本发明公开了一种转轴确定零位的装置,包含转轴(1),转轴与软绳连杆(2),绳子(3),力传感器(4),力传感器固定支架(5)。转轴(1)与转轴与软绳连杆(2)固定相连,绳子(3)的一端与转轴与软绳连杆(2)连接,另一端与力传感器(4)连接,力传感器(4)固定在力传感器固定支架(5)上。转轴(1)转动,带动与其固定相连的转轴与软绳连杆(2)转动,转轴与软绳连杆(2)再带动绳子(3),绳子(3)将力传递到力传感器(4)上,当力传感器(4)上有读数时,表示转轴(1)到了零位。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种确定零位的装置,特别是一种转轴确定零位的装置。
背景技术
转轴在外力的作用下做旋转运动,对于非精确位置控制的场合,只要确定转轴的转速及转动方向即可进行控制。但随着自动化的发展,对转轴精确的位置控制越来越普及到人们的生产中。目前,对于转轴的位置控制一般是加装光电传感器或者霍尔传感器来完成。
但是,目前的转轴确定零位的装置需要高灵敏度的传感器,这使得转轴确定零位的装置对各种干扰或者环境中的灰尘对测量结果产生严重的影响。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种转轴确定零位的装置,该转轴确定零位的装置可以确定转轴的零位,并且可以使用在灰尘和电磁干扰严重的场合。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明转轴确定零位的装置,包含转轴1,转轴与软绳连杆2,绳子3,力传感器4,力传感器固定支架5。
转轴1与转轴与软绳连杆2固定相连,绳子3的一端与转轴与软绳连杆2连接,另一端与力传感器4连接,力传感器4固定在力传感器固定支架5上。
转轴1转动,带动与其固定相连的转轴与软绳连杆2转动,转轴与软绳连杆2再带动绳子3,绳子3将力传递到力传感器4上,当力传感器4上有读数时,表示转轴1到了零位。

具体实施方式
本发明转轴确定零位的装置,包含转轴1,转轴与软绳连杆2,绳子3,力传感器4,力传感器固定支架5。
转轴1与转轴与软绳连杆2固定相连,绳子3的一端与转轴与软绳连杆2连接,另一端与力传感器4连接,力传感器4固定在力传感器固定支架5上。
转轴1转动,带动与其固定相连的转轴与软绳连杆2转动,转轴与软绳连杆2再带动绳子3,绳子3将力传递到力传感器4上,当力传感器4上有读数时,表示转轴1到了零位。

1.转轴确定零位的装置,其特征在于:包含转轴(1),转轴与软绳连杆(2),绳子(3),力传感器(4),力传感器固定支架(5),转轴(1)与转轴与软绳连杆(2)固定相连,绳子(3)的一端与转轴与软绳连杆(2)连接,另一端与力传感器(4)连接,力传感器(4)固定在力传感器固定支架(5)上。
