Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for identifying an incoming call.
Background
With the development of communication technology, the Single IMSI Multiple MSISDN (SIMM) technology is becoming more mature. The one-card-multiple-number technique may refer to a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) that includes multiple numbers.
One of the plurality of numbers of one SIM card may be a primary number, and the other numbers may be secondary numbers. When a user performs a communication activity, the main number may be set as a number currently used by the communication terminal. When the user is the calling party in the communication, the user can make an outgoing call by using the main number. In some cases, the user does not want to reveal his own primary number, and when the user is the calling party in the communication, any secondary number can be set as the number currently used by the communication terminal, and the call-out can be carried out by using the secondary number. The selected number may be displayed on the called party's communication device as a caller identification number.
When the user is used as a called party in communication, any number dialed by a calling party can be transferred to the main number of the user. Thus, although the number currently used by the communication terminal of the user is the main number, the user does not miss the communication contents on other auxiliary numbers.
When a user is a called party, a one-card-multi-number center in the existing one-card-multi-number technology can often send the home location information of a call to the user after the user answers or rejects the call. For example, the user may receive the prompt message from the one-card-multi-number center after rejecting the incoming call with the number 131 x 1578. The content of the prompt message may be "you just rejected the incoming call of the user 131 x 1578 who belongs to Nanjing", for example. However, the one-card-multiple-number center in the current one-card-multiple-number technology cannot identify whether the incoming call number is a harassing call in time, which brings a bad communication experience to the user.

Detailed Description
The embodiment of the application provides a method and a device for identifying an incoming call. In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the present application, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
FIG. 1 is a system framework diagram of the one-card-multiple-number technique according to an example of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, when a calling party initiates a call to a called party, a calling request may be sent to a Mobile Switching Center (MSC) of the calling party. The calling request may include the number of the calling party and the number of the called party. After receiving the calling request, the MSC at the calling end may extract the number of the called party in the request, and may query routing information of the number of the called party through a Home Location Register (HLR). The routing information for the called party number may indicate the geographic location where the called party is currently located. The MSC of the calling end can send the called party number and the routing information thereof as a call request to the one-card multi-number center. The one-card-multi-number center can initiate a call request to the MSC at the position of the called party according to the routing information of the called party number. After receiving the call request sent by the one-card-multi-number center, the MSC at the location of the called party can call the called party. After the called party responds to the call, the calling party and the called party can establish a conversation.
The device for identifying the incoming call can be used as an independent device and is positioned between a one-card-multi-number center and a called party; the function module can also be integrated in a one-card multi-number center as a function module, which is not limited in the present application. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for identifying an incoming call according to an embodiment of the present application. Although the flow described below includes operations that occur in a particular order, it should be appreciated that the processes may include more or less operations that are performed sequentially or in parallel (e.g., using parallel processors or a multi-threaded environment). As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s100: receiving a call request and extracting a first communication number and a second communication number in the call request.
In some embodiments, the caller identification device of the present application may be located between the one-card-multi-number center and the called party as a stand-alone device. After the one-card-multi-number center receives the call request sent by the MSC of the calling terminal, the call request can be forwarded to the incoming call identification device; of course, the MSC of the calling end may also directly send the call request to the caller id device, which is not limited in this application.
In some embodiments, the incoming call identification device of the present application can also be integrated as a functional module in a one-card multi-number center. The incoming call identification device can realize data intercommunication with other functional modules in the one-card multi-number center. Then, after the one-card-multi-number center receives the call request sent by the MSC of the calling end, the caller id device may also receive the call request.
The call request may include at least a first communication number and a second communication number. In some embodiments, the first communication number may be a calling party number and the second communication number may be a called party number. The second communication code may be a primary number of the called party, and may also be a secondary number of the called party.
In some embodiments, after receiving a call request, the caller identification device may extract the first communication number and the second communication number from the call request. Specifically, table 1 is a schematic table of call requests in one example of the present application. As shown in table 1, the call request may include a second communication number field, a first communication home code field, and a second communication home code field.
Table 1 schematic representation of call requests
Second communication code | A first communication number | Second communication home code | First communication home code |
135******02 | 151******54 | A3 | C9 |
After the incoming call identification device receives the call request, the second communication number and the first communication number in the call request can be obtained by extracting the second communication number field and the first communication number field in the call request.
S200: and inquiring the remark information of the first communication number according to a pre-established number remark information base.
In some embodiments, the caller identification device may pre-establish a number remark information base. The number remark information base can store remark information of each number. The remark information may include at least one of various disturbance modes. The disturbing means may be, for example, promotions, fraud, advertising, etc.
