Abstract

本发明公开一种音频连接器,其安装于设有导电片的电路板,其包括设有若干端子槽的绝缘本体及插设于所述端子槽的若干音频端子,其中,各音频端子设有弹性部,所述弹性部具有侧向设置的若干按压点,所述弹性部被电路板侧向挤压从而令按压点与电路板的导电片接触。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种音频连接器,尤指一种具有侧向压接式音频连接器。
【背景技术】
2014年2月12日授权公告的中国大陆实用新型第203434343U揭示的沉板式音频连接器包括具有收容腔的绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的若干端子、覆盖于绝缘本体顶面的遮蔽壳体、及包覆绝缘本体及遮蔽壳体周围的防水套。端子设有露出于防水套并弯折后沿上下方向焊接于电路板的焊接部。电路板与音频连接器的相对位置唯一确定,不能根据需要灵活调节。
因此,有必要提供一种音频连接器,以解决以上技术问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种音频连接器,尤其涉及一种端子与电路板侧向压接的音频连接器。
为达成上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:提供一种音频连接器,其安装于设有导电片的电路板,其包括设有若干端子槽的绝缘本体及插设于所述端子槽的若干音频端子,其中,各音频端子设有弹性部,所述弹性部具有侧向设置的若干按压点,所述弹性部被电路板侧向挤压从而令按压点与电路板的导电片接触。
作为本发明进一步改进之技术方案,所述绝缘本体具有插入面,所述各端子槽包括插设槽,各音频端子包括插设部,所述插设部自所述插入面插设于所述插设槽而令音频端子以弹性部外挂式安装于绝缘本体。
作为本发明进一步改进之技术方案,所述音频端子具有连接至所述插设部的接触部,所述接触部设置成球状或V字形或反向弯曲以形成圆弧形的接触面与对接连接器接触。
作为本发明进一步改进之技术方案,所述各端子槽包括设有外壁的外槽,所述弹性部离开外壁而被部分悬置于所述外槽,所述外壁位于插设槽外侧。
作为本发明进一步改进之技术方案,所述各端子槽包括插入槽,各音频端子包括连接于所述连动臂之另一端的插入部,所述插入部插设于所述插入槽,所述插入部与插设部插入方向一致,所述弹性部被挤压时,所述插入部于插入槽内沿上下方向运动。
作为本发明进一步改进之技术方案,所述弹性部具有弹性臂、连动臂及连接所述弹性臂与连动臂的连接部,所述按压点至少部分设于所述弹性臂,所述插设部连接于所述连动臂的一端。
作为本发明进一步改进之技术方案,所述若干按压点包括设于连接部上的中间按压点及呈侧向突起状设置于所述弹性臂上的上按压点与下按压点,所述上按压点与下按压点位于所述中间按压点的上下两侧
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明的音频端子被电路板侧向压接以实现电性连接。电路板可压接于音频端子的不同部位,从而令电路板可根据需要调节位置。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
请参照图4至图7所示,本发明的音频连接器100呈沉板状装入开设有开口201的电路板200。所述电路板于靠近开口201的侧缘设有侧向朝向开口201设置的导电片202。其所述音频连接器100包括设有若干端子槽12的绝缘本体1及固持于所述端子槽12的若干音频端子2。所述若干音频端子2包括第一至第五端子21-25。
图1至图4所示,所述绝缘本体1具有插入面10及收容腔11。所述各端子槽12包括贯穿插入面10的插设槽121、贯穿绝缘本体1下表面的插入槽122及外槽123。各外槽123设有位于对应的插设槽121外侧的外壁124。
各音频端子2设有弹性部26、片状的插设部27及插入部28。所述弹性部26具有弹性臂261、连动臂262及连接所述弹性臂261与连动臂262的连接部263。所述插设部27连接于所述连动臂262的一端。所述插入部28连接于所述连动臂262之另一端。所述弹性部26具有侧向设置的若干按压点。所述若干按压点包括设于连接部263上的中间按压点2613及呈侧向突起状设置于所述弹性臂261上的上按压点2611与下按压点2612。所述上按压点2611与下按压点2612位于所述中间按压点2613的上下两侧。所述上按压点2611与下按压点2612由弹性臂261向外侧呈V形弯折而成。
所述第一端子21进一步包括自其插设部27侧向延伸的第一延伸臂212、自第一延伸臂212中间向前延伸的第一扣持臂213及设于第一扣持臂213前端的第一接触部214。第一接触部214向上弯曲从而形成圆弧形的接触面便于与音频插头对接。
所述第二端子22进一步包括自其插设部27侧向延伸的第二延伸臂222、设于第二延伸臂222自由端的球状的第二接触部221。
所述第三端子23进一步包括自其插设部27侧向延伸的第三延伸臂232、设于第三延伸臂223自由端的球状的第三接触部231。
所述第四端子24的插设部27为呈U形弯折的片状结构。所述第四端子24的弹性部26连接于U形的片状结构的右半片。所述第四端子24进一步具有设于U形的片状结构的左半片的V字形的第四接触部241。
所述第五端子25的插设部27为呈U形弯折的片状结构。所述第五端子25的弹性部26连接于U形的片状结构的左半片。所述第五端子25进一步具有设于U形的片状结构的右半片的V字形的第五接触部251。
当所述音频端子2插入所述绝缘本体1的端子槽12时,各音频端子2的插设部27自所述插入面10插设于所述插设槽121且所述插入部28插设于所述插入槽122而令音频端子2以弹性部26呈外挂式安装于绝缘本体1。所述插入部28与插设部27插入方向一致。所述弹性部26距外壁124一定距离而被悬置于所述外槽123。
参阅图5,当电路板200套设于所述音频连接器100的靠上位置时,所述音频端子2的弹性部26被电路板200侧向挤压从而令上按压点2611与电路板200的导电片202接触。
参阅图6,当电路板200套设于所述音频连接器100的中间位置时,所述音频端子2的弹性部26被电路板200侧向挤压从而令中间按压点2613与电路板200的导电片202接触。
参阅图7,当电路板200套设于所述音频连接器100的靠下位置时,所述音频端子2的弹性部26被电路板200侧向挤压从而令下按压点2612与电路板200的导电片202接触。
上述安装过程中,所述插入部28于插入槽122内沿上下方向运动。

