墙装饰一体结构，主要由钢支架底座1、调节式托盘2、调节杆3、固定螺母4、铝合金卡条5、隔墙周边框型材6、墙裙瓷板面层7、粘合层8、隔墙中梃铝型材9、胶条卡口10、透明胶卡口11、玻璃塑料垫块12、强弱电接线盒13、夹胶玻璃14、10毫米钢化玻璃15、铝合金百叶16、百叶电机17、弧形玻璃卡条18、双玻内卡条19、胶条收口20、固定卡口21和不锈钢膨胀螺丝22构成；钢支架底座1底部用不锈钢膨胀螺丝22固定，中部设有调节杆3，调节杆3与调节式托盘2用固定螺母4固定连接，在调节式托盘2右侧安装有主型材卡条5，左侧安装有隔墙周边框型材6，铝合金卡条5与边框铝型材6分别连接墙裙瓷板面层7，墙裙瓷板面层7与EPS板构成粘合层8，在墙裙瓷板面层7上安装有强弱电接线盒13，隔墙中梃铝型材9的内部设有拼接固定卡口21，一侧通过胶条收口20与10毫米钢化玻璃15连接，另一侧下部通过胶条卡口10与墙裙瓷板面层7连接，上部通过透明胶卡口11与夹胶玻璃14连接，在10毫米钢化玻璃15与隔墙中梃铝型材9的横向连接处设有玻璃塑料垫块12，在10毫米钢化玻璃15与铝合金百叶16之间设有双玻内卡条19，在铝合金百叶16上部设有百叶电机17，10毫米钢化玻璃15的上部设有弧形玻璃卡条18。
本发明由于安装有可调节式钢支架和配带墙裙功能，并安装有强弱电接线盒，解决了没有踢脚线和强弱电的问题，原有的结构在增加隔断时无法安装强弱电，原有的隔断都是后加的，因单层玻璃或双层玻璃厚度的空间太小，无法安装线路、线盒及线管。
本发明百分之七十是在生产车间完成，减少了现场施工时间，并且工期短，即装即住。多功能隔墙可根据需要更换单层或磨砂玻璃等，可换成其他装饰材料，墙裙部分可更换多种材质的装饰材料并配装多材质的室内门。配带墙裙的多功能玻璃隔墙外面瓷板内面木面板，可换成各种不同材质和颜色的饰面板，玻璃部分各种玻璃都能使用，并在玻璃中心加装手动或遥控电动百叶，有配套的各种材质的室内门和各种门锁，能满足不同场所和不同人群的各个需求。

1.新型多功能隔墙装饰一体结构，其特征在于：钢支架底座（1）底部用不锈钢膨胀螺丝（22）固定，中部设有调节杆（3），调节杆（3）与调节式托盘（2）用固定螺母（4）固定连接，在调节式托盘（2）右侧安装有主型材卡条（5），左侧安装有隔墙周边框型材（6），铝合金卡条（5）与边框铝型材（6）分别连接墙裙瓷板面层（7），墙裙瓷板面层（7）与EPS板构成粘合层（8），在墙裙瓷板面层（7）上安装有强弱电接线盒（13），隔墙中梃铝型材（9）的内部设有拼接固定卡口（21），一侧通过胶条收口（20）与10毫米钢化玻璃（15）连接，另一侧下部通过胶条卡口（10）与墙裙瓷板面层（7）连接，上部通过透明胶卡口（11）与夹胶玻璃（14）连接，在10毫米钢化玻璃（15）与隔墙中梃铝型材（9）的横向连接处设有玻璃塑料垫块（12），在10毫米钢化玻璃（15）与铝合金百叶（16）之间设有双玻内卡条（19），在铝合金百叶（16）上部设有百叶电机（17），10毫米钢化玻璃（15）的上部设有弧形玻璃卡条（18）。
