Abstract
The invention provides a shell assembly and an air conditioner with the same. Wherein, the casing subassembly includes: a panel body; and the driving box assembly is arranged on the outer side of the end part of the panel body. By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the problem of low installation efficiency of the air conditioner in the prior art can be effectively solved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of refrigeration, in particular to a shell assembly and an air conditioner with the shell assembly.
Background
With the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, the requirements of users on the appearance and the volume of the air conditioner are also improved. In order to minimize the volume of the air conditioner, the interior of the air conditioner needs to be reasonably arranged, and particularly, the arrangement mode of a motion mechanism should be re-defined. At present, air guide driving box assemblies of air conditioners in the market are all placed on the inner side of a panel body, and some air conditioner manufacturers can only realize the air guide driving box assemblies according to a conventional placing mode. When the wind guide driving box assembly is installed, the panel body needs to be integrally turned over and then assembled. Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of the panel body after being turned over, and fig. 2 shows a side view of the wind guide driving box assembly. The air guide driving box assembly 1 is provided with a screw hole 2 and positioning ribs 3 arranged around the screw hole 2, and a mounting column is arranged inside the panel body 4. During the installation, location muscle 3 is fixed a position with the outer wall cooperation of erection column, and then the screw passes screw hole 2 and erection column and installs wind-guiding drive box subassembly 1 in panel body 4 inboard. In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a housing assembly including: a panel body; and the driving box assembly is arranged on the outer side of the end part of the panel body.
Furthermore, a first positioning part is arranged on the driving box assembly, and a second positioning part matched with the first positioning part is arranged on the end part of the panel body.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the housing assembly of the present embodiment includes a panel body and a drive cartridge assembly. Wherein, the drive box subassembly is arranged outside the end part of the panel body.
By applying the technical scheme of the embodiment, the shell assembly comprises a panel body and a driving box assembly arranged on the outer side of the end part of the panel body. The structure enables a worker to directly install the driving box assembly at the outer side of the end part of the panel body without turning the panel body during installation. Therefore, the structure reduces the installation steps of overturning, thereby improving the production efficiency, reducing the number of workers, improving the efficiency and saving the production cost. Finally, the problem of low installation efficiency of the air conditioner in the prior art is solved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the panel body includes a top surface 11, a bottom surface 12, which are oppositely disposed, and a side structure connected between the top surface 11 and the bottom surface 12. The side structure comprises a front side, a back side and a mounting side, wherein the front side and the back side are oppositely arranged, and the mounting side is connected between the front side and the back side; the mounting side surface is the end of the panel body. Because there is the backstop structure on the front side, if install the drive box subassembly to panel body inboard, need overturn the panel body for the drive box subassembly loads into from the trailing flank. By applying the technical scheme of the embodiment, the driving box assembly is directly arranged outside the end part of the panel body, so that the panel body does not need to be turned over, and the installation efficiency of the driving box assembly is improved.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, the driving box assembly is provided with a first positioning portion, and the end of the panel body is provided with a second positioning portion that is engaged with the first positioning portion. The structure facilitates the installation of workers, on one hand, the installation speed of the workers is improved, and on the other hand, the installation quality is improved.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, the first positioning portion is a first positioning hole 211, the second positioning portion is a second positioning hole 133 corresponding to the first positioning hole 211, and the positioning element passes through the first positioning hole 211 and the second positioning hole 133 to position the driving cartridge assembly. The structure is simple, and the positioning and the installation are easy. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the positioning member is a positioning pin. In the prior art, as shown in fig. 2, a screw hole 2 and a positioning rib 3 provided around the screw hole 2 are provided in an air guide drive box assembly 1, and a mounting column is provided inside a panel body 4. During installation, the positioning ribs 3 are matched with the outer wall of the installation column to be positioned. The positioning rib of the structure is complex to process and poor in reliability, and is easy to crack due to collision during installation, so that the positioning effect is influenced. And this application passes first locating hole 211 and second locating hole 133 through the setting element and fixes a position the drive box subassembly, and above-mentioned structure only need open a round hole on the part, does a round post just can fix a position, therefore above-mentioned simple structure, and easy processing, the reliability can also be guaranteed simultaneously.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, a first mounting portion is provided on the drive cartridge assembly, and a second mounting portion that fits with the first mounting portion is provided on an end portion of the panel body. The above structure enables the drive cartridge assembly to be attached to the end of the panel body. The driving box assembly is ensured to be in a working position and not to be displaced.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, the first mounting portion is a first mounting hole 212, the second mounting portion is a second mounting hole 134 corresponding to the first mounting hole 212, and the fastener passes through the first mounting hole 212 and the second mounting hole 134 to connect the drive box assembly and the panel body. The structure is simple and easy to assemble. Preferably, the fastener is a fastening screw. It should be noted that, the drive box subassembly adopts independent screw hole to fix a position, and the reliability is better. By applying the structure, the screw can be directly screwed from the two side faces by workers for assembly, so that the assembly is simpler, more convenient and quicker.
