背景技术
霉菌是真菌的一种,霉菌毒素是霉菌产生的一种具有广泛化学结构的有毒次级代谢产物,霉菌毒素有很多种,如黄曲霉毒素、烟曲霉素、赭曲霉毒素、呕吐毒素、玉米赤霉烯酮等。近年来,由于霉菌毒素引发的问题越来越严重。在畜禽的饲养中,由于玉米赤霉烯酮侵害生殖系统导致母猪“假发情”、由于呕吐毒素侵害肠道系统导致的动物呕吐拒食、由于黄曲霉毒素侵害肝脏、肾脏损伤等常有发生。
饲料及饲料原料的霉变会引发霉菌毒素中毒,但目前人们对控制饲料霉变的重视程度仍较低。在饲料厂,习惯的方式仅是添加防霉剂来控制饲料的霉变。在养殖场,尤其在自配料的养殖场中,往往不注意添加防霉剂或采取其他措施控制霉菌。对于没有霉变的饲料原料及饲料,添加防霉剂可以起到预防霉变产生霉菌毒素的效果,而对动物喂食霉变饲料后,霉菌毒素对机体已造成的损害无法发挥作用。
因此,目前急需一种安全、有效的具有预防及解除霉菌毒素危害、修复受损机体作用的产品。

葡萄糖氧化酶400-500份、枯草芽孢杆菌100-150份、地衣芽孢杆菌100-150份、半胱氨酸50-100份、蛋氨酸50-75份、谷胱甘肽100-150份、硫辛酸10-50份、维生素C 5-10份、维生素E 0.5-3.2份、蛋氨酸铬5-15份、酵母硒1-5份。
其中,它是由下述重量配比的原料制备而成:葡萄糖氧化酶500份、枯草芽孢杆菌100份、地衣芽孢杆菌100份、半胱氨酸85份、蛋氨酸65份、谷胱甘肽100份、硫辛酸40份、维生素C 3份,维生素E 3份,蛋氨酸铬2份,酵母硒2份。
其中,所述枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌,每g的活菌数为1000亿CUF。
本发明还提供了上述兽药组合物的制备方法,它包括如下步骤:
a、按重量配比称取原料;
b、将原料混合均匀,既得兽药组合物。
本发明还提供了上述兽药组合物在制备防治动物霉菌病和/或霉菌毒素中毒的饲料添加剂中的用途。
其中,所述动物为猪。
防治:预防和/或治疗。
动物霉菌病,是指动物感染一定数量的致病性霉菌而产生的相应病症,主要由霉变的饲料引起。
霉菌毒素中毒,是指动物采食了一定量被霉菌毒素污染的饲料而产生的相应病症,由霉菌毒素引起。
本发明还提供了上述兽药组合物在制备防治动物霉菌病和/或霉菌毒素中毒的饲料中的用途;其中,所述动物为猪。
本发明还提供了一种具有防治动物霉菌病和/或霉菌毒素中毒功效的动物饲料,其特征在于它是添加了上述兽药组合物的饲料。
本发明的兽药组合物,各成分相互协同,在防治畜禽霉菌病和/或霉菌毒素中毒方面发挥了协同增效的作用,显著提高了养殖业的经济价值;而且本发明组合物无毒副作用和残留,安全环保,为临床提供了一种新的饲料添加剂及兽药选择。
显然,根据本发明的上述内容,按照本领域的普通技术知识和惯用手段,在不脱离本发明上述基本技术思想前提下,还可以做出其它多种形式的修改、替换或变更。
以下通过实施例形式的具体实施方式,对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明。但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实例。凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。

具体实施方式
下面以实施例作进一步说明,但本发明不局限于这些实施例。
本发明所用的实验原料与试剂如下:
葡萄糖氧化酶购自上海宝曼生物科技有限公司,酶活性1000U/g;枯草芽孢杆菌和地衣芽孢杆菌由山东蔚蓝生物有限公司提供,活菌数均为1000亿CUF/g;蛋氨酸、谷胱甘肽、硫辛酸购自Sigma-Aldrich公司;维生素C3g和维生素E购自帝斯曼公司;蛋氨酸铬购自西亚试剂;酵母硒购自安琪酵母。
实施例1本发明兽药组合物的制备
步骤如下:
1、称取葡萄糖氧化酶500g,枯草芽孢杆菌100g,地衣芽孢杆菌100g,半胱氨酸85g,蛋氨酸65g,谷胱甘肽100g,硫辛酸40g,维生素C 3g,维生素E 3g,蛋氨酸铬2g,酵母硒2g。
2、将葡萄糖氧化酶、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸、谷胱甘肽、硫辛酸、维生素C、维生素E、蛋氨酸铬、酵母硒混合均匀后,真空包装,即得本发明组合物1000g。
实施例2本发明兽药组合物的制备
1、称取葡萄糖氧化酶450g、枯草芽孢杆菌150g、地衣芽孢杆菌150g,半胱氨酸50g,蛋氨酸70g,谷胱甘肽125g,硫辛酸30g,维生素C 7g,维生素E 3g,蛋氨酸铬5g,酵母硒5g。
