本发明公开了一种环保抗腐蚀的输电线路配电箱,属于配电输送装置领域,用于输电配送,其包括箱体板,所述箱体板与上盖体板、下盖体板连接,所述上盖体板与下盖体板构成盖体框架,所述箱体板的内侧设有内衬箱体板,箱体板与内衬箱体板通过箱体底板连接,在箱体底板的上方设有内衬底板。鉴于上述技术方案,本发明能够实现延长配电箱的使用寿命,且在受到外力侵扰时能够及时传回控制中心,在正常使用时能够保证配电箱内部的恒温,保证供电线路各控制装置的正常运行,减少外部干扰。

技术领域
本发明属于配电输送装置领域,具体地说,尤其涉及一种环保抗腐蚀的输电线路配电箱。
背景技术
配电箱作为输电配送中供电开关、检测仪表、保护装置及辅助设备的存放之处,扮演着重要的角色。但是现有的配电箱由于采用金属材料作为板体,外部涂覆有防腐层,顶部设有箱盖,长期使用时,由于外部的防腐层损坏从而使得配电箱的箱体出现腐蚀,从而出现腐蚀的孔洞或者缝隙,该孔洞或者缝隙能够使得雨水进入到配电箱内部,小型动物,如蚊虫、老鼠等亦可以通过损坏的缝隙进入到配电箱内部,对配电箱内部的开关、仪表、保护装置等造成损坏,影响供电安全,检修维护成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保抗腐蚀的输电线路配电箱,其能够实现延长配电箱的使用寿命,且在受到外力侵扰时能够及时传回控制中心,在正常使用时能够保证配电箱内部的恒温,保证供电线路各控制装置的正常运行,减少外部干扰。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明中所述的环保抗腐蚀的输电线路配电箱,包括箱体板,所述箱体板与上盖体板、下盖体板连接,所述上盖体板与下盖体板构成盖体框架,所述箱体板的内侧设有内衬箱体板,箱体板与内衬箱体板通过箱体底板连接,在箱体底板的上方设有内衬底板;其中所述箱体板与内衬箱体板之间构成箱体夹层,两侧的箱体夹层内分别设有干燥器、冷却器,干燥器通过总干燥管路与干燥循环管连接,冷却器通过总冷却管路与冷却循环管连接;所述干燥循环管与冷却循环管均分布于开关安装卡槽的安装区域;所述上盖体板与下盖体板之间通过纵向支撑骨连接,纵向支撑骨设置于横向支撑骨上,横向支撑骨为“∧”结构;在横向支撑骨的尾端设有垫块,横向支撑骨的“∧”结构内部设有隔离板,隔离板的两端与横向支撑骨连接;相邻的上盖体板之间通过盖板连接件连接。
进一步地讲,本发明中所述的纵向支撑骨包括固定座、支撑杆、圆环形支撑架及连接架,所述固定座通过支撑杆与圆环形支撑架连接,圆环形支撑架上均布有四个连接架,连接架上设有T形盖体连接端。
进一步地讲,本发明中所述的固定座、支撑杆、圆环形支撑架内均设有导线通道,在固定座的导线通道内还设有分割块;所述T形盖体连接端的端面分别设有压力传感器、湿度传感器、温度传感器及静电感应传感器,设有压力传感器的T形盖体连接端的端面与上盖体板连接,设有静电感应传感器的T形盖体连接端的端面与下盖体板连接。
进一步地讲,本发明中所述的隔离板与下盖体板之间的空间内设有通信器材,通信器材通过通信管道与通信天线连接,通信管道穿过上盖体板,并在与上盖体板的连接位置处设有密封圈。
进一步地讲,本发明中所述的隔离板上设有连接通风管道的通孔,通风管道分别穿过与内衬箱体板与燥器、冷却器连接。
进一步地讲,本发明中所述的箱体板的外表面覆盖有箱体防水层,箱体板的内表面覆盖有箱体防火层;所述内衬箱体板位于箱体夹层的表面设有内衬防水层,内衬箱体板的另一表面覆盖有内屏蔽层。
进一步地讲,本发明中所述的上盖体板的表面覆盖有盖体屏蔽层,盖体屏蔽层上覆盖有盖体耐磨层。