In an embodiment of the application, the incoming call identification device may establish a remark information base of the number by collecting reporting information of the user. Specifically, after receiving a harassing call, the communication terminal may respond to an operation of a user of the communication terminal, and send a number of the harassing call and a harassing mode as reporting information to the incoming call identification device through a short message or a mobile network. The incoming call identification device can preset a threshold value and count the number times of reported numbers in the reporting information. When the number reported times of a certain number is greater than the preset threshold value, the incoming call identification device can record the number and the related harassment mode thereof into a number remark information base.
In another embodiment of the present application, the incoming call identification apparatus may establish a remark information base of the number by loading information in a third-party server. At present, many terminal application servers can collect feedback information of users to strange numbers through application programs installed on communication terminals. These applications may be, for example, a hundred degree guard or a 360 security guard, etc. After the user receives the crank call, the crank call can be reported in the application programs and a crank mode of the crank call can be selected. By the method, the terminal application server can acquire information of various crank calls. These information may be stored in the terminal application server. The terminal application server may be the third party server described above. In this embodiment of the application, the incoming call identification device may obtain the authorization of the terminal application server in advance, and download the harassing call information in the terminal application server to the local. In this way, the incoming call identification device can also establish the number remark information base.
In the incoming call identification device, the number remark information base may store the remark information of the number in the form of a key-value. The number can be used as a key, and the remark information of the number can be used as a corresponding value. By inquiring the number, the remark information corresponding to the number can be obtained.
In some embodiments, after the incoming call identification device extracts the first communication number in the call request, the incoming call identification device may identify the first communication number according to the pre-established number memo information base, and acquire memo information of the first communication number in the number memo information base. Specifically, the incoming call identification device may use the extracted first communication number as a key, and search for a value corresponding to the key, that is, the remark information corresponding to the first communication number, in a number remark information base.
S300: and sending the inquired remark information of the first communication number to a terminal where a second communication number is located.
In some embodiments, after the incoming call identification device queries the remark information of the first communication number, the queried remark information of the first communication number may be sent to the terminal where the second communication number is located according to the extracted second communication number.
Specifically, in an embodiment of the present application, the remark information of the first communication number may be sent to the terminal where the second communication number is located in an Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) manner. And the remark information is sent to the terminal where the second communication code is located by using a USSD mode, so that smaller time delay can be generated. Therefore, when the terminal where the second communication code is located receives the call request of the first communication number, the remark information of the first communication number can be displayed to the terminal where the second communication code is located in time. In addition, the USSD message received by the terminal where the second signaling code is located may not be stored in the terminal where the second signaling code is located. After the USSD message is checked, the USSD message may be automatically deleted from the terminal where the second communication code is located. Therefore, the USSD mode is used as the incoming call reminding mode, and the influence on the user is small.
In another embodiment of the application, the remark information of the first communication number can be sent to the terminal where the second communication number is located in a 'flash' manner. And the remark information is sent to the terminal where the second communication code is positioned by using a 'flash' mode, and the specific content of the remark information can be directly displayed on a display screen of the second communication code terminal. For example, when receiving an incoming call, the user can directly see remark information such as "this number is marked as a fraudulent call by XXX" from the display screen of the communication terminal. By the mode, the user of the terminal where the second communication code is located can read the specific content of the remark information without performing redundant operation.
In an actual application scenario, a user often uses a primary number as a number currently used by a communication terminal, and a one-card multi-number center also often transfers a call request of a secondary number of the user to the primary number of the user. Thus, although the number currently used by the communication terminal of the user is the main number, the user does not miss the communication contents on other auxiliary numbers. In some embodiments, when the extracted second communication number is the secondary number in step S100, the incoming call identification apparatus in the present application may also query the primary number corresponding to the secondary number. The main number corresponding to the auxiliary number can be a third communication number. According to the inquired third communication number, the incoming call identification device can send the remark information of the first communication number in the step S200 to the terminal where the third communication number is located. In view of this, in a preferred embodiment of the present application, when the extracted second communication code is a secondary number, the step S300 may specifically include:
s301: acquiring a third traffic signal code corresponding to the extracted second traffic signal code;
s302: and sending the remark information of the inquired first communication number to a terminal where a third communication number is located.
