Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于机械触发引信的塑合击针发火机构,包括击针、火帽和中间保险部件,其中,所述击针、火帽和中间保险部件通过注塑塑料用金属嵌件的方式注塑而成;该金属嵌件的注塑方式为:将金属嵌件表面经过浓度为6‑8%的酸性溶液在30‑35V的电压下进行处理形成10‑12μm厚的膜层;在金属嵌件环侧开设有对应的嵌入孔;注塑成型前,将金属嵌件进行预热处理;把预热后的金属嵌件放入模具进行注塑;将注塑塑料与金属嵌件结合,并且注塑塑料进入嵌入孔内加固与金属嵌件结合;最后进行保压、冷却、脱模即得。本发明通用金属嵌件的方式注塑而成,该方案使装配零件由3件变为1件,加工工序也大为减少,装配时也不必组合装成部件。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械触发引信的针刺发火机构,具体是一种用于机械触发引信的塑合击针发火机构。
背景技术
引信发火机构是由激励装置(如击发系统或电源等)和起爆原件等组成的机构,其作用是利用环境力(能)或内贮能使起爆元件爆炸。机械触发引信的针刺发火机构是用击针来戳击起爆元件而发火,机构一般由击针、火帽(雷管)和中间保险部件零件组成,要求有高的灵敏度和瞬发度。
现有技术中,用于81、82、100、120毫米口径的迫击炮弹的引信为机械触发式引信,引信发火机构中的击针部件使用3个零件组合而成,零件加工序较多,装配时不便操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于机械触发引信的塑合击针发火机构。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种用于机械触发引信的塑合击针发火机构,包括击针、火帽和中间保险部件,其中,所述击针、火帽和中间保险部件通过注塑塑料用金属嵌件的方式注塑而成;
该金属嵌件的注塑方式为:
将金属嵌件表面经过浓度为6-8%的酸性溶液在30-35V的电压下进行处理形成10-12μm厚的膜层;在金属嵌件环侧开设有对应的嵌入孔;
注塑成型前,将金属嵌件进行预热处理,使金属嵌件表面温度达到325℃-455℃;
把预热后的金属嵌件放入模具进行注塑,注塑塑料温度为325℃-455℃;将注塑塑料与金属嵌件结合,并且注塑塑料进入嵌入孔内加固与金属嵌件结合;
最后进行保压、冷却和脱模即得。
所述金属嵌件为钢或铜;所述注塑塑料为PBT、PPS、PA或PCT;注塑的压力为45-55MPa,保压的压力为75-85MPa,保压时间为20-30s,冷却时间为45-55s;在保压结束后金属嵌件表面温度为325℃-345℃。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过击针、火帽和中间保险部件通过外部的注塑塑料用金属嵌件的方式注塑而成,该方案使装配零件由3件变为1件,加工工序也大为减少,装配时也不必组合装成部件;
根据本发明提供的金属嵌件的注塑产品,由于注塑塑料与金属嵌件结合,且注塑塑料与金属嵌件的嵌入孔结合,增加了结合强度。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种用于机械触发引信的塑合击针发火机构,参见图1,包括击针1、火帽4和中间保险部件3;
其中,击针1、火帽4和中间保险部件3通过外部的注塑塑料2用金属嵌件的方式注塑而成,该方案使装配零件由3件变为1件,加工工序也大为减少,装配时也不必组合装成部件;
该金属嵌件的注塑方式为:
将金属嵌件表面经过浓度为6-8%的酸性溶液在30-35V的电压下进行处理形成10-12μm厚的膜层;在金属嵌件环侧开设有对应的嵌入孔;
将注塑塑料与金属嵌件结合,并且注塑塑料进入嵌入孔内加固与金属嵌件结合。
注塑成型前,将金属嵌件进行预热处理,使金属嵌件表面温度达到325℃-455℃;金属嵌件为钢或铜;
把预热后的金属嵌件放入模具进行注塑,注塑塑料为PBT、PPS、PA或PCT,注塑塑料温度为325℃-455℃;
最后进行保压、冷却、脱模即得,注塑压力为45-55MPa,保压的压力为75-85MPa,保压时间为20-30s,冷却时间为45-55s。在保压结束后金属嵌件表面温度为325℃-345℃。
在注塑成型前,先将金属嵌件表面清洗干净,后把金属嵌件放入高温烘箱内进行加热,通过高温烘箱的温度设定及实测温度检测,来对烘箱中的金属嵌件温度进行管控,使金属嵌件表面温度达到325℃-455℃,优选270℃-330℃;当预热后的金属嵌件放入模具进行注塑时,PA6材料的温度为325℃-455℃,优选270℃-330℃,
金属嵌件表面与装在模具内的温度传感器进行表面接触,通过模具内的温度传感器,实时监控嵌件注塑过程中金属嵌件表面温度的变化;然后在采用公知的注塑成型工艺制备得到产品。
根据本发明提供的金属嵌件的注塑产品,由于注塑塑料与金属嵌件结合,且注塑塑料与金属嵌件的嵌入孔结合,增加了结合强度。

Claims (2)
1.一种用于机械触发引信的塑合击针发火机构,包括击针、火帽和中间保险部件,其特征在于:
其中,所述击针、火帽和中间保险部件通过注塑塑料用金属嵌件的方式注塑而成;
该金属嵌件的注塑方式为:
将金属嵌件表面经过浓度为6-8%的酸性溶液在30-35V的电压下进行处理形成10-12μm厚的膜层;在金属嵌件环侧开设有对应的嵌入孔;
注塑成型前,将金属嵌件进行预热处理,使金属嵌件表面温度达到325℃-455℃;
把预热后的金属嵌件放入模具进行注塑,注塑塑料温度为325℃-455℃;将注塑塑料与金属嵌件结合,并且注塑塑料进入嵌入孔内加固与金属嵌件结合;
最后进行保压、冷却和脱模即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于机械触发引信的塑合击针发火机构,其特征在于,所述金属嵌件为钢或铜;所述注塑塑料为PBT、PPS、PA或PCT;注塑的压力为45-55MPa,保压的压力为75-85MPa,保压时间为20-30s,冷却时间为45-55s;在保压结束后金属嵌件表面温度为325℃-345℃。