进一步地讲,本发明中所述的箱体防水层包括丙纶无纺布层、玻璃纤维布层,所述丙纶无纺布层、玻璃纤维布层通过高强度尼龙纤维经纬穿插编织固定,所述丙纶无纺布层、玻璃纤维布层的表面覆盖有防水涂料层,所述防水涂料层采用以下重量份的成分制成:三元乙丙橡胶20~30份、云母粉5~10份、自交联丙烯酸弹性乳液40~45份、防老剂6~8份、二氧化锰5~10份、环氧树脂10~15份、乙酸乙酯10~15份、分散剂6~8份。
进一步地讲,本发明中所述的箱体防火层采用浸有氢氧化铝溶剂的芳纶纤维及包裹有硅酸铝的耐高温碳纤维、耐高温玻璃纤维按照1:2:2的比例编织而成。
进一步地讲,本发明中所述的箱体板、上盖体板、下盖体板、内衬箱体板采用高强度玻璃钢材料制成,上述玻璃钢材料中间设有高强度尼龙纤维与高强度碳纤维、铜丝采用经纬编织成的夹层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明能够通过设置的干燥器和冷却器对配电箱内部的温度和湿度进行调节,并通过合理的空间设置实现各装置的正常进行,且在本发明中设置的盖体结构能够承受一定的外部冲击且能够辅助调节配电箱内部的温度和湿度,安装通信设备。
2、本发明能够通过设置的各部分传感装置或者感应设备来实现对配电箱整体结构的监测,实现配电箱运行过程中的实时监控,保证设施运行过程中的快速检修与维护。

实施例1:一种环保抗腐蚀的输电线路配电箱,包括箱体板2,所述箱体板2与上盖体板11、下盖体板18连接,所述上盖体板11与下盖体板18构成盖体框架,所述箱体板2的内侧设有内衬箱体板21,箱体板2与内衬箱体板21通过箱体底板25连接,在箱体底板25的上方设有内衬底板24;其中所述箱体板2与内衬箱体板21之间构成箱体夹层6,两侧的箱体夹层6内分别设有干燥器3、冷却器27,干燥器3通过总干燥管路5与干燥循环管22连接,冷却器27通过总冷却管路28与冷却循环管23连接;所述干燥循环管22与冷却循环管23均分布于开关安装卡槽26的安装区域;所述上盖体板11与下盖体板18之间通过纵向支撑骨13连接,纵向支撑骨13设置于横向支撑骨12上,横向支撑骨12为“∧”结构;在横向支撑骨12的尾端设有垫块9,横向支撑骨12的“∧”结构内部设有隔离板19,隔离板19的两端与横向支撑骨12连接;相邻的上盖体板11之间通过盖板连接件36连接。

实施例3:一种环保抗腐蚀的输电线路配电箱,所述隔离板19上设有连接通风管道20的通孔,通风管道20分别穿过与内衬箱体板21与燥器3、冷却器27连接。所述箱体板2的外表面覆盖有箱体防水层1,箱体板2的内表面覆盖有箱体防火层4;所述内衬箱体板21位于箱体夹层6的表面设有内衬防水层7,内衬箱体板21的另一表面覆盖有内屏蔽层41。所述上盖体板11的表面覆盖有盖体屏蔽层10,盖体屏蔽层10上覆盖有盖体耐磨层8。所述箱体防水层1包括丙纶无纺布层43、玻璃纤维布层44,所述丙纶无纺布层43、玻璃纤维布层44通过高强度尼龙纤维42经纬穿插编织固定,所述丙纶无纺布层43、玻璃纤维布层44的表面覆盖有防水涂料层45,所述防水涂料层45采用以下重量份的成分制成:三元乙丙橡胶20~30份、云母粉5~10份、自交联丙烯酸弹性乳液40~45份、防老剂6~8份、二氧化锰5~10份、环氧树脂10~15份、乙酸乙酯10~15份、分散剂6~8份。所述箱体防火层4采用浸有氢氧化铝溶剂的芳纶纤维及包裹有硅酸铝的耐高温碳纤维、耐高温玻璃纤维按照1:2:2的比例编织而成。所述箱体板2、上盖体板11、下盖体板18、内衬箱体板21采用高强度玻璃钢材料制成,上述玻璃钢材料中间设有高强度尼龙纤维与高强度碳纤维、铜丝采用经纬编织成的夹层。
鉴于上述实施例,本发明在使用时,通过将各种电路的控制开关、仪器仪表、保护装置等安装在开关安装卡槽26的位置区域,该开关安装卡槽26能够根据需要调整至合适的安装位置;本发明中所述的干燥器3通过总干燥管路5与干燥循环管22连接,冷却器27通过总冷却管路28与冷却循环管23连接。干燥循环管22与冷却循环管23分别位于开关安装卡槽26的安装区域。干燥循环管22与冷却循环管23能够对该区域的温度及湿度进行去除又不影响该区域的正常工作。