Specifically, in an embodiment of the present application, after receiving the second signaling number and the routing information thereof sent by the calling MSC, the one-card-multi-number center may find the primary number corresponding to the secondary number in the pre-established corresponding relationship between the primary number and the secondary number, that is, may find the third signaling number corresponding to the second signaling number. The corresponding relation between the main number and the auxiliary number can be sorted and recorded by a manager of the one-card-multi-number center according to the registration information of the user when the number is started. In particular, the user may pre-select a SIM card, which may have an initial number that may be used as the primary number for the user. After the user opens the one-card multi-number service, a plurality of auxiliary numbers can be registered in the SIM card, so that a corresponding relation between a main number and a plurality of auxiliary numbers can be formed. The one-card multi-number platform can store the primary number and the secondary number in a data table mode in an associated mode. One column of the data table stores a primary number, and the other columns can respectively store a plurality of secondary numbers associated with the primary number. The associated primary and secondary numbers may be located in the same row in the data table. Further, the associated primary and secondary numbers may also be associated with the corresponding SIM cards. Therefore, the primary number and the secondary number in the SIM card can be obtained by inquiring the SIM card; by inquiring any auxiliary number, the main number corresponding to the auxiliary number can be obtained; by inquiring the primary number, the secondary number corresponding to the primary number can be obtained.
In an embodiment of the present application, the caller id device may be an independent device located between the one-card-multiple-number center and the called party. After the one-card multi-number center inquires the associated main number through the auxiliary number of the called party, the main number can be sent to the incoming call identification device. The incoming call identification device can receive a third communication signal code which is sent by a one-card-multi-number center and is associated with the extracted second communication signal code, and can send the remark information of the inquired first communication number to a terminal where the third communication signal code is located according to the obtained third communication signal code.
In another embodiment of the present application, the caller identification device may be integrated as a functional module in the one-card-multiple-number center. The caller id device can interact with other modules in the one-card-multiple-number center. After the incoming call identification device extracts the second communication number, the third communication number corresponding to the extracted second communication number can be inquired according to the corresponding relation between the auxiliary number and the main number, which is pre-established by the one-card-multi-number center, and the remark information of the inquired first communication number can be sent to the terminal where the third communication number is located according to the acquired third communication number.
In another embodiment of the present application, the incoming call identification apparatus may query the remark information of the first communication number in the received call request by using a number remark information base already established by a third party, instead of establishing a number remark information base in advance. Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for identifying an incoming call according to another embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s110: receiving a call request and extracting a first communication number and a second communication number in the call request;
s210: inquiring the remark information of the first communication number according to a number remark information base pre-established by the third-party server;
s310: and sending the remark information of the inquired first communication number to a terminal where the second communication number is located.
Specifically, the receiving the call request may specifically include:
receiving a call request sent by a one-card-multi-number center or receiving a call request sent by a mobile switching center of a calling terminal.
After receiving a call request of a calling party, the caller identification device may extract a first communication number in the call request. The incoming call identification device can send the extracted first communication number to a third-party server with a number remark information base established in advance. The third party server may comprise a terminal application server. The terminal application server can collect feedback information of the user to the strange number through an application program installed on the communication terminal. These applications may be, for example, a hundred degree guard or a 360 security guard, etc. After the user receives the crank call, the crank call can be reported in the application programs and a crank mode of the crank call can be selected. By the method, the terminal application server can acquire information of various crank calls. All the information can be stored in the terminal application server to form a number remark information base. When the third-party server receives the first communication number sent by the incoming call identification device, the third-party server can inquire the remark information of the number in a number remark information base and return the inquired remark information to the incoming call identification device. After the incoming call identification device obtains the extracted remark information of the first communication number, the obtained remark information of the first communication number can be sent to a terminal where the second communication number is located according to the extracted second communication number.
When the extracted second communication code is a secondary number, the step S310 may specifically include:
s311: acquiring a third traffic signal code corresponding to the extracted second traffic signal code;
s312: and sending the remark information of the first communication number obtained by searching to the terminal where the third communication number is located.
In an embodiment of the present application, the caller id device may be an independent device located between the one-card-multiple-number center and the called party. After the one-card multi-number center inquires the associated main number through the auxiliary number of the called party, the main number can be sent to the incoming call identification device. The caller identification device can receive the called party main number which is sent by the one-card multi-number center and is associated with the extracted called party auxiliary number, and can send the remark information of the inquired calling party number to the called party according to the obtained called party main number.

According to the method and the device for identifying the incoming call, the first communication number in the call request is identified, and after the remark information of the first communication number is acquired according to the first communication number, the remark information is sent to the terminal where the second communication number is located. By the method, when a user of the terminal where the second communication number is located faces an unfamiliar call, whether the call is a harassing call or not can be known. By providing the reminding information of the incoming call for the user, the user can selectively answer or reject the strange incoming call, and the communication experience of the user can be improved.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate a dedicated integrated circuit chip 2. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Language Description Language), traffic, pl (core unified Programming Language), HDCal, jhddl (Java Hardware Description Language), langue, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardbyscript Description Language (vhigh Description Language), and vhigh-Language (Hardware Description Language), which is currently used by most popular. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, AtmelAT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory.
Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. Of course, the functionality of the units may be implemented in one or more software and/or hardware when implementing the present application.
