本发明公开了一种毡带,包括承载支撑体、无纺织物条、垂直定位纱线、水平定位纱线及纺织物纤维层,承载支撑体为有至少三层相互平行分布的纱网和位于相邻纱网之间纺织物纤维结构,无纺织物条分布在承载支撑体的两侧边,纺织物纤维层包覆在承载支撑体、无纺织物条外表面,其制备工艺包括设定组织结构,承载支撑体制备,无纺织物条定位,一次强化连接,纺织物纤维层连接,二次强化连接及热定型等七步。本发明一方面有效的改善了毡带产品的产品质量及性能,另一方面有效的降低了毡带生产工艺难度和生产成本,并有助于提高毡带产品的生产效率和产品质量稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种毡带及其制备工艺,属纺织物生产技术领域。
背景技术
毡带是当前一种只用十分广泛的工业纺织物,当前所使用的毡带结构往往均是采用纺织物纤维层直接与无纺布等结构通过粘接定位而成,虽然可以满足使用的需要,但结构稳定性相对较差,承载能力也存在一定的不足,为了克服这一问题,当前也有在现有毡带工艺结构基础上通过增加纱线纺织定位方式来增强毡带性能的方法,虽然取得了较好的使用效果,但生产工艺难度相对较大,且对毡带的结构尺寸要求也相对较严格,从而限制了毡带规格的规格类型的多样化发展,因此不能有效满足毡带实际生产使用的需要,因此针对这一问题,迫切需要开发一种高效的毡带及其制备工艺,以满足实际使用的需要。
发明内容
本发明目的就在于克服上述不足,提供一种毡带及其制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种毡带,包括承载支撑体、无纺织物条、垂直定位纱线、水平定位纱线及纺织物纤维层,承载支撑体为有至少三层相互平行分布的纱网和位于相邻纱网之间纺织物纤维结构,且承载支撑体的各纱网之间通过若干条垂直定位纱线相互连接,垂直定位纱线间均相互平行分布,并在竖直方向上对各层纱网和纱网之间的纺织物纤维进行固定,无纺织物条以承载支撑体中线对称分布在承载支撑体的两侧边处并与侧边相抵,且位于承载支撑体两侧边的无纺织物条及无纺织物条与承载支撑体之间通过若干条相互平行的水平定位纱线连接,水平定位纱线与承载支撑体纱网表面平行分布,并与垂直定位纱线相互垂直分布,纺织物纤维层包覆在承载支撑体、无纺织物条外表面并通过垂直定位纱线与承载支撑体相互连接。
进一步的,所述的承载支撑体的纱网网孔为菱形结构,且网孔直径为垂直定位纱线线径的1—3倍。
进一步的,所述的垂直定位纱线通过至少一条连接线与水平定位纱线相互连接,且一条垂直定位纱线均与一条水平定位纱线相互连接。
进一步的,所述的连接线包括两条纱线,且两纱线以“∞”结构排布。
进一步的,所述的承载支撑体为两个或两以上时,则相邻的承载支撑体均分布在同一平面上,并通过水平定位纱线相互连接,相邻的承载支撑体间由无纺织物条隔离。
一种毡带制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
第一步,设定组织结构,根据产品生产需要,并结合毡带的宽度、长度及厚度参数,设定毡带的承载支撑体厚度和数量,无纺织物条、垂直定位纱线、水平定位纱线的使用量及布局位置,纺织物纤维层的厚度,其中在对承载支撑体厚度进行确定时,另需确认承载支撑体厚度中纱网的层数及各层纱网间的距离;
第二步,承载支撑体制备,实现根据需要选择相应尺寸及数量的纱网,然后将各纱网根据设定的层数及位置进行水平牵引,并在牵引过程中将纺织物纤维嵌于各纱网之间位置,然后通过热熔焊实现纱网与纺织物纤维定位连接定位,最后通过垂直定位纱线对各层纱网和纺织物纤维进行连接定位;
