302. The mobile terminal judges whether a target SIM in the calling instruction corresponds to the main protocol stack, if so, the step 303 is executed, and if not, the step 304 is executed;
the mobile terminal may determine whether the target SIM card is the first SIM card or the second SIM card in the calling instruction, and determine whether the target SIM card corresponds to the main protocol stack at this time.
303. The mobile terminal initiates a calling process according to the calling instruction;
the mobile terminal judges that the target SIM card corresponds to the main protocol stack, namely the target SIM card is in an on-network state, the mobile terminal can directly initiate random access, respond to the calling instruction and initiate a calling process.
304. The mobile terminal switches the SIM card corresponding to the main protocol stack into a target SIM card, searches the network again, and initiates a calling process according to a calling instruction;
the mobile terminal judges that the target SIM card does not correspond to the main protocol stack, namely the target SIM card is in an off-line state, in order to respond to the calling instruction, the SIM card corresponding to the main protocol stack needs to be switched to the target SIM card, after the switching is completed, the network is searched again through the target SIM card, random access is initiated, the calling instruction is responded, and a calling process is initiated.
The above steps describe the calling procedure in the embodiment of the present invention, and the following describes the paging procedure in the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, the embodiment may further include:
401. the mobile terminal sets a mode for receiving the paging message of the CDMA network into a non-time slot mode;
the mode of the mobile terminal for receiving the paging message of the CDMA network comprises a time slot mode and a non-time slot mode, in the time slot mode, the mobile terminal can receive the paging in the appointed time slot, other time slots can enter a sleep state, in the non-time slot mode, the mobile terminal receives the paging message on all the time slots, namely all the paging messages sent by the base station can be received, because a plurality of paging messages sent by the base station are not necessarily in the same time slot, in order to ensure that the paging is not leaked, the mode of the mobile terminal for receiving the paging message of the CDMA network can be set to be the non-time slot mode.
402. The mobile terminal receives a paging message sent by a CDMA network and acquires a target IMSI or TMSI in the paging message;
after receiving the paging message sent by the CDMA network, the mobile terminal may decode the paging message to obtain the target IMSI or the target TMSI, where the target IMSI and the target TMSI are the identity of the paged user.
403. The mobile terminal respectively judges whether the state information of the first SIM card and the state information of the second SIM card are matched with the target IMSI or the target TMSI, if not, the step 404 is executed, if the state information of the first SIM card is matched with the target IMSI or the target TMSI, the first SIM card is determined to be a called SIM card, the step 405 is executed, if the state information of the second SIM card is matched with the target IMSI or the target TMSI, the second SIM card is determined to be the called SIM card, and the step 405 is executed;
after acquiring the target IMSI or the target TMSI in the paging message, the mobile terminal needs to determine whether the target IMSI or the target TMSI matches the TMSI and IMSI in the state information of the first SIM card, if the first SIM card has the matched TMSI or IMSI, it may determine that the first SIM card is the called SIM card, and execute step 405, if not, it continues to determine whether the TMSI and IMSI in the state information of the second SIM card matches the target IMSI or the target TMSI, if the second SIM card has the matched TMSI or IMSI, it may determine that the second SIM card is the called SIM card, and execute step 405, and if the IMSI and TMSI in the state information of the first SIM card and the second SIM card do not match the target IMSI and the target TMSI, it executes step 404.
404. The mobile terminal does not respond to the paging message;
if neither the IMSI nor the TMSI in the first SIM card nor the second SIM card can match the target IMSI or the target TMSI, neither the first SIM card nor the second SIM card is the subscriber to which the paging message is to be called, and therefore, the paging message does not need to be responded to.
405. The mobile terminal judges whether the main protocol stack corresponds to a called SIM card in the paging message, if so, the step 406 is executed, and if not, the step 407 is executed;
after the called SIM card is determined, whether the called SIM card is really on the network or not needs to be judged by judging whether the called SIM card corresponds to the main protocol stack or not, and only the called SIM card which is really on the network can directly respond to the paging message.
406. The mobile terminal responds to the paging message through the called SIM card;
if the mobile terminal judges that the main protocol stack corresponds to the called SIM card at the moment, the mobile terminal sends a paging response message to the CDMA network and responds to the paging message.
407. And the mobile terminal switches the SIM card corresponding to the main protocol stack into a called SIM card and responds to the paging message through the called SIM card.
If the mobile terminal judges that the main protocol stack does not correspond to the called SIM card at the moment, the SIM card corresponding to the main protocol stack can be switched to the called SIM card through Modem software, after the switching is completed, the mobile terminal searches the CDMA network again through the called SIM card, and sends a paging response message to the CDMA network to respond to the paging message.
In this embodiment, the mobile terminal successively implements the startup network registration of the first SIM card and the second SIM card and the subsequent registration of the preset type of the communication protocol by switching the SIM cards corresponding to the main protocol stack through the Modem software, thereby intelligently implementing the dual-card dual-standby function of two SIM cards of CDMA system, i.e. the first SIM card and the second SIM card.
Secondly, in this embodiment, when receiving a calling instruction, after determining a target SIM card of a calling party, the mobile terminal may determine whether the target SIM card corresponds to the main protocol stack, if so, respond to the calling instruction, initiate a calling process, if not, switch the SIM card corresponding to the main protocol stack to the target SIM card through Modem software, and re-search the CDMA network, respond to the calling instruction, initiate the calling process, thereby improving the implementability of the embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, after the mobile terminal determines the called SIM card in the mobile terminal in the paging message of the CDMA network, the mobile terminal may determine whether the called SIM card corresponds to the main protocol stack, and if so, respond to the paging message, and if not, switch the SIM card corresponding to the main protocol stack to the called SIM card through Modem software, and re-search the CDMA network, and respond to the paging message, thereby further improving the implementability of the embodiment of the present invention.
