In the embodiment shown in fig. 2 and 4, the first clamping member 30 is pivotally connected to the second clamping member 40 by a first pivot 50; the air conditioner casing further includes a second rotating shaft 60 connected to the panel body 20, where the second rotating shaft 60 is disposed at an end of the second clamping member 40 near the first clamping member 30 and spaced from the first rotating shaft 50.
When the clamping assembly with the structure is assembled, the second rotating shaft 60 on the second clamping piece 40 is matched with the panel body 20, so that the whole clamping assembly can rotate. The first clamping piece 30 is matched with the second clamping piece 40 through the first rotating shaft 50, and when the second clamping piece 40 is rotated, the position of the first clamping piece 30 can be driven to change, so that the first clamping piece 30 and the bottom shell 10 can be controlled to be assembled to be opened and locked. The hook 31 on the first clamping piece 30 is tightly matched with the clamping groove of the bottom shell 10, and the opening and locking can be realized by changing the position of the first clamping piece 30.
As shown in fig. 2, 4, 6 and 12, the second rotating shaft 60 is close to the hook 31 relative to the first rotating shaft 50. Specifically, after the first clamping member 30 and the second clamping member 40 are assembled together through the first rotating shaft 50, the assembled whole clamping assembly is assembled to the panel body 20 through the second rotating shaft 60. The second clamping piece 40 rotates around the second rotating shaft 60 to drive the first rotating shaft 50 to move downwards, so that the first clamping piece 30 is driven to press downwards, an assembly gap between the first clamping piece 30 and the bottom shell 10 is reduced, the purpose of fixing and clamping is achieved, at the moment, the clamping hook 31 of the first clamping piece 30 is assembled in the middle of the clamping groove of the bottom shell 10, and fixing assembly is completed by pressing the second clamping piece 40. When the first clamping piece 30 is detached, the second clamping piece 40 is reversely opened, so that the clamping hook 31 on the first clamping piece 30 is separated from the bottom shell 10, and the first clamping piece 30 can be loosened to achieve easy detachment.
As shown in fig. 5 to 10, the first clamping member 30 includes a first clamping cover 32, one end of the first clamping cover 32, which is close to the second clamping member 40, is provided with an avoidance gap 33, a first rotating shaft 50 is arranged at the avoidance gap 33, and the clamping hook 31 is positioned at one end of the first clamping cover 32, which is far away from the avoidance gap 33; the second clamping piece 40 is provided with a first assembly hole 41 into which the first rotating shaft 50 extends, and at least one part of the second clamping piece 40 is embedded into the avoidance gap 33. In this way, the first clamping member 30 and the second clamping member 40 are tightly connected, which is also beneficial to miniaturization design and does not occupy too much space.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 11 to 13, the second clamping member 40 has a mounting lug 42 extending toward one side of the first clamping member 30, and the second rotating shaft 60 is disposed on the mounting lug 42 and below the first clamping member 30, and the mounting lug 42 stops and supports the first clamping member 30. By providing the mounting lugs 42, a mounting position with the second rotating shaft 60 can be provided, and after the clamping assembly is assembled in place, the mounting lugs 42 play a role in supporting a certain stop, so that the first clamping piece 30 is prevented from moving to be in place, and the first clamping piece 30 is ensured to be stably connected with the bottom shell 10.
For ease of handling and aesthetics, the first and second snap members 30, 40 are flush with the surface of the air conditioner cabinet facing inward when the snap assembly is assembled in place. After the assembly is in place, the appearance is attractive, the influence on the air duct is avoided, and the noise can be effectively reduced.
The second clamping member 40 of the present invention has a buckling position 43 at an end thereof away from the first clamping member 30 (refer to fig. 12). The number of the clamping components in the invention is a plurality, and the clamping components are sequentially arranged at intervals along the connecting side of the panel body 20 and the bottom shell 10. That is, the number of the fastening components assembled with the panel body 20 and the bottom case 10 is not limited, and may be increased or decreased according to the size of the air conditioner case.