Claims (7)

1.一种音频连接器,其安装于设有导电片的电路板,其包括设有若干端子槽的绝缘本体及插设于所述端子槽的若干音频端子,其特征在于:各音频端子设有弹性部,所述弹性部具有侧向设置的若干按压点,所述弹性部被电路板侧向挤压从而令按压点与电路板的导电片电性连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的音频连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体具有插入面,所述各端子槽包括插设槽,各音频端子包括插设部,所述插设部自所述插入面插设于所述插设槽而令音频端子以弹性部外挂式安装于绝缘本体。
3.如权利要求2所述的音频连接器,其特征在于:所述音频端子具有连接至所述插设部的接触部,所述接触部设置成球状或V字形或反向弯曲以形成圆弧形的接触面与对接连接器接触。
4.如权利要求2所述的音频连接器,其特征在于:所述各端子槽包括设有外壁的外槽,所述弹性部离开外壁而被部分悬置于所述外槽,所述外壁位于所述插设槽外侧。
5.如权利要求2所述的音频连接器,其特征在于:所述弹性部具有弹性臂、连动臂及连接所述弹性臂与连动臂的连接部,所述按压点至少部分设于所述弹性臂,所述插设部连接于所述连动臂的一端。
6.如权利要求5所述的音频连接器,其特征在于:所述若干按压点包括设于连接部上的中间按压点及呈侧向突起状设置于所述弹性臂上的上按压点与下按压点,所述上按压点与下按压点位于所述中间按压点的上下两侧。
7.如权利要求5所述的音频连接器,其特征在于:所述各端子槽包括插入槽,各音频端子包括连接于所述连动臂之另一端的插入部,所述插入部插设于所述插入槽,所述插入部与插设部插入方向一致,所述弹性部被挤压时,所述插入部于插入槽内沿上下方向运动。
