Abstract

本发明涉及一种使用LED对空间内指定物体进行加热的方法和系统。在传统的加热系统中,热源,如空调,通常将加热空间内的所有物体,但通常客户只需要加热空间内的一些物体,如人体,这将导致能量的浪费。我们的新系统可以包括一个LED可独立工作光源,这个光源的照射方向和出射光分布以及光束角可控,另外我们的系统可以包括确定指定物体位置的位置感应系统,一个控制LED照射方向与辐射功率的控制系统,以及一个负反馈系统来实现加热效果的最优化。这样我们可以实现只针对指定目标的定目标加热,而不需要被加热的物体则不被加热,从而实现能源的节约利用。

Description

加热指定空间内物体的系统和方法
技术领域
本发明涉及加热领域,具体涉及空间内指定物体的加热方法。
背景技术
传统的室内空间加热方法为空调或者暖气加热。然而这些方法通常都会加热室内空间的所有物体,但人们希望的加热对象通常是人自身又或者是室内的生物体而不是房间内全部物体,比如,冰箱和冰箱内的东西通常不需被加热,而在传统的加热方法中,这些物体都会被加热。因此传统的加热方法会导致不需要被加热的物体被加热并因而导致能量浪费。
其它一些加热方法,如浴霸,则通过高功率白炽灯进行加热,这种方法会产生有很高亮度的可见光,不仅会产生视觉上的干扰而且可能对视网膜会带来伤害,因而有潜在的危险,尤其不适合婴幼儿使用,同时由于白炽灯发光角度大,实际照射到人体的能量比重低,因此同样因为不能实现定向加热造成严重能量浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种只针对待加热物体的加热方法,通过选择合适波长的光源,配套上控制系统,使得光源只照射待加热物体从而实现只针对指定空间的加热效果,从而实现能量的节约。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种针对空间内指定物体的加热系统和方法,它包括以下组件:1,配套有光学系统的光源系统,待加热物体对光源的出射光波长有较强的吸收,同时光学系统确保光源的照射方向和发光角度以及光形可控。2,能够追踪待加热物体位置的跟踪系统和控制系统,它能够主动的或者被动的改变光源的照射方向;3,反馈系统,它能够主动或者被动的判断是否达到对待加热物体的最佳加热效果以及可能的优化方案,并将结果主动或被动的通知控制系统从而使控制系统调整光源功率或者出光角度。同时光源发出光线的波长可以通过人为选择成被加热物体对此波长有较强吸收的波长,比如通过选择LED的波长或者通过滤波的方法来剔除不需要的波长从而实现更好的加热效果。
通过这种方法,新的系统可以只加热空间内指定方向上的物体,而不会加热空间内其他方向上的无关物体,从而实现能量的节约。
在大多数情况下,需要被加热的物体为人体或者其他有生命特征的物体,此时可以通过选择该生命体对应的不可见光对生命体进行加热,从而有效避免视觉干扰,同时实现定向加热。既可以节省能量,也可以不影响视觉判断。
附图说明
图1表示猪皮肤在刚被加热时的不同位置温度和环境温度,其中Channel 1 和4 代表环境内不需要被加热点的温度,Channel 2 和3代表猪皮肤不同位置被加热点的温度。
图2表示猪皮在被加热1小时后的不同位置温度和环境温度的变化,其中Channel 1 和4 代表环境内不需要被加热点的温度,Channel 2 和3代表猪皮肤不同位置被加热点的温度。
具体实施方式
本发明旨在提供一种定向空间内指定物体的加热方式,以下为一具体实例。
需要加热的物体为房间内一可活动人体,设计一个基于LED光源的灯具系统,其芯片波长为940nm,其功率由一个输出电流可调节驱动控制。其照射方向由一个马达控制,其出光角度和出光光形由一个二次光学系统调节。一个运动感应器会根据人体的移动来感应人体的位置,并将位置信息交给控制系统并由控制系统来调节灯具系统的照射方向和照射角度。例如,当人体距离灯具较近时,出光角度变大,从而能够加热整个人体;当人体距离灯具较远时,出光角度变小,从而使光的大部分能量依然用来加热人体,而不会浪费过多光的能量照射在人体周围的无关物体上。同时,整个系统还包括一个控制系统,来处理位置信息和其它系统要求信息,例如,人体可以通过一个遥控器让控制系统在室温较低时增加功率,而在室温较高时,降低功率,人为控制灯具的照射方向等。整个系统还可以包括一个负反馈系统,这个系统收集系统的加热效果信息,例如,照射方向是否在最佳的方向上,角度是否可以进一步缩小或者需要增加,或者用红外线探测器探测人体皮肤表面的温度来判断是否达到加热效果等。通过这个灯具系统,使用者可以只需要加热房间内的人体,而无须加热大量无关物体,从而节约能量。
下面的例子为基于以上思想所作的一个具体试验结果:
待加热物体为房间内一猪皮肤,猪皮的主要成分为水,试验中采用波长为940 nm的红外线LED光源,水对此波长光线的吸收系数为 -26.7/米。发光角度根据距离猪皮的距离4cm选择为45度。采用热偶线检测猪皮以及环境温度变化。采用一个可调节电源控制输出给LED的功率,根据电脑界面反馈的温度信息来调控输出给LED的功率以及LED的位置。
测量结果为:在LED功率为12W的情况下实现对猪皮肤的加热,猪皮肤温度在1小时之后上升8度,因为是定向加热,猪皮周围的环境温度只平均增加0.3度。
以上方法为本发明的一项具体实施的介绍。对于加热领域的技术人员,完全可以根据本发明的思想在具体实施方法上有所改变,本说明内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (9)

1.一种照射方向可控的加热系统,其特征为:该系统包含一个照射方向和出光光形以及发光角度可控的光源系统,一个追踪待加热物体的位置感应系统,一个调节光源照射方向和调节出光角度的控制系统,一个确保最佳加热效果的负反馈系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述光源,其特征为:其出射光波长可以人为控制,使得出射光不会对待加热物体产生热以外的其它影响,光源可以为波长已经被限制的LED光源,也可以是经过滤波之后的白炽灯,卤素灯或者其他光源。
3.根据权利要求1所述光源,其特征为:当待加热物体为人体或者有生命特征的物体时,其波长为大于800nm的红外线。
4.根据权利要求1所述光源系统,其特征为:其发光角度可控,使空间内不是待加热物体的其他物体不易被加热。
5.根据权利要求1所述光源,其发光角度的控制方法可能为:直接生产特定发光角度的光源,或者通过二次光学来达到需要的出光角度和出光方式,甚至通过组合光学使得出光为平行光或近似平行光使得光的能量能够实现长距离传输而没有较大的损耗。
6.根据权利要求1所述光源系统,其特征为:其出光方向可以人为调节,使得当待加热物体移动时,光源照射方向可以调节并继续照射待加热物体,因而能够对待加热物体产生可持续的加热效果。
7.根据权利要求1所述光源,其特征为:其功率以及开关状态可以被调节。
8.根据权利要求1所述位置跟踪系统,其特征为:该系统能够通过外界输入的信号或者主动捕捉待加热物体的信号来确定待加热物体不同时间的位置,因此能够改变光源照射方向对待加热物体进行加热。
9.根据权利要求1所述负反馈系统,其特征为:该系统能够收集待加热物体的加热效果信号来判断是否达到加热目的,同时将该信息送交控制系统处理以确定是否达到指定的加热要求,也可以判断现有照射方向与光源功率是否达到最优加热效果。