第三步,无纺织物条定位,在完成第二步的承载支撑体制备后,将无纺织物条与承载支撑体侧表面间实现连接定位,然后通过水平定位纱线将对称分布的无纺织物条之间与承载支撑体相互连接;
第四步,一次强化连接,完成第三步后,通过连接线将承载支撑体内的垂直定位纱线和水平定位纱线之间进行连接;
第五步,纺织物纤维层连接,将纺织物纤维层依次包覆在承载支撑体外表面,并通过热熔焊实现承载支撑体与纺织物纤维层间相互连接,然后通过垂直定位纱线将纺织物纤维层与承载支撑体进行连接定位;
第六步,二次强化连接,完成纺织物纤维层连接后,将用于定位纺织物纤维层的垂直定位纱线通过连接线分别与第四步一次强化连接时的连接线相互连接;
第七步,热定型,对经过第六步处理的纺织物进行水雾喷淋作业,喷淋后纺织物含水量为50%—80%,然后将纺织物进行50℃—90℃烘干,烘干后的纺织物含水量不大于5%即可。
进一步的,所述的热熔焊均采用超声波热熔焊。
进一步的,所述的第七步中,在对纺织物进行烘干时,另对纺织物表面时间30—500N/cm²的恒定压力。
本发明生产工艺简单易控,生产工艺规范化程度高,且制备的毡带具有承载能力、结构稳定性及尺寸灵活性均相对较强的特性,从而一方有效的改善了毡带产品产品质量及性能,另一方面有效的降低了毡带生产工艺难度和生产成本,并有助于提高毡带产品的生产效率和产品质量稳定性。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示,一种毡带,包括承载支撑体1、无纺织物条2、垂直定位纱线3、水平定位纱线4及纺织物纤维层5,承载支撑体1为有至少三层相互平行分布的纱网11和位于相邻纱网11之间纺织物纤维12结构,且承载支撑体1的各纱网11之间通过若干条垂直定位纱线3相互连接,垂直定位纱线6间均相互平行分布,并在竖直方向上对各层纱网11和纱网11之间的纺织物纤维12进行固定,无纺织物条2以承载支撑体1中线对称分布在承载支撑体1的两侧边处并与侧边相抵,且位于承载支撑体1两侧边的无纺织物条2及无纺织物条2与承载支撑体1之间通过若干条相互平行的水平定位纱线4连接,水平定位纱线4与承载支撑体1纱网11表面平行分布,并与垂直定位纱线3相互垂直分布,纺织物纤维层5包覆在承载支撑体1、无纺织物条2外表面并通过垂直定位纱线3与承载支撑体1相互连接。
本实施例中,所述的承载支撑体1的纱网11网孔为菱形结构,且网孔直径为垂直定位纱线3线径的1—3倍。
本实施例中,所述的垂直定位纱线3通过至少一条连接线6与水平定位纱线4相互连接,且一条垂直定位纱线3均与一条水平定位纱线4相互连接。

第五步,纺织物纤维层连接,将纺织物纤维层依次包覆在承载支撑体外表面,并通过热熔焊实现承载支撑体与纺织物纤维层间相互连接,然后通过垂直定位纱线将纺织物纤维层与承载支撑体进行连接定位;
第六步,二次强化连接,完成纺织物纤维层连接后,将用于定位纺织物纤维层的垂直定位纱线通过连接线分别与第四步一次强化连接时的连接线相互连接;

1.一种毡带,其特征在于:所述的毡带包括承载支撑体、无纺织物条、垂直定位纱线、水平定位纱线及纺织物纤维层,所述的承载支撑体为有至少三层相互平行分布的纱网和位于相邻纱网之间纺织物纤维结构,且承载支撑体的各纱网之间通过若干条垂直定位纱线相互连接,所述的垂直定位纱线间均相互平行分布,并在竖直方向上对各层纱网和纱网之间的纺织物纤维进行固定,所述的无纺织物条以承载支撑体中线对称分布在承载支撑体的两侧边处并与侧边相抵,且位于承载支撑体两侧边的无纺织物条及无纺织物条与承载支撑体之间通过若干条相互平行的水平定位纱线连接,所述水平定位纱线与承载支撑体纱网表面平行分布,并与垂直定位纱线相互垂直分布,所述的纺织物纤维层包覆在承载支撑体、无纺织物条外表面并通过垂直定位纱线与承载支撑体相互连接。
