本发明提供一种氟塑料聚合物绝缘耐高温电缆,它是由绝缘线芯、氟塑料聚合物外护套、铜包钢屏蔽层、高温玻纤绕包层、陶瓷化氟橡胶绝缘层和镀锌铜芯导体组成,所述绝缘线芯是由陶瓷化氟橡胶绝缘层挤包在镀锌铜芯导体上而成;所述高温玻纤绕包层将四根绝缘线芯挤包成缆芯;所述缆芯内设有工字形强化架;所述缆芯和工字形强化架之间的间隙设有阻燃玻纤绳填充物;所述氟塑料聚合物外护套和铜包钢屏蔽层从外向内挤包在高温玻纤绕包层上,所述的氟塑料聚合物外护套外侧涂有荧光涂层。发明目所提供的氟塑料聚合物绝缘耐高温电缆,结构简单、耐高温、低烟阻燃、重量轻、生产成本低、使用寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐高温绝缘线,特别涉及一种氟塑料耐高温绝缘线。
背景技术
目前,在国内的各种建筑工程固定布线用电线电缆是量大面广的产品,不但涉及到千家万户,而且工业厂房、商业、办公楼、娱乐、石油、矿山、船舶等防火安全条件高的场合。迄今为止,石油、化工、发电、冶金等工矿企业对电缆的需求很高,尤其在高温、低温和酸、碱、油、水及腐蚀气体的恶劣环境中,电器仪表和自动化控制系统的信号传输线常用的电缆所采用的氟塑料绝缘和护套,产品耐电晕性不佳,由于氟塑料硬度高,耐磨性不强,有应力开裂现象,而且结构强度不高,不抗拉,易折断,不能生产大规格的产品,而且产品使用寿命有限。
发明内容
根据上述情况,本发明目的是提供一种氟塑料聚合物绝缘耐高温电缆,结构简单、耐高温、低烟阻燃、重量轻、生产成本低、使用寿命长。
本发明的技术目的由以下技术方案实现:
一种氟塑料聚合物绝缘耐高温电缆,它是由绝缘线芯、氟塑料聚合物外护套、铜包钢屏蔽层、高温玻纤绕包层、陶瓷化氟橡胶绝缘层和镀锌铜芯导体组成,所述绝缘线芯是由陶瓷化氟橡胶绝缘层挤包在镀锌铜芯导体上而成;所述高温玻纤绕包层将四根绝缘线芯挤包成缆芯;所述缆芯内设有工字形强化架;所述缆芯和工字形强化架之间的间隙设有阻燃玻纤绳填充物;所述氟塑料聚合物外护套和铜包钢屏蔽层从外向内挤包在高温玻纤绕包层上,所述的氟塑料聚合物外护套外侧涂有荧光涂层。
设置的荧光层,便于地下施工时候,电线电缆制品能在黑暗环境中发出荧光,有利于辨识电线电缆的方位,便于检修。
本发明优选,氟塑料聚合物外护套是由氟塑料和软链聚合物共聚而成。
本发明优选,高温玻纤绕包层外护套是由氟塑料和软链聚合物共聚而成。
发明目所提供的氟塑料聚合物绝缘耐高温电缆,结构简单、耐高温、低烟阻燃、重量轻、生产成本低、使用寿命长。

1.一种氟塑料聚合物绝缘耐高温电缆,它是由绝缘线芯、氟塑料聚合物外护套、铜包钢屏蔽层、高温玻纤绕包层、陶瓷化氟橡胶绝缘层和镀锌铜芯导体组成,其特征在于:所述绝缘线芯是由陶瓷化氟橡胶绝缘层挤包在镀锌铜芯导体上而成;所述高温玻纤绕包层将四根绝缘线芯挤包成缆芯;所述缆芯内设有工字形强化架;所述缆芯和工字形强化架之间的间隙设有阻燃玻纤绳填充物;所述氟塑料聚合物外护套和铜包钢屏蔽层从外向内挤包在高温玻纤绕包层上,所述的氟塑料聚合物外护套外侧涂有荧光涂层。
