Abstract
本发明公开了一种高强度VCM覆膜板,包括钢材基板,其特征在于,所述钢材基板表面设置有第一粘合层,所述第一粘合层上设置有缓冲层,所述缓冲层上设置有第二粘合层,所述第二粘合层上设置有面层。与现有技术相比,本发明采用缓冲层,提高产品的冲压性,使得产品应用范围更加广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高强度VCM覆膜板,属于新材料领域。
背景技术
VCM覆膜板广泛应用于家电和装潢领域。目前,常见的VCM覆膜板抗冲击性能不足,VCM覆膜容易分层,影响美观。
例如,中国专利201410659492.5公开了一种具有3D表面效果的VCM复塑钢板,基板为钢板,钢板的正面具有粘合层,粘合层上设有3D效果图案印刷层,3D效果图案印刷层上粘接有PVC3D印刷层,PVC3D印刷层上粘接有PET真空蒸镀铝膜UV压印层;钢板的背面设有背漆层。具有3D表面效果的VCM复塑钢板不仅具有环保性能,且同时也具有耐候性、耐蚀性、高冲压性、着色性及自润滑性等性能,且图案和色彩多样化,根据排线光阴折射能呈现更好的类似金属的外观效果和立体拉丝纹触感3D效果;该复塑钢板制成的产品具有良好的美观性、实用性、可加工性,可广泛用作各种装饰装潢和家电冰箱产品。虽然其对高冲压性的效果有描述,但对其结构分析,其只能满足常规的高冲压性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提高VCM板材的抗冲压性。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种高强度VCM覆膜板,包括钢材基板,所述钢材基板表面设置有第一粘合层,所述第一粘合层上设置有缓冲层,所述缓冲层上设置有第二粘合层,所述第二粘合层上设置有面层。
进一步,所述缓冲层由胶黏剂和有机纳米颗粒混合后辊涂在第一粘合层上而成。
进一步,所述有机纳米颗粒为粉状聚偏氟乙烯。
进一步,所述有机纳米颗粒为粉状聚酰胺。
进一步,所述面层为PVC或PET层。
与现有技术相比,本发明采用缓冲层,提高产品的冲压性,使得产品应用范围更加广泛。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种高强度VCM覆膜板,包括钢材基板1,所述钢材基板1表面设置有第一粘合层2,所述第一粘合层2上设置有缓冲层3,所述缓冲层3上设置有第二粘合层4,所述第二粘合层4上设置有面层5。
进一步,所述缓冲层由胶黏剂和有机纳米颗粒混合后辊涂在第一粘合层上而成。
进一步,所述粉状高分子材料为粉状聚偏氟乙烯。
进一步,所述粉状高分子材料为粉状聚酰胺。
进一步,所述面层为PVC或PET层。
对产品进行冲击试验:
将一直径为50mm重量为500g的金属球分别从500mm、600mm、700mm、800mm、900mm、1000mm、1200mm、1500mm高处向试件薄膜层表面垂直落下,VCM覆膜板在1200mm和1500mm测试时出现分层现象。
凡在不脱离本发明核心的情况下做出的简单的变形或修改均落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种高强度VCM覆膜板,包括钢材基板,其特征在于,所述钢材基板表面设置有第一粘合层,所述第一粘合层上设置有缓冲层,所述缓冲层上设置有第二粘合层,所述第二粘合层上设置有面层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度VCM覆膜板,其特征在于,所述缓冲层由胶黏剂和有机纳米颗粒混合后辊涂在第一粘合层上而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度VCM覆膜板,其特征在于,所述有机纳米颗粒为粉状聚偏氟乙烯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度VCM覆膜板,其特征在于,所述有机纳米颗粒为粉状聚酰胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度VCM覆膜板,其特征在于,所述面层为PVC或PET层。
