技术领域
本发明涉及一种双面显示器,特别是涉及一种正面与背面皆可显示画面的双面显示器。
背景技术
参阅图1,已知的一种双面显示器,包含:间隔的一第一面板模组11与一第二面板模组12、一位于该第一面板模组11与该第二面板模组12之间的导光板13,以及一光源14。该导光板13包括一朝向该第一面板模组11的第一出光面131、一朝向该第二面板模组12的第二出光面132,以及一连接于该第一出光面131与该第二出光面132的一侧的入光面133。该光源14位于该导光板13的入光面133一侧,该光源14的光线进入该导光板13后,部分光线射向该第二出光面132,并可被该第二出光面132上的数个网点结构134朝该第一出光面131反射,以提供该第一面板模组11光线,部分光线射向该第一出光面131,并被该第一出光面131朝该第二出光面132反射,以提供该第二面板模组12光线。
一般而言,该第一面板模组11作为主要的显示面板,并可受到充足的背光光线,而该第二面板模组12为次要的显示面板,但受限于上述的光反射与导光方式,提供至该第二面板模组12的光线较为不足,导致第二面板模组12亮度过低,显示画面视感不佳,故已知的双面显示器有待改良。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能提高亮度,使双面显示画面的光线皆充足的双面显示器。
本发明双面显示器,包含:间隔的一个第一面板模组与一个第二面板模组。该双面显示器还包含一个导光板、一个第一光源,及一个增亮膜,该导光板位于该第一面板模组与该第二面板模组之间,并包括一个朝向该第一面板模组的第一出光面、一个与该第一出光面间隔相对且朝向该第二面板模组的第二出光面、一个连接于该第一出光面与该第二出光面的一侧的第一入光面,以及数个位于该第二出光面的反射结构;该第一光源位于该导光板的第一入光面的一侧;该增亮膜位于该导光板的第二出光面与该第二面板模组间,并包括数个突出的聚光结构,所述聚光结构的间距大于所述反射结构的尺寸。
本发明所述双面显示器,所述反射结构的尺寸为11μm~13μm。

参阅图2、3,本发明双面显示器的一第一实施例包含:间隔相对的一第一面板模组2与一第二面板模组3、一导光板4、一第一光源5、一第二光源6,以及一增亮膜7。
该第一面板模组2与第二面板模组3例如液晶面板模组,两者分别具有一第一显示面21与一第二显示面31,该第一显示面21与该第二显示面31朝向相反方向。其中,该第一面板模组2可作为双面显示器正面的主要显示面板,该第二面板模组3可作为背面的次要显示面板。该第一面板模组2与第二面板模组3皆包括偏光膜、液晶层、配向膜、彩色滤光片、玻璃基板等元件,由于该两面板模组2、3的结构非本发明的改良重点,故不再说明。
该导光板4位于该第一面板模组2与该第二面板模组3之间,并包括一朝向该第一面板模组2的第一出光面41、一与该第一出光面41间隔相对且朝向该第二面板模组3的第二出光面42、一连接于该第一出光面41与该第二出光面42的一侧的第一入光面43、一连接于该第一出光面41与该第二出光面42的另一侧并与该第一入光面43间隔相对的第二入光面44,以及数个位于该第二出光面42的反射结构45。所述反射结构45可将入射至该第二出光面42的光线朝该第一出光面41反射,而且部分光线仍可由该第二出光面42射出并射向该第二面板模组3。所述反射结构45可以利用印刷油墨网点而形成,所述油墨网点可以包含或不包含光扩散剂,通过油墨网点使该第二出光面42形成可散射光线的雾面形态。此外,反射结构45也可以是通过将该第二出光面42进行蚀刻加工以形成凹凸起伏表面,进而可形成所述突出的反射结构45。又或者是于该导光板4押出成型时,通过适当结构的押出模具,使该导光板4押出后即同时形成有所述反射结构45。
