本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种高透明防紫外线隔热玻璃,其隔热性能较好,能够有效阻挡太阳光,从而保证室内的阴凉,并且能够有效防止紫外线对人体的侵蚀,同时具有独特的颜色和色调。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种高透明防紫外线隔热玻璃,它包括玻璃本体,所述玻璃本体包括玻璃基材和着色剂,所述玻璃基材的成分包括SiO2、Na2O、CaO、MgO和Al2O3,所述玻璃基材成分为97%~98.8wt%,所述着色剂成分包括:Fe2O3为0.9~2.0 wt%、FeO为0.17~0.52 wt%、TiO2为0.1~1 wt%、Cr2O3为250~800PPM、CoO为40~150PPM,所述玻璃本体表面设置有一层隔热层,所述隔热层由以下重量比的原料制成:成膜物质 25%~40%,二氧化硅15%~30%,氧化锌5%~10%,分散剂1%~3%,消泡剂1%~3%,其余为溶剂。
