背景技术
偏头痛（migraine）是临床最常见的原发性头痛类型，临床以发作性中重度、搏动样头痛为主要表现，头痛多为偏侧，一般持续4～72小时，可伴有恶心、呕吐，光、声刺激或日常活动均可加重头痛，安静环境、休息可缓解头痛。偏头痛是一种常见的慢性神经血管性疾患，多起病于儿童和青春期，中青年期达发病高峰，女性多见，男女患者比例约为1∶2～3，人群中患病率为5%～10%，常有遗传背景，目前，临床上治疗偏头疼多采用乙酰氨基酚、萘普生、布洛芬等抑制疼痛的药物进行治疗，虽然能够起到压制疼痛的作用，但是，患者容易产生赖药性，容易反复发作。

本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷，提供了一种安全可靠，治疗显著，使用方便，避免产生赖药性的神经内科用于偏头疼的中药配方。
本发明的神经内科用于偏头疼的中药配方，其原料组成按质量配比为：白芷5-15份；辛夷5-10份；川芎5-10份；防己6-12份；秦艽8-12份；问荆3-12份；肿节风12-25份；紫草5-10份；首乌藤10-15份；大枣8-12份；合欢皮8-12份；西洋参5-8份。
各药物组成的药物作用：
白芷：【性味归经】性温，味辛。归胃经、大肠经、肺经。
【功效与作用】散风除湿、通窍止痛、消肿排脓。属解表药下属分类的辛温解表药。
辛夷：【性味归经】性温，味辛。归肺经、胃经。
【功效与作用】散风寒、通鼻窍。属解表药下属分类的辛温解表药。
川芎：【性味归经】性温，味辛。归肝经、胆经、心包经。
【功效与作用】活血行气，祛风止痛。属活血化瘀药下属分类的活血止痛药。
防己; 【性味归经】性寒，味苦。归膀胱经、肺经。
【功效与作用】利水消肿、祛风止痛。属祛风湿药下分类的祛风湿清热药。
秦艽：【性味归经】性平，味苦、辛。归胃经、肝经、胆经。
【功效与作用】祛风湿、退虚热、舒筋止疼。属祛风湿药下分类的祛风湿清热药。
问荆：【性味归经】性平，味苦。归肺经、胃经、肝经。
【功效与作用】清热，凉血，止咳，利尿。属清热药下属分类的清热凉血药。
肿节风：【性味归经】性平，味苦、辛。归心经、肝经。
【功效与作用】清热凉血，活血消斑，祛风通络。属清热药下属分类的清热凉血药。
紫草：【性味归经】性寒，味甘、咸。归心经、肝经。
【功效与作用】凉血、活血、解毒透疹。属清热药下属分类的清热凉血药。
首乌藤：【性味归经】性平，味甘。归心经、肝经。
【功效与作用】养血安神、祛风通络。属安神药下属分类的养心安神药。
大枣：【性味归经】性温，味甘。归脾经、胃经、心经。
【功效与作用】补中益气、养血安神。属补虚药下属分类的补气药。
合欢皮：【性味归经】性平，味甘。归心经、肝经、肺经。
【功效与作用】解郁安神、活血消肿。属安神药下属分类的养心安神药。
西洋参：【性味归经】性凉，味甘、微苦。归心经、肺经、肾经。
【功效与作用】补气养阴、清热生津。属补虚药下分类的补气药。
将上述药物制成本发明的方法是：
将上述白芷、辛夷、川芎、防己、秦艽、问荆、肿节风、紫草、首乌藤、大枣、合欢皮和西洋参各药物混合，加水1500ml浸泡30分钟后，煎煮半小时，去渣取汁，浓缩至800ml，分两次服用，早晚各一次，3日为1疗程。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明一种神经内科用于偏头疼的中药配方采用中药制配而成，使用方便，各药相辅相承，对于偏头疼有显著疗效，且无明显毒副作用，治愈率高，安全可靠，疗程短，疗效快，效果好。
医案列举：
1、李某，男，48岁，患偏头痛3余年，给予本中药服用4个疗程痊愈，随访无症状。
2、宋某，男，36岁，偏头痛四年，血压高（130~180mhg）面红，经常发火脾气大，给予本发明中药，服用 6个疗程后，症状明显好转，续治一疗程，随访至今无复发而痊愈。
3、翟某，男，32岁，患偏头痛2年，面色无华，舌苔淡白，动则心悸、气短，给予本发明中药，服用4个疗程后治愈。
