本发明提供一种具有3D表面效果的VCM复塑钢板，基板为钢板，钢板的正面具有粘合层，粘合层上设有3D效果图案印刷层，3D效果图案印刷层上粘接有PVC3D印刷层，PVC3D印刷层上粘接有PET真空蒸镀铝膜UV压印层；钢板的背面设有背漆层。具有3D表面效果的VCM复塑钢板不仅具有环保性能，且同时也具有耐候性、耐蚀性、高冲压性、着色性及自润滑性等性能，且图案和色彩多样化，根据排线光阴折射能呈现更好的类似金属的外观效果和立体拉丝纹触感3D效果；该复塑钢板制成的产品具有良好的美观性、实用性、可加工性，可广泛用作各种装饰装潢和家电冰箱产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有3D表面效果的VCM复塑钢板。
背景技术
随着科技的发展、时代的进步，冰箱、洗衣机等家用电器逐渐进入每个家庭。各种装饰装潢尤其是一些软装领域涉及的新型材料越来越多，钢板作为一个不可缺少的材料，其装饰应用越来越受市场的关注。兼有金属质感又有3D视觉效果应时而生，顺应时代发展的必然趋势。3D效果的高光膜与普通的PET/PVC拉丝膜相对比，更能提高产品丰富的层次感和立体感；能摆脱单一利用图案阴影做出的平面立体感，真正根据排线角度，光阴折射呈现更好的类似金属的外观效果和立体拉丝纹触感3D效果。可广泛应用于各种装饰装潢和家电产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有3D表面效果的VCMC复塑钢板。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：
具有3D表面效果的VCM复塑钢板，基板为钢板，特点是：所述钢板的正面具有粘合层，粘合层上设有3D效果图案印刷层，3D效果图案印刷层上粘接有PVC3D印刷层，PVC3D印刷层上粘接有PET真空蒸镀铝膜UV压印层；所述钢板的背面设有背漆层。
本发明的目的还可通过以下技术解决措施来进一步实现：
上述的具有3D表面效果的VCM复塑钢板，其中，所述钢板的正面形成有第一化学处理层，第一化学处理层上具有粘合层。
上述的具有3D表面效果的VCM复塑钢板，其中，所述钢板的背面形成有第二化学处理层，第二化学处理层上设有背漆层。
本发明技术方案的实质性特点和进步主要体现在：
具有3D表面效果的VCM复塑钢板不仅具有环保性能，且同时也具有耐候性、耐蚀性、高冲压性、着色性及自润滑性等性能，且图案和色彩多样化，根据排线光阴折射能呈现更好的类似金属的外观效果和立体拉丝纹触感3D效果；该复塑钢板制成的产品具有良好的美观性、实用性、可加工性，可广泛用作各种装饰装潢和家电冰箱产品。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，具有3D表面效果的VCM复塑钢板，基板为钢板2，钢板2的正面形成有第一化学处理层3，第一化学处理层3上具有粘合层4，粘合层4上设有3D效果图案印刷层5，3D效果图案印刷层5上粘接有PVC3D印刷层6，PVC3D印刷层6上粘接有PET真空蒸镀铝膜UV压印层8；钢板2的背面形成有第二化学处理层1，第二化学处理层1上设有背漆层7。
3D效果图案印刷层5通过PVC基膜和PET膜复合而成，PVC3D印刷层6与PET真空蒸镀铝膜UV压印层8呈现更好的3D视觉效果。
钢板基板与3D效果的PET/PVC高光膜复合，制造工艺简单、操作方便。不仅具有环保无毒性能，而且图案和色彩多样化，且能够提供抗炫光/抗反射呈现更好的类似金属的外观效果和立体拉丝纹触感3D效果。
具有3D表面效果的VCM复塑钢板不仅具有环保性能，且同时也具有耐候性、耐蚀性、高冲压性、着色性及自润滑性等性能，且图案和色彩多样化，根据排线光阴折射能呈现更好的类似金属的外观效果和立体拉丝纹触感3D效果；该复塑钢板制成的产品具有良好的美观性、实用性、可加工性，可广泛用作各种装饰装潢和家电冰箱产品。
要强调的是：上述实施例虽然对本发明作了比较详细的说明，但是这些说明只是对本发明说明性的，而不是对本发明的限制，任何不超出本发明实质精神内的发明创造，均落入本发明的保护范围之内。
