Abstract

一种PLC控制的振动搅拌机，支撑部件(7)设置在搅拌筒(1)的下方，搅拌筒的下部设有出料阀(6)，搅拌筒内部设有与主轴相连接的搅拌叶片轴Ⅰ(4)、搅拌叶片轴Ⅱ(5)，所述搅拌叶片轴Ⅰ、搅拌叶片轴Ⅱ上均匀设有矩形搅拌叶片(3)，搅拌筒的底部上设有至少两个偏振电机(13)；支撑部件的底板下放设置有减震部件(8)，减震部件内设有若干个压簧(9)。操作人员通过智能操作设备远程控制PLC控制器，控制电机的工作时间、转速和转向，搅拌效果达到最大化，通过设置偏振电机，能够使得混凝土搅拌机具有竖直方向的自由度，加快了混凝土的搅拌速度，同时又可以去除搅拌机内壁体上凝固的混凝土。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种搅拌机，具体是一种PLC控制的振动搅拌机。
背景技术
混凝土搅拌机应用于工业生产中常用的设备，它主要起到对制备混凝土的搅拌或拌合作用，混凝土搅拌机主要由搅拌轴和搅拌叶片组成，对于混凝土搅拌机的效率及搅拌效果很大程度上取决于搅拌叶片的设计，搅拌叶片设计合理不仅可以提高混凝土的搅拌的均匀度，同时也减少了搅拌的时间，间接的减少了搅拌成本。
目前使用的搅拌机存在两种问题，一是使用效率不高，二是在搅拌机停止使用的时候，混凝土搅拌机的内表壁上会凝固一层厚厚的混凝土，不易清理。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本发明提供一种PLC控制的振动搅拌机，通过PLC控制器控制电机的工作时间、转速和转向，提高搅拌效率，且搅拌机在振动的过程中可以使内表壁上的混凝土抖掉，容易清理。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种PLC控制的振动搅拌机，包括搅拌筒、主轴、出料阀、支撑部件、电机，所述的支撑部件设置在搅拌筒的下方，所述搅拌筒的下部设有出料阀，主轴设于搅拌筒的内部，并由电机驱动连接；搅拌筒内部设有与主轴相连接的搅拌叶片轴Ⅰ、搅拌叶片轴Ⅱ，所述搅拌叶片轴Ⅰ、搅拌叶片轴Ⅱ上均匀设有矩形搅拌叶片，所述搅拌筒的底部上设有至少两个偏振电机，偏振电机在搅拌筒的底部上对称平行布置；所述电机通过导线连接PLC控制器，PLC控制器通过以太网连接智能操作设备；在支撑部件的底板下放设置有减震部件，减震部件内设有若干个压簧。
进一步，搅拌叶片轴Ⅰ、搅拌叶片轴Ⅱ在主轴上呈45°或90°交叉布置。
进一步，所述出料阀为球型阀。
本发明中操作人员通过智能操作设备远程控制PLC控制器，并通过PLC控制器控制电机的工作时间、转速和转向，使搅拌效率、效果达到最大化，同时，减震部件有效缓解搅拌过程中产生的震动，防止意外发生，通过设置偏振电机，能够使得混凝土搅拌机具有竖直方向的自由度，加快了混凝土的搅拌速度，同时又可以去除搅拌机内壁体上凝固的混凝土。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示，本PLC控制的振动搅拌机，包括搅拌筒1、主轴2、出料阀6、支撑部件7、电机10，所述的支撑部件7设置在搅拌筒1的下方，所述搅拌筒1的下部设有出料阀6，主轴2设于搅拌筒1的内部，并由电机10驱动连接；搅拌筒1内部设有与主轴2相连接的搅拌叶片轴Ⅰ4、搅拌叶片轴Ⅱ5，所述搅拌叶片轴Ⅰ4、搅拌叶片轴Ⅱ5上均匀设有矩形搅拌叶片3，所述搅拌筒1的底部上设有至少两个偏振电机13，偏振电机13在搅拌筒1的底部上对称平行布置；所述电机10通过导线连接PLC控制器11，PLC控制器11通过以太网连接智能操作设备12；在支撑部件7的底板下放设置有减震部件8，减震部件8内设有若干个压簧9。

1.一种PLC控制的振动搅拌机，包括搅拌筒（1）、主轴（2）、出料阀（6）、支撑部件（7）、电机（10），所述的支撑部件（7）设置在搅拌筒（1）的下方，所述搅拌筒（1）的下部设有出料阀（6），主轴（2）设于搅拌筒（1）的内部，并由电机（10）驱动连接；其特征在于，搅拌筒（1）内部设有与主轴（2）相连接的搅拌叶片轴Ⅰ（4）、搅拌叶片轴Ⅱ（5），所述搅拌叶片轴Ⅰ（4）、搅拌叶片轴Ⅱ（5）上均匀设有矩形搅拌叶片（3），所述搅拌筒（1）的底部上设有至少两个偏振电机（13），偏振电机（13）在搅拌筒（1）的底部上对称平行布置；所述电机（10）通过导线连接PLC控制器（11），PLC控制器（11）通过以太网连接智能操作设备（12）；在支撑部件（7）的底板下放设置有减震部件（8），减震部件（8）内设有若干个压簧（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PLC控制的振动搅拌机，其特征在于，所述搅拌叶片轴Ⅰ（4）、搅拌叶片轴Ⅱ（5）在主轴（2）上呈45°或90°交叉布置。
