the sending module is used for sending a call establishment message to network side equipment, wherein the call establishment message comprises a called number and a calling operator identifier, so that the network side equipment sends the call establishment message to the called terminal according to the called number, and the called terminal acquires corresponding operator information according to the calling operator identifier and displays the operator information.

A terminal side device comprising a memory for storing information comprising program instructions and a processor for controlling the execution of the program instructions, characterized in that the program instructions are loaded and executed by the processor to implement the steps of the operator information processing apparatus of claim 6.
