Abstract
本发明涉及一种高防护等级的高压开关柜用泄压装置,包括进压管和泄压管,进压管内设有热熔机构和承压机构,所述热熔机构包括两个固定板和设置在固定板之间的热熔胶,固定板上设有若干通孔,所述承压机构包括固定板和承压板,固定板为圆形结构,固定板中间设有泄压通孔,承压板固定在固定板的泄压通孔中,能够及时有效的对出现故障的开关柜进行泄压处理,提高了安全性能和防护等级。

技术领域
本发明涉及开关柜技术领域,特别涉及一种高压开关柜用泄压装置。
背景技术
随着我国在经济上的可持续发展和人民物质文化生活水平的不断提高,用户对电力需求越来越大,对供电质量和可靠性越来越高。随着电力作为商品进入市场,接受用户的监督和选择,对电力供应中的停电影响追究电力经营者的责任,为此,加快城乡电网的改造,加快配电系统自动化的进程就显的尤为重要。
高压开关柜是输配电系统中的重要设备,承担着开端和关合电力线路等重要作用,随着我国经济总量的增长,对于电力系统的要求也越来越高,社会对供电可靠性提出了更高的要求,现有的高压开关柜内没有很好的泄压装置,无法及时有效的对出现故障的开关柜进行处理,存在很大安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种高压开关柜用泄压装置,能够及时有效的对出现故障的开关柜进行泄压处理,提高了安全性能和防护等级。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种高压开关柜用泄压装置,包括进压管和泄压管,进压管内设有热熔机构和承压机构,所述热熔机构包括两个第一固定板和设置在第一固定板之间的热熔胶,第一固定板上设有若干通孔,所述承压机构包括第二固定板和承压板,第二固定板为圆形结构,第二固定板中间设有泄压通孔,承压板固定在第二固定板的泄压通孔中。
上述一种高压开关柜用泄压装置,其中,所述进压管的管径d1小于泄压管的管径d2。
上述一种高压开关柜用泄压装置,其中,所述热熔胶的组成成份按重量份数计如下:
聚异丁烯30-40份、
丙烯酸树脂15-20份、
石蜡5-8份、
月桂酸12-15份、
丙烯酸甲酯3-9份、
石棉纤维0.1-1份、
环烷基油20-30份、
1,4-丁二醇18-22份、
甘油10-16份。
上述一种高压开关柜用泄压装置,其中,所述热熔胶的制备方法为:将上述各组分加入反应釜中在300-350℃的温度下搅拌6-8h。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明设置在开关柜的泄爆通道中,若开关柜突遇故障,柜体内温度或压力突增,则可以通过泄压装置快速的将压力泄出,当温度和压力超限时,热熔胶迅速熔化,承压板断裂后从泄压管排出;
当因故障产生电弧时,本发明能够及时有效的对出现故障的开关柜进行泄压处理,能确保人身安全,防止事故扩大,提高了安全性能和防护等级,本发明防护等级达IP4X。

实施例一
一种高压开关柜用泄压装置,包括进压管1和泄压管2,所述进压管的管径d1小于泄压管的管径d2,进压管内设有热熔机构3和承压机构4,所述热熔机构包括两个第一固定板5和设置在第一固定板之间的热熔胶6,第一固定板上设有若干通孔7,所述承压机构包括第二固定板8和承压板9,第二固定板为圆形结构,第二固定板中间设有泄压通孔10,承压板固定在第二固定板的泄压通孔中。
所述热熔胶的制备方法为:按重量份数计将聚异丁烯35份、丙烯酸树脂17份、石蜡5-8份、月桂酸13份、丙烯酸甲酯6份、石棉纤维0.5份、环烷基油25份、1,4-丁二醇20份、甘油13份加入反应釜中在320℃的温度下搅拌7h。
实施例二
如实施例一所述的一种高压开关柜用泄压装置,其不同之处在于,所述热熔胶的制备方法为:按重量份数计将聚异丁烯32份、丙烯酸树脂16份、石蜡5.5份、月桂酸14份、丙烯酸甲酯7份、石棉纤维0.3份、环烷基油22份、1,4-丁二醇19份、甘油11份加入反应釜中在300℃的温度下搅拌6h。
实施例三
如实施例一所述的一种高压开关柜用泄压装置,其不同之处在于,所述热熔胶的制备方法为:按重量份数计将聚异丁烯37份、丙烯酸树脂15份、石蜡5份、月桂酸12份、丙烯酸甲酯3份、石棉纤维0.1份、环烷基油20份、1,4-丁二醇18份、甘油10份加入反应釜中在300℃的温度下搅拌8h。
实施例四
如实施例一所述的一种高压开关柜用泄压装置,其不同之处在于,所述热熔胶的制备方法为:按重量份数计将聚异丁烯40份、丙烯酸树脂20份、石蜡8份、月桂酸15份、丙烯酸甲酯9份、石棉纤维1份、环烷基油30份、1,4-丁二醇22份、甘油6份加入反应釜中在350℃的温度下搅拌6h。

1.一种高压开关柜用泄压装置,其特征为,包括进压管和泄压管,进压管内设有热熔机构和承压机构,所述热熔机构包括两个第一固定板和设置在第一固定板之间的热熔胶,第一固定板上设有若干通孔,所述承压机构包括第二固定板和承压板,第二固定板为圆形结构,第二固定板中间设有泄压通孔,承压板固定在第二固定板的泄压通孔中。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高压开关柜用泄压装置,其特征为,所述进压管的管径d1小于泄压管的管径d2。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高压开关柜用泄压装置,其特征为,所述热熔胶的组成成份按重量份数计如下:
聚异丁烯30-40份、
丙烯酸树脂15-20份、
石蜡5-8份、
月桂酸12-15份、
丙烯酸甲酯3-9份、
石棉纤维0.1-1份、
环烷基油20-30份、
1,4-丁二醇18-22份、
甘油10-16份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高压开关柜用泄压装置,其特征为,所述热熔胶的制备方法为:将上述各组分加入反应釜中在300-350℃的温度下搅拌6-8h。