在本发明中,上盖体板11采用与盖板连接件36连接,而配电箱两侧的下盖体板18并不相互接触,从而在配电箱的箱体空间与盖体空间形成相通的循环通路。在本发明中的下盖体板18上连接有隔离板19,隔离板19能够保证下盖体板18的连接稳定性又能够在隔离板19的上方设有通信器材17,通信器材17能够汇总配电箱内各装置的信息,如箱体板2、内衬箱体板21、内衬底板24内的铜线层是否损坏从而判断配电箱是否遭受外力破坏,汇总纵向支撑骨13上的压力传感器37、湿度传感器38、温度传感器40及静电感应传感器39信息,判断配电箱上部盖体是否遭受破坏,内部空间的温度、湿度及下盖体板18的绝缘程度进行检测,保证整个设备的运行正常;通信器材17内部设有的控制器能够通过调节干燥器3、冷却器27保证内部的温度和湿度恒定。
在上述过程中,本发明采用的上盖体板11尾端采用圆弧形设计,圆弧形的自由端与下盖体板18固定,从而使得上盖体板11与下盖体板18之间形成容纳空气通过的夹层,在该夹层内部设有纵向支撑骨13采用包括固定座34、支撑杆33、圆环形支撑架31及连接架30,所述固定座34通过支撑杆33与圆环形支撑架31连接,圆环形支撑架31上均布有四个连接架30,连接架30上设有T形盖体连接端29。上述结构能够保证上盖体板11与下盖体板18的稳定性,又能够保证上盖体板11与下盖体板18之间夹层的空气流动,保证各个传感器装置的工作稳定及监测数据的准确性。
在本发明中特别采用防水涂料层来实现箱体防水层1的辅助防水作业,为了保证该箱体防水层1的防水效果及本身材料的强度,在本发明中采用丙纶无纺布层43、玻璃纤维布层44,所述丙纶无纺布层43、玻璃纤维布层44通过高强度尼龙纤维42经纬穿插编织固定,所述丙纶无纺布层43、玻璃纤维布层44的表面覆盖有防水涂料层45的方式来实现上述效果。防水涂料层45采用以下重量份的成分制成:三元乙丙橡胶20~30份、云母粉5~10份、自交联丙烯酸弹性乳液40~45份、防老剂6~8份、二氧化锰5~10份、环氧树脂10~15份、乙酸乙酯10~15份、分散剂6~8份。优选最佳的配料关系为三元乙丙橡胶25份、云母粉8份、自交联丙烯酸弹性乳液43份、防老剂7份、二氧化锰8份、环氧树脂12份、乙酸乙酯12份、分散剂8份。上述材料的配比不仅能够实现良好的防水性能,而且能够实现一定的耐磨性能和自身的强度,与本发明所述的主要材料起到良好的互动性能,提高配电箱整体的结构稳定性。
Claims (10)
1.一种环保抗腐蚀的输电线路配电箱,包括箱体板(2),所述箱体板(2)与上盖体板(11)、下盖体板(18)连接,所述上盖体板(11)与下盖体板(18)构成盖体框架,其特征在于:所述箱体板(2)的内侧设有内衬箱体板(21),箱体板(2)与内衬箱体板(21)通过箱体底板(25)连接,在箱体底板(25)的上方设有内衬底板(24);其中所述箱体板(2)与内衬箱体板(21)之间构成箱体夹层(6),两侧的箱体夹层(6)内分别设有干燥器(3)、冷却器(27),干燥器(3)通过总干燥管路(5)与干燥循环管(22)连接,冷却器(27)通过总冷却管路(28)与冷却循环管(23)连接;所述干燥循环管(22)与冷却循环管(23)均分布于开关安装卡槽(26)的安装区域;所述上盖体板(11)与下盖体板(18)之间通过纵向支撑骨(13)连接,纵向支撑骨(13)设置于横向支撑骨(12)上,横向支撑骨(12)为“∧”结构;在横向支撑骨(12)的尾端设有垫块(9),横向支撑骨(12)的“∧”结构内部设有隔离板(19),隔离板(19)的两端与横向支撑骨(12)连接;相邻的上盖体板(11)之间通过盖板连接件(36)