所述反射结构45的突出形态可为方形、弧形、三角形等等,较佳地为弧形突出结构。所述反射结构45的尺寸S较佳地为11μm~13μm,当反射结构45的尺寸S太小时,实际上难以制造;当太大例如超过13μm时,将导致其混光效果不佳。因此较佳地为11μm~13μm,如此可达到良好的扩散与散射光线效果,使入射而来的光线能确实被反射至该第一出光面41,在此同时,也有助于使充足的光线通过该第二出光面42而射向该第二面板模组3。
该第一光源5位于该导光板4的第一入光面43的一侧。该第二光源6位于该导光板4的第二入光面44的一侧。通过第一光源5与第二光源6配合,可产生均匀亮度。但于实施上,也可以省略该第二光源6而仅设置该第一光源5,如此就可提供该第一面板模组2与该第二面板模组3足够的光线。
该增亮膜7位于该导光板4的第二出光面42与该第二面板模组3间。该增亮膜7包括一朝向该导光板4的增亮入光面71、一朝向该第二面板模组3的增亮出光面72,以及数个突出设置于该增亮出光面72的聚光结构73。该增亮膜7于制造上可使用但不限于下述方法:在一PET基板表面涂布PMMA,并于PMMA上进行滚压制程以形成所述聚光结构73。所述聚光结构73的间距P(pitch)大于所述反射结构45的尺寸S,借此使通过该第二出光面42的光线可经由该增亮膜7的增亮、聚光效果,提高出光亮度,以提供充足光线给该第二面板模组3。其中,当部分光线穿过所述反射结构45而射向该增亮膜7时,光线通过所述反射结构45会朝不同方向扩散,但发散超过反射结构45尺寸范围的光线是不被希望的,因为如此会造成使用者观看显示器时,所述反射结构45被观察到,故反射结构45尺寸不宜过大,因此本发明透过间距P>尺寸S的设计,使本发明整体的导光效果佳,可消除所述反射结构45的显现,从而使显示器画质佳、视感良好。
所述聚光结构73的间距P是指任两相邻聚光结构73的相同部位之间的距离,例如为结构最高点之间的距离。较佳地,所述聚光结构73的间距P为25μm~50μm,聚光结构73的突出高度H为10μm~20μm,如此能发挥最佳聚光效果。所述聚光结构73可以为左右相邻排列且长向延伸的柱状形态,例如三角柱、半圆柱、方柱、梯形柱等等,也可以为数个突出结构前后左右相邻排列,例如金字塔结构、岛状结构等等。
本发明使用时,该第一光源5的光线自该第一入光面43进入该导光板4内部后,部分光线射向该第二出光面42并可被所述反射结构45反射而朝该第一出光面41射出,以提供该第一面板模组2光线,部分光线射向该第一出光面41,并可被该第一出光面41反射而朝该第二出光面42射出,以提供该第二面板模组3光线。同样地,该第二光源6的光线由该第二入光面44进入该导光板4后,最后同样有部分光线朝该第一出光面41射出,部分朝该第二出光面42射出。无论是第一光源5或第二光源6的光线,由该第一出光面41射出的光线比例较高,故适合提供给作为主显示面板的该第一面板模组2。另一方面,由该第二出光面42射出的光线,可受到该增亮膜7的聚光结构73的适当设计而集中在正向的一定角度范围内,从而可提高该第二面板模组3的中心视角辉度、增加发光率,达到最佳的增亮效果。
补充说明的是,本发明实施时,也可在该第一面板模组2与该导光板4的第一出光面41之间也设置一增亮膜(图未示),可提升该第一面板模组2的辉度。此增亮膜的结构、尺寸等设计皆可与该增亮膜7相同,且其数个聚光结构可朝向该第一面板模组2。
综上所述,通过设置该增亮膜7,并且将增亮膜7的间距P设计成比所述反射结构45的尺寸S大,从而能提高该第二出光面42处的发光率,使第二面板模组3有足够亮度,呈现良好的显示画面。故本发明显示器的双面亮度高,该两面板模组2、3都具有高辉度、画面视感佳的优点。另一方面,本发明在不设置该增亮膜7的情况下,通过所述反射结构45的尺寸S为11μm~13μm的设计,同样能达到上述功效。
