As shown in fig. 4, the moving support 4 includes a guide rail screw rod mounting seat 15, a B screw rod nut pair 16, a lifting seat 17, an air cylinder 18, a B motor 19 and a feeding air cylinder mounting seat 26, wherein the feeding air cylinder mounting seat 26 is mounted on the frame of the base 1, the guide rail screw rod mounting seat 15 and the air cylinder 18 are arranged on the feeding air cylinder mounting seat 26, the air cylinder 18 is connected with the guide rail screw rod mounting seat 15 to drive the guide rail screw rod mounting seat 15 to move in a translational manner, the B motor 19 is mounted on the guide rail screw rod mounting seat 15, the B motor 19 is connected with the front screw rod nut pair 16 of the guide rail screw rod mounting seat 15 through a synchronous belt, and the lifting seat 17 is connected with the screw rod nut 16 to realize the lifting movement of the lifting seat.
As shown in FIG. 5, the tube plate assembly 5 comprises a B cylinder 20, a C cylinder 21, a vacuum chuck 22, guide pins 23, a pressing plate 24 and a tube plate mounting plate 25, wherein the tube plate mounting plate is connected with a lifting seat of the moving bracket 4, the middle part of the tube plate mounting plate 25 is provided with the B cylinder 20, the lower part of the tube plate mounting plate 25 is provided with the pressing plate 24, the B cylinder 20 is connected with the pressing plate 24, the motion of the B cylinder 20 drives the pressing plate 24 to move downwards, the two sides of the B cylinder 20 are provided with the vacuum chucks 22, the two sides of the vacuum chucks 22 are respectively provided with the C cylinder 21, the C cylinder 21 is connected with the guide pins 23, the motion of the C cylinder 21 drives the guide pins 23 to stretch out and draw back, the vacuum chuck 22 is connected with a vacuum generator, after the guide is completed, the vacuum chuck 22 sucks the tube plate, after the tube plate reaches a station, the vacuum chuck is placed on a fin by breaking the vacuum, and the automatic tube plate feeding is completed.
As shown in fig. 6, the clip assembly 3 includes a tube plate positioning plate 27, a distance chain 28, a clip mounting plate 29, a chain pushing plate 30 and a gear 31, wherein the gear 31 is mounted on the clip mounting plate 29, the gear 31 is meshed with the distance chain 28, the chain pushing plate 30 and a plurality of tube plate positioning plates 27 are mounted on the distance chain 28, the bottom of the chain pushing plate 30 contacts with the pushing plate of the feeding assembly 2, the chain pushing plate 30 is forced to move upwards to drive the distance chain 28 to rotate, so that the tube plate positioning plate 27 moves upwards.