As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the drive box assembly is provided with a mounting boss 23, and the first positioning portion and/or the first mounting portion is provided on the mounting boss 23. Above-mentioned structure can strengthen the intensity of first installation department and first locating part, guarantees that the installation position of drive box subassembly is not fragile, has improved the life of drive box subassembly. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the first positioning portion and the first mounting portion are both provided on the mounting boss 23.
As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the mounting bosses 23 are provided in plurality at intervals. In this embodiment, the mounting bosses 23 are uniformly disposed at the edge of the drive cassette assembly. The structure enables the fixing effect of the drive box assembly to be better, the drive box assembly cannot shift, and therefore the drive box assembly can work normally.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the drive cartridge assembly includes a first drive cartridge assembly 21 and a second drive cartridge assembly 22 mounted at both ends of the panel body. The structure enables the parts driven by the driving box assembly to run more stably, so that the running stability of the equipment is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the housing assembly further includes a cover plate, and the drive cartridge assembly is disposed between the cover plate and the panel body. The above structure has the following two advantages: firstly, above-mentioned structure avoids the dust direct and drive box subassembly contact to the life of drive box subassembly has been guaranteed. Secondly, the appearance of the shell assembly is more attractive due to the structure.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the cover plate includes a first cover plate 31 and a second cover plate 32, and the end portion (mounting side surface) of the panel body includes a first side surface 131 and a second side surface 132 that are disposed opposite to each other. The first drive cartridge assembly 21 is disposed between the first cover plate 31 and the first side 131, and the second drive cartridge assembly 22 is disposed between the second cover plate 32 and the second side 132.
The application also provides an air conditioner, and an embodiment of the air conditioner (not shown in the figures) comprises the shell assembly. Since the housing assembly has an advantage of easy installation, the air conditioner having the same also has the advantage.

Claims (10)
1. An air conditioner housing assembly, comprising:
a panel body;
and the air guide driving box assembly is arranged on the outer side of the end part of the panel body.
2. The air conditioner case assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air guide driving box assembly is provided with a first positioning portion, and the end of the panel body is provided with a second positioning portion engaged with the first positioning portion.
3. The air conditioner case assembly of claim 2, wherein the first positioning portion is a first positioning hole (211), the second positioning portion is a second positioning hole (133) corresponding to the first positioning hole (211), and a positioning member passes through the first positioning hole (211) and the second positioning hole (133) to position the air guide driving box assembly.
4. An air conditioner housing assembly as set forth in claim 2 wherein said air deflection drive box assembly is provided with a first mounting portion and said panel body end portion has a second mounting portion cooperating with said first mounting portion.
5. The air conditioner housing assembly of claim 4, wherein the first mounting portion is a first mounting hole (212) and the second mounting portion is a second mounting hole (134) corresponding to the first mounting hole (212), and a fastener passes through the first mounting hole (212) and the second mounting hole (134) to connect the air deflection drive box assembly and the panel body.
6. The air conditioner case assembly of claim 4, wherein the air guide driving box assembly is provided with a mounting boss (23), and the first positioning portion and/or the first mounting portion are/is provided on the mounting boss (23).
7. An air conditioning housing assembly as set forth in claim 6 wherein said mounting bosses (23) are plural and spaced apart.
8. The air conditioner housing assembly of claim 1, wherein the air deflection drive box assembly includes a first air deflection drive box assembly (21) and a second air deflection drive box assembly (22) mounted at opposite ends of the panel body.
9. The air conditioning housing assembly of claim 1 further comprising a cover plate, said air deflection drive box assembly disposed between said cover plate and said panel body.
10. An air conditioner comprising: an air conditioning housing assembly, characterized in that it is an air conditioning housing assembly according to any of claims 1 to 9.