参阅图4,本发明双面显示器的一第二实施例,与该第一实施例的结构大致相同,不同的地方在于:本实施例的该导光板4的所述反射结构45中,位于该导光板4中央部位的所述反射结构45的排列密度大于邻近于该第一入光面43或该第二入光面44的所述反射结构45的排列密度。由于该导光板4两侧入光面的光强度较强,而该导光板4中央部位则因为与该第一入光面43、该第二入光面44的距离较远而光强度较弱,故透过本实施例的排列密度变化设计,可达到均匀的导光效果,并能达到与该第一实施例相同的功效。
Claims (10)
1.一种双面显示器,包含:间隔的一个第一面板模组与一个第二面板模组,其特征在于,该双面显示器还包含一个导光板、一个第一光源,及一个增亮膜,该导光板位于该第一面板模组与该第二面板模组之间,并包括一个朝向该第一面板模组的第一出光面、一个与该第一出光面间隔相对且朝向该第二面板模组的第二出光面、一个连接于该第一出光面与该第二出光面的一侧的第一入光面,以及数个位于该第二出光面的反射结构;该第一光源位于该导光板的第一入光面的一侧;该增亮膜位于该导光板的第二出光面与该第二面板模组间,并包括数个突出的聚光结构,所述聚光结构的间距大于所述反射结构的尺寸。
2.如权利要求1所述的双面显示器,其特征在于:所述反射结构的尺寸为11μm~13μm。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的双面显示器,其特征在于:所述聚光结构的间距为25μm~50μm。
4.如权利要求3所述的双面显示器,其特征在于:该导光板还包括一个与该第一入光面间隔相对的第二入光面,该双面显示器还包含一个位于该第二入光面的一侧的第二光源。
5.如权利要求4所述的双面显示器,其特征在于:该增亮膜还包括一个朝向该导光板的增亮入光面,以及一个朝向该第二面板模组的增亮出光面,所述聚光结构突出设置于该增亮出光面。
6.如权利要求3所述的双面显示器,其特征在于:所述聚光结构的突出高度为10μm~20μm。
7.一种双面显示器,包含:间隔的一个第一面板模组与一个第二面板模组,其特征在于,该双面显示器还包含一个导光板,以及一个第一光源,该导光板位于该第一面板模组与该第二面板模组之间,并包括一个朝向该第一面板模组的第一出光面、一个与该第一出光面间隔相对且朝向该第二面板模组的第二出光面、一个连接于该第一出光面与该第二出光面的一侧的第一入光面,以及数个位于该第二出光面的反射结构,所述反射结构的尺寸为11μm~13μm;该第一光源位于该导光板的第一入光面的一侧。
8.一种双面显示器,包含:间隔的一个第一面板模组与一个第二面板模组,其特征在于,该双面显示器还包含一个导光板、一个第一光源,以及一个第二光源,该导光板位于该第一面板模组与该第二面板模组之间,并包括一个朝向该第一面板模组的第一出光面、一个与该第一出光面间隔相对且朝向该第二面板模组的第二出光面、一个连接于该第一出光面与该第二出光面的一侧的第一入光面、一个与该第一入光面间隔相对的第二入光面,以及数个位于该第二出光面的反射结构;该第一光源位于该导光板的第一入光面的一侧;该第二光源位于该第二入光面的一侧;位于该导光板中央部位的所述反射结构的排列密度大于邻近于该第一入光面或该第二入光面的所述反射结构的排列密度。
9.如权利要求8所述的双面显示器,其特征在于:所述反射结构的尺寸为11μm~13μm。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的双面显示器,其特征在于:该双面显示器还包含一个位于该导光板的第二出光面与该第二面板模组间的增亮膜,该增亮膜包括数个突出的聚光结构,所述聚光结构的间距大于所述反射结构的尺寸。