2、将葡萄糖氧化酶、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸、谷胱甘肽、硫辛酸、维生素C、维生素E、蛋氨酸铬、酵母硒混合均匀后,真空包装,即得本发明组合物。
实施例3本发明兽药组合物的制备
1、称取葡萄糖氧化酶400g、枯草芽孢杆菌125g、地衣芽孢杆菌125g,半胱氨酸100g,蛋氨酸50g,谷胱甘肽150g,硫辛酸50g,维生素C 10g,维生素E 0.5g,蛋氨酸铬15g,酵母硒1g。
2、将葡萄糖氧化酶、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸、谷胱甘肽、硫辛酸、维生素C、维生素E、蛋氨酸铬、酵母硒混合均匀后,真空包装,即得本发明组合物。
实施例4本发明兽药组合物的制备
1、称取葡萄糖氧化酶400g、枯草芽孢杆菌150g、地衣芽孢杆菌150g,半胱氨酸100g,蛋氨酸75g,谷胱甘肽150g,硫辛酸10g,维生素C 5g,维生素E 3.2g,蛋氨酸铬5g,酵母硒1g。
2、将葡萄糖氧化酶、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸、谷胱甘肽、硫辛酸、维生素C、维生素E、蛋氨酸铬、酵母硒混合均匀后,真空包装,即得本发明组合物。
以下通过试验例具体说明本发明的有益效果:
试验例1本发明组合物用于预防霉菌毒素中毒、霉菌病
1、试验方法:
取110日龄育肥猪40头,随机分成两组,每组20头,全程饲喂轻度霉变商品饲料。一组饲料中添加实施例1制备的兽药组合物,添加量为100g/吨饲料(下称方案组),另一组不添加作为对照组(下称对照组或未使用方案组)。饲喂45天,杀猪取猪内脏,观察猪肝脏、脾脏等器官损伤情况。
组合物添加量为100g/吨饲料:是指每吨饲料另外添加组合物100g。
2、试验结果:
结果见图1-3。
可见,对照组饲喂轻度霉变商品饲料后,猪的肝脏组织变性;脾脏肿大,末端梗死;回盲瓣呈纽扣状损害;使用本发明兽药组合组后,猪的肝脏、脾脏、回盲瓣正常,无病理变化。
本试验说明,本发明兽药组合物可以有效预防霉菌毒素中毒、预防霉菌病。
试验例2本发明组合物用于临床治疗霉菌毒素中毒
某猪场育肥小猪600多头,发病猪325头,约占50%,体重在60kg以上,转入生长舍1个半月左右,有28头小猪死亡。病猪精神沉郁,被毛粗乱枯燥无光,眼结膜充血潮红,严重者外翻,甚至遮挡眼球;咳嗽,呼吸加快;部分病猪耳朵及背部皮肤有突出的紫红小点,严重者布满全身;有呕吐现象,部分病猪出现拉稀,消瘦;约有10%的猪脱肛;一些病猪呈腹式呼吸,整栋猪采食量下降约40%,部分小母猪阴户红肿似发情,体温不高,粪便正常,经诊断为霉菌毒素中毒。
治疗方案:每吨饲料中添加实施例1制备的兽药组合物1kg,并在每吨饮水中添加葡萄糖2kg,维生素C 1kg,连续使用10天。同时进行全面消毒,降低环境中的病原微生物,防止其他疾病在猪抵抗力下降时侵入,引发猪群疫病暴发。
结果:经过上述治疗,仍有2头猪死,但饲喂5天后猪群停止发病和死亡,精神状态完好,10天后整个猪群恢复正常。
本试验说明,本发明兽药组合物可以有效治疗霉菌毒素中毒。
综上,本发明的兽药组合物,各成分相互协同,在防治畜禽霉菌病和/或霉菌毒素中毒方面发挥了协同增效的作用,为临床提供了一种新的饲料添加剂及兽药选择。
Claims (7)
1.一种兽药组合物,其特征在于,它是由下述重量配比的原料制备而成:
葡萄糖氧化酶500份、枯草芽孢杆菌100份、地衣芽孢杆菌100份、半胱氨酸85份、蛋氨酸65份、谷胱甘肽100份、硫辛酸40份、维生素C 3份,维生素E 3份,蛋氨酸铬2份,酵母硒2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的兽药组合物,其特征在于,所述枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌,每g的活菌数为1000亿CUF。
3.权利要求1或2所述兽药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括如下步骤:
a、按重量配比称取原料;
b、将原料混合均匀,既得兽药组合物。
4.权利要求1或2所述兽药组合物在制备防治动物霉菌病和/或霉菌毒素中毒的饲料添加剂中的用途。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用途,其特征在于,所述动物为猪。
6.权利要求1或2所述兽药组合物在制备防治动物霉菌病和/或霉菌毒素中毒的饲料中的用途;其中,所述动物为猪。
7.一种具有防治动物霉菌病和/或霉菌毒素中毒功效的动物饲料,其特征在于,它是添加了权利要求1或2所述组合物的饲料。