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保抗腐蚀的输电线路配电箱,其特征在于:所述纵向支撑骨(13)包括固定座(34)、支撑杆(33)、圆环形支撑架(31)及连接架(30),所述固定座(34)通过支撑杆(33)与圆环形支撑架(31)连接,圆环形支撑架(31)上均布有四个连接架(30),连接架(30)上设有T形盖体连接端(29)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保抗腐蚀的输电线路配电箱,其特征在于:所述固定座(34)、支撑杆(33)、圆环形支撑架(31)内均设有导线通道(32),在固定座(34)的导线通道(32)内还设有分割块(35);所述T形盖体连接端(29)的端面分别设有压力传感器(37)、湿度传感器(38)、温度传感器(40)及静电感应传感器(39),设有压力传感器(37)的T形盖体连接端(29)的端面与上盖体板(11)连接,设有静电感应传感器(39)的T形盖体连接端(29)的端面与下盖体板(18)连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的环保抗腐蚀的输电线路配电箱,其特征在于:所述隔离板(19)与下盖体板(18)之间的空间内设有通信器材(17),通信器材(17)通过通信管道(16)与通信天线(14)连接,通信管道(16)穿过上盖体板(11),并在与上盖体板(11)的连接位置处设有密封圈(15)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的环保抗腐蚀的输电线路配电箱,其特征在于:所述隔离板(19)上设有连接通风管道(20)的通孔,通风管道(20)分别穿过与内衬箱体板(21)与燥器(3)、冷却器(27)连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的环保抗腐蚀的输电线路配电箱,其特征在于:所述箱体板(2)的外表面覆盖有箱体防水层(1),箱体板(2)的内表面覆盖有箱体防火层(4);所述内衬箱体板(21)位于箱体夹层(6)的表面设有内衬防水层(7),内衬箱体板(21)的另一表面覆盖有内屏蔽层(41)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的环保抗腐蚀的输电线路配电箱,其特征在于:所述上盖体板(11)的表面覆盖有盖体屏蔽层(10),盖体屏蔽层(10)上覆盖有盖体耐磨层(8)。
8.根据权利要求6所述的环保抗腐蚀的输电线路配电箱,其特征在于:所述箱体防水层(1)包括丙纶无纺布层(43)、玻璃纤维布层(44),所述丙纶无纺布层(43)、玻璃纤维布层(44)通过高强度尼龙纤维(42)经纬穿插编织固定,所述丙纶无纺布层(43)、玻璃纤维布层(44)的表面覆盖有防水涂料层(45),所述防水涂料层(45)采用以下重量份的成分制成:三元乙丙橡胶20~30份、云母粉5~10份、自交联丙烯酸弹性乳液40~45份、防老剂6~8份、二氧化锰5~10份、环氧树脂10~15份、乙酸乙酯10~15份、分散剂6~8份。
9.根据权利要求7所述的环保抗腐蚀的输电线路配电箱,其特征在于:所述箱体防火层(4)采用浸有氢氧化铝溶剂的芳纶纤维及包裹有硅酸铝的耐高温碳纤维、耐高温玻璃纤维按照1:2:2的比例编织而成。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一权利要求所述的环保抗腐蚀的输电线路配电箱,其特征在于:所述箱体板(2)、上盖体板(11)、下盖体板(18)、内衬箱体板(21)采用高强度玻璃钢材料制成,上述玻璃钢材料中间设有高强度尼龙纤维与高强度碳纤维、铜丝采用经纬编织成的夹层。
