Specifically, after obtaining the virtual gift ranking information, the recommending unit 430 may recommend the virtual gift to be sent to the anchor or guest to the user according to the virtual gift ranking information, if the virtual gift ranking information indicates that all users with the type information send 20 roses and 3 one-piece dresses in the past month, rank the categories according to the number, and know that the roses rank first and the one-piece dresses rank second in the virtual gift.